Worst Prints ever. I had a black and white image with soft grey tones and their print only gave a monotoned black. My complaint wasn’t received well at all, and they refused to take ownership of their mistake. Moreover they started explaining to me why I was wrong- because the scan was more detailed. How does that have anything to do with colour? Absolutely no understanding of colours. No knowledge of photography combined with the worst customer service in the history of capitalism.

Absolutely terrible staff. While Mr Rohan was fairly accommodative, this guy called Satish was an absolute nut job. Incredibly rude and condescending. Would definitely not recommend them. There’s far better studios with immensely better services. They’re extremely slow and sloppy in their work, coupled with a terrible attitude makes them a recipe for disaster. Do not visit at all, if possible. In fact, most of the reviews on here have mentioned the same thing in recent times. Things have really gone down south for them it seems. What a shame, considering how well spoken and welcoming Mr Rohan was. Mr Satish has a real attitude problem and you all are losing customers because of it.
