Tpa department make false statement and don’t return security amount submitted by the patient.

I’m very happy to joined this dr. Shalini’s care program since then within a month I hv lost 3kgs, all the dietitians and mentors are really nice and very supportive.

I was admitted here almost for 4 days and I completely felt like i am at my home so my experience was good staff and doctors both are

The treatment was great, although not really satisfied with the food service.patient denied for food once, the staff didn't come again to ask for food.this should be improved

I recently visited here for my job purpose, maintained covid rule and regulation supportive staff

Worst experience ever there are many points to highlight:

My patient admitted as a day care but they charged it for a single day though admitted in night at around 9 and got discharged by 8 in the morning they charged one very essential charge i.e dietician charge. I asked the person “Babli Chauhan” at the reception he asked me to stay long by the lunch time to have lunch for my patient even doctors have already discharged. Despite having meal for a single time i had to pay this charge and on requesting to levy this charge they asked me to stay more time to have a lunch.

They charged me for dengue test but when i reached there to receive reports it was not there though charges were already paid last night by me.

Overall i would say improper management and no sense to staff of talking or tackling with patients or there attendants.

Sorry to say but not a proper hospital or i would say a proper nursing home as well.

Went for Covid vaccine. Had a very good experience. Good polite staff and understanding doctors. No discomfort of any kind.

Today, (4-03-2021) I visited Surya Hospital, East Azad Nagar, Delhi for Covid 19 vaccination. I found the Doctor and other service staff members very energetic, ready to help, polite and efficient and the work was going on very smoothly and systematically. Really, they are doing commendable job.

Surya hospital me vaccination bahut achhe se hua nursing staff aur reception staff ne achhe se coprate kiya DCD ke staff ne bahut care ki

During vaccination no protocol is followed. No Sugar level testing, no blood pressure check, no fever check not a single medical care is taken.

Mr bhupendra is a very nice person he is guide very well for vaccinations method sister laxmi is a very good vaccinator hame to pata hi nahi chala kab vaccine lag gyi

We went for corona vaccination. Process was very smooth and the staff (Delhi civil defence personnel, doctor, nurses and the receptionist) were all very polite, friendly and quick with their work. Vaccination room and observation rooms were nice and clean. Nurse who did the vaccination was so good in her work that my father didn't even realise when it was done. Don't hesitate.must visit the place for vaccine.
