The staff was extremely rude, refusing to allow us to try the fabric. Instead, we were instructed to merely look at it and make a selection. Unfortunately, they lacked the basic understanding that fabric choice depends on how it complements one's skin tone. The behavior was immature and displayed zero professionalism. Despite being regular customers, we were treated as if we were just passersby. The store was nearly empty, so it wasn't due to busyness. If this treatment continues, it's likely to drive customers away. They could learn from other fabric stores such as Ramji and KC Creations, both veterans in the field, who have never exhibited such behavior despite their significant footfall.

Worst experience. Staff was extremely rude and not helping at all. They refused to sell the fabric that we wanted. Really really poor customer service and behaviour for a Regular purchaser from their shop
