Bad experience with Supreme! I gave my Bianchi road bike for servicing and replacement of parts. Supreme charged ₹10,000, including the servicing charges, brake and gear wires, 2 new tubes, a chain and a handlebar grip.

I picked up my bike three days later and rode the 4 km home, but by the time I reached the rear tyre had deflated. The air had started leaking at the store itself. How can a newly serviced bike with *apparently* new tubes start leaking air right after the service?

It could be a puncture, right. After all, Delhi's roads leave a lot to be desired, even if they've been spruced up for the G-20 meeting. That's what they tried insinuating when I called Supreme and told them that my rear tyre was as flat as a can of Soda left in the open for 7 days.

Here's the thing. I had visited a Firefox store before I turned in my cycle to Supreme, and they instantly told me that the rear tyre had a puncture. The reason I didn't get my bike serviced at Firefox was because they don't have the parts. So, the suspicion remains that the tubes may not have been changed. But of course, we can always lay the blame on the roads of Delhi.

So I stuffed my Bianchi in an auto and took it back to Supreme cycles yesterday. They removed the tube iny rear tyre, and I saw that the rim tape was the one that had been inserted 5 years ago! Which means:

1. They replaced the tube without replacing the rim tape.
2. They replaced neither.

Anyway, the bike tech inserted a brand new tube and rim tape, while assuring me that the servicing had been thorough. He seemed a bit tense and I thought I detected an edge in his voice, but I believed him. The tube was not charged, but the tech asked me to pay for the rim tape. I declined, saying this should have been part of the servicing. He meekly accepted.

I rode my bike yesterday on Delhi's relatively empty roads, and after an hour discovered that the front tyre had deflated.

Damn, Delhi's roads are tyre busters!

So what do I call this? Supreme Incompetence, Supreme Callousness, Supreme Indifference or Supreme Ineptness?

Its just Supreme Cycles!

Dealer had no proper information regarding subsidy documentation. I have not received subsidy of 15000 after buying emotorad ev bike. It'd been more than 7 months. So beware of their false promises before buying bike from them.

Bought a cycle from here in April 2023. They provided with best quality in the best price range!

This is a great Bicycle Shop, they carry everything you could want, and at a fair price. Their repairs are excellent, and their staff is courteous and efficient, and their products are good quality. They also "consistently" show an "above and beyond" effort to help and satisfy, as I've come in several times for emergency repairs during my Bicycle Trail Marathons, and they've immediately helped me get right back on the road, both times were major (Rear Axle Broke / Crank Shaft Broke), each time Vivek showed mercy and respect, and got them repaired them on the spot, even on a Sunday (that too as an exception)

Go with better knowledge of what cycle you want to buy. The shop does have a good range of cycles and most likely will have what you are looking for.

I honestly loved it. We read the reviews before going and almost didn't go; honestly I am glad we did go. The gentleman that helped us get our sons first bike was great. He helped and allowed our son to get on all the bikes he wanted. Love the fact that he was SO PATIENT OUR SON until he made his choice.

Pretty ok service. I had a tube puncture so I came in the store wanting a change of tube service, but instead opted for the full service package. Dropped my bike around 5pm and got it the next day all looking brand new with a fixed tire. Bike looks and feels really fine with clean chain, tuned up brakes and gears and very clean frame.

Very happy with my purchase. That man jagdish who helped was great and walked me through everything. I will definitely be a repeat customer at some point and you also can't complain about free 3 months tune ups.

After visiting several bike shops in Delhi/NCR I thought I knew what I wanted until I actually rode one. Frustrated and disappointed I kept searching & found Supreme cycle company & they had what I wanted in stock. I went there on a Sunday was greeted pleasantly by Vivek the owner & test rode several. I made my choice & placed my order with them who were very kind & explained things well. They under promised & over delivered. Told me it would take 3 weeks to build the bike & have it ready for pick up, but within 10 days it was ready. I picked it up & rode it a few times each time having difficulty making it up hills as I live in a hilly area. I called & spoke with Jatin who over the phone provided the best customer service I have had in years.

Supreme Cycle has been my go to shop for years. Customer friendly front guys and great mechanics. When it came time to replace my 25 year-old Trek they absolutely nailed it and I expect to be riding it for the next 25 years! Highly recommend them.

The owner and team are great. I purchased my first mountain bike and I never felt pushed or rushed to a decision or towards any one brand or product in particular. They took the time to explain alot of new things to me and were technical but simplified it.

There are a lot of bike shops in New Delhi but very few with great reviews. This shop had the best reviews I could find. When I picked up my bike after getting a tune up, I told them I can see why you have the best reviews in the City. This shop is super friendly, very knowledgeable and very efficient. I dropped my bike off Sat afternoon and got a call that it was ready around noon on Mon. The whole experience was easy and quick and the work they did on the bike was fantastic. I needed my brakes fixed as well as a squeak with my front wheel and a few other minor adjustments. I highly recommend this shop!

Great place. The staff is friendly and helpful, and they don’t try to oversell anything. We’ve brought three different bikes in for new parts and/or repairs, and on each occasion, they did the job quickly and at a fair price (even steering us to less expensive options). Very satisfied.

This place is great. They have been open during the entire situation we are currently experiencing. But have taken steps to ensure safety and that is awesome. They are always super busy and have loads of people leaving happy. Now a days there is usally a line, but they have very knowledgeable staff, a guy named Jatin, that takes his time explaining things and not just trying to sell you things and sending you off on your own. Knowledge is power and I will always return evwn if i have to wait on line just to be helped. Thanks guys. You rock!

1 I went there for my Montra Cycle service, repairs.
The gentleman (Lala ji) at counter made a humongous whimsical bill without elaborating or transparency.
2. There is very much hidden costs & quality.
EX - gear hanger. They charged Rs700.
At Track Trail (Montra Authorised Centre) I got in Rs250.

Cycles are heavenly cost and workers have not doing their work properly they were smoking in their area and playing cards and servicing not doing properly (my cycle given to him for servicing during servicing they change my disc brakes and its worth about 2k and it was stolen)

I took my cycle for servicing here. I like the people who handle the store. The owner was not there when I went. They are ready to help anytime but when it comes to servicing, I pointed out same problem to them several times and they made a different excuse Everytime. I get it, your store sells cycle but the person who is there to get the servicing done should also be prioritised if he has given you ample time and the problem hasn’t been resolved. The staff won’t pay heed to you if you’re there for just servicing and other minor issues if when you’re shelling 1200 every 10-12 months. Idk if they are instructed to deal with customers like that or it’s them when owner is not around. Even after six attempts at telling him the same thing, the problem persists.

I bought a Firehit cycle from Mr. Atul Wadhwa at Supreme cycle on 31st January 2021. By March 25 the tyre started showings cracks. Before selling they were very warm and friendly. Now they coldly told us that they cannot help us in the matter and that we will have to buy a new tyre for a cycle which is hardly two months old. Very very disappointing!

It's good, lot of varieties but prices are not reasonable. It might be due to the prime location of store.
