I went there for my global hair colour and smoothning.they offered me a package for 7000 rs including hair colour, smoothning and keratin & they told me they will give a complimentary service too which never happened.surbhi was only there at the time of payment after that she was least bothered about the services provided.i specifically told them a certain colour and even showed them that but they did awful hair colour which isn't even visible.smoothning has alot of bends within a month even though a lot of parlours are offering great smoothning services which stay upto an year.i went back to them and told them even on text that my colour isn't visible and even at the time of hair colour i made sure by informing the hair dresser that im paying a good amount and if i dont get my desired shade so ill come back and he himself agreed that after 5-8 washes hair colour will be visible though it never happened.if you are looking for better services then don't waste your money here.attaching my pics as well for proof.

Recently i visited to Surbhi soin for hair cut, really like their work, very nice staff and amazing hair cut they gave to me, I was lil confused so they suggest me a perfect hair cut according to my face really like the result surely will visit again.

Went there on recommendation by my colleague and honestly the services and packages were very reasonable and excellent. Will highly recommend to my friends and family.

I booked Surbhi Soin for my engagement make-up and 4 prebridals. And here is my experience.

My 2 prebridals were good except i got a few bumps along my chin after my 2nd facial in my 2nd sitting of pre bridal. My engagement day was on 27th Oct for which i had booked her at 8: 00am early in the morning (for which i had to pay extra) as she said i will be ready by 10: 30. I had to reach my venue by 11: 00am so it was fine. But on 26th a day prior to my engagement i got a call from Surbhi Soin saying that she can't do my makeup as she was suffering from chicken pox. Now, i freak out call a few other places for there makeup artist even though I had paid for everything but nothing was available. (I have acne scars so i didn't trust the senior artists but i had no other options.)

I reached there at 8: 10am in the morning. The senior makeup artist and hair stylist worked on me and still it took them till around 1: 00 to finish my makeup. So i was furiously late.

The makeup was not at all good. It was cakey with in a few hours. All my facial lines were too prominent and lost coloration. My gown was sleeveless. And i was wearing a simple bracelet in my hands. They didn't put any lotion or golden spray on my arms which was promised at the time of booking that whatever body would show we would give makeup over there. They also forgot to put lenses in my eyes so it was done mid eye makeup and the lenses went here and there all the time causing my vision to be blurry at times in my engagement.

Post this horrible makeup i wanted to cancel my other 2 prebridals from this place. But i was told it was non refundable and I can't take any other service of that amount. So, i was forced to take 2 more prebridals from there.

They simply ruined my day as the makeup was pathetic, I was so late that my dad and brother were furious with me as we had booked the banquet 11: 00- 4: 00. And i reached at around 1.30. The makeup didn't even last 2.30 hours and became cakey. I spent so much on my photographer and hate my engagement pics due to this make-up. They turned my day upside down.

And when my mom posted bad review for the makeup she got from here they commented that she never booked any service from them and also gave me a call asking us to delete the review. So, i am posting this review.

Makeup artist here is an immature, one of the lady don’t know how to put eyeliner. Makeup in this place was horrible. They even stole my saree shaper and eyeliner.

Amazing service experience we had there. There is one suggestion that you guys should expand your business by starting giving franchisee because the level of services you are providing are very hard to find with such reasonable prices! Keep it up guys.cheers ;)

The worst make up artist. If someone want to spoil their looks, plz contact her. She spoiled my look and made me ugly. I have given one star but she deserves (-5).

I have been visiting this place from the last 2 years. The services are awesome specially the make ups. They have all ranges of makeups available from basics to high end makeups and makeup products. The staff is courteous enough. The place is also so clean n chic, and all protocols are followed. Thanks for providing most satisfying services everytime I visited.
