In emergency treating physician was very very rude…. I was crying with Pain and she is not even ready to check or treat…. Just simply said go to gtb hospital they will treat you…. My husband said she is not even able to walk so plz atleast look this time in the humanity ground but she said go from here I will not touch your wife or treat

इस अस्पताल के लेबर रूम के सभी डॉक्टर और सभी स्टाफ बिल्कुल खराब है इनको बोलने की बिल्कुल भी तमीज नहीं है पेशंट से और यह सभी डॉक्टर किसी भी पेशेंट पर ध्यान नहीं देते चाहे वह मर जाए इनको कोई परवाह नहीं है और यहां पर कोई भी इमरजेंसी जैसी सुविधा उपलब्ध नहीं है इमरजेंसी में किसी भी टाइम जाने पर कोई भी सुनवाई नहीं होती मरीज को वापस भेज दिया जाता है और यह डॉक्टर मरीज को जो भी दवाई लिखते हैं वह सरकारी पेपर पर या मरीज के पेपर पर दवाई लिखकर नहीं देते हैं और एक प्लेन पेपर पर लिखकर भेज देते हैं ऐसा लिखने पर मेडिकल स्टोर वाले मरीज को दवाई नहीं मेरी सरकार से यह विनती है कि इन सभी पर ध्यान दिया जाए ताकि आने वाले किसी भी मरीज को ऐसी परेशानी का सामना न करना पड़े जैसा कि मेरी बहन के साथ हुआ था

Very bad experience not come anyone here because there hospital staf, workers, nurse, doctors was very rudely behaviour with patients. Hospital staf not helpful.
Specially gyno department staf was rudely and they do not work properly.

No facilities available in this hospital water not available in washroom, 2 patients in 1 bed baby & mother also nobody response properly everyone demand for money

Poor, third class, go to this hospital only if you want to die. The patient who was almost unconscious, they sent her back home saying that she is fine only on the basis of blood pressure. Security guard checked her B. P.and it was a stupid intern in emergency who said that she was fine and they didn't give her any treatment. And they were not ready to listen to anything.

Hospital staff takes money from worried patients to get their work done. Many poor people/patients stands in que for many hours but if you have money then pay to security guards or sweeper and get your work done above then everyone in line. Pathetic management poor management.

Worst experience ever, my wife's friend came here for delivery, they forced for normal delivery and neglected the reports. And delayed procedure resulting death of the baby. So better go to another govt. Hospital.

Me Dr. Nitesh yadav JR1 GS would like to say about staff nature and working on pattern, this is for all medico person that every single ethics and oath is very important for a medico one. Staff and JRs of this hospital is very aggressive and disrespective and even they don't know how to manage the patients guardians so please take a strictful action on this matter. Doctor is considered to be a hand of God

Person on the counter for token of medicine is very bad in the behavior always misbehaving with the people, staff is worst they think they are providing medicine and services from their own pocket

Worst experience ever.staffs nurses of this hospital are so rude and heartless.they don't have mercy for little newborns and mothers who r suffering with severe pain.my patient was admitted here.when baby born they kept baby hungry for 12 hours for no reason.mother's nipple was small and inverted she was unable to feed baby.baby was continuously crying so 1nurse advice my mother to go in nursery and bring lactogen early morning arround 3am to 4am on 9/10/22 when no pharmacy was open outside and in inside pharmacy nipple shield was not available a staff from nursery directly said to my mother "jaa dafa ho jaa nhi de ri feed" is that women (that cheap staff nurse) can be a good mother who have no mercy for innocent babies. I am also a staff nurse but didn't behave like that to my patient ever.she should atleast assist mother for feeding baby.all staffs are like that only.their should be a surprise audit to observe their extremely bad behaviour towards poor patients.god is watching everything they have to pay for everything bad what they are doing with innocent babies and poor patient.atleast they should have some ampathy for patients bcz they are dealing with life not with objects. Shame on you to all staff nurse, doctors and other employees of this hospital.remember that you r dealing with life not with toys.

Ish hospital ki pregnancy general ward mei staff dallo ko only 200rs do aur bina line ke doctor se appointment lo. Please I am requesting to hospital manegement ki Aap in staff dalalo ke uper nazar rakhe.

Hamara bache ki halat bahuth karab hai yeha ane ke baadh tik hogaya, yaha bachon ka bahuth ache doctors hai, very good doctors, specially pushpendher doctor is very good here patient friendly.

We went there today in the morning around 7 O'clock as my brother was suffering from stomach ache. No Doctors were available there at the time or emergency, one staff boy checked him and gave an injection that's it. No bed facility, no sitting arrangements for patients were available there we were sitting in the garden area as my brother was not even manage himself to sit properly he was bearing so much pain from 7 O' clock to 10'O clock I have visited emergency ward for several times so that I can meet the Dr. And tell him the problem my brother was facing. But no Dr. We're available there and finally at 10: 40 I have decided to take him (my brother) to another private hospital so that he will be out of the pain. This is the condition of Govt. Hospitals now a days.

Worst experience there is alot of garbage everywhere and mosquitos aslo there security incharge behavior so rude and always shouting for everyone i suggest to health minister should action for this problem as soon as possible

I went there for ANC registration as this is the nearby hospital for me. I have the RCH card also and all the required documents. Reached there at 9 am morning after long queue i had waited there for 5 hours and at 2: 30 I meet the Doctor. She denied to do anything there telling that I have to go to the DGHS hospitals as I am not from the MCD. According to her they are only for MCD. She (The Doctor) was very arrogant and behaving badly with all the sited pregnant ladies. They are just telling that they dont have doctors there so if the person is not from MCD then they will not be treated or the ANC cant be done. First of all I want to know that the well known hospital is not for all. We all are Indians but they are just behaving that the peoples other than the MCD (even of DGHS) are not Indians. Iam writing here because as I had wasted my 6-7 hours there, I went there thinking that the hospital is good. And for the doctors, please be polite to anyone, dont be rude, no one visiting you for tourism. Peoples visiting you feels like the Doctors are God. Don't make them wrong. I will report this issue to the higher authority such that the other peoples should not face any problem there.

Patient load in SDN hospital is much more than many reputated hospital in east delhi.even then it handling the things effectively.

Person are quick and helful but place is tricky to find. The place is opposite to Delhi Jal Board office and near to Beer and Wine Shop. If not able to find the place, please ask someone there.

I visited this hospital few days back.very nice hospital.specially obs gyane doctors are very helpful and very talented.dr rohini who attended our patient was so humble and intelligent.i will recommend this hospital to everyone if they want good treatment and care facilities

अस्पताल में जो जाहिल नर्से बच्चा होने में मदद करती हैं वो बिल्कुल अनपढ़ है । गधे की तरह गर्भवती औरतों पर चीखती है। बहुत ज्यादा लापरवाह है। हमारे टैक्स का पैसा लेकर हमे ही सुविधा से वंचित किया जाता है।

medicine.but there more of the crowd daily.but it's a good facilities for poor and middle man.timing of making card 8: 30am to 12pm
Monday to Friday, Saturday timing is 8: 30am to 11am, Sunday off.there is two entry gate.first gate only vehicle person it's
emergency gate.and second gate non-vehicle person only.
