To be honest, himanshu pant service is excellent. He is very friendly and very supportive. I enjoyed my kullu Manali trip. Budget is very cheap compared to other tours and travels. I will recommend swan tours and travels to all. They have a variety of budgets.

We have taken 6N/7D tour of Uttarkhand for Corbett, Ranikhet, Nainital and Delhi during last week of May 2023 from Swan Tours.
The itinerary with requested hotels, destinations and policies was quickly shared by them during enquiry phase. All hotels booked by them were good for stay and also had excellent views and connectivity to local places. The driver provided by them was professional and ensured the car was clean during all days.
Overall our tour was quite smooth and memorable. Just one downside was we requested them to book Jhirna Zone but due to few delays it got full and we had to go with Dhela Zone.
We are highly impressed by tour arranged and service provided by Swan Tours and would definitely consult them for our future tours.

Booked my trip with Swan Tours to Meghalaya and Kaziranga National Park in Dec 2022 during a peak time. Every other travel agency said I shouldn't go this time as all hotels were booked but Swan Tours and Kabir, helped us in getting booked and we were able to do everything as per our itinerary. The hotels were nice and spacious and food was also good. The best part was the driver. Travelling with family, that is no. 1 concern for us but he was very friendly and had many years of experience on those roads. All in all, a very good experience

It was our first organised tour with family to Udaipur in first week of Jan 2023. We decided on Swan Tours on a friend’s reco. Overall it was a pleasant experience. The trip was well organised and the representative Kabir was extremely cooperative and in touch throughout the trip. The hotel Brahma Niwas was well located and reasonably clean. There was a few minor hiccups e.g. Lack of hot water in the evening. The hotel staff was unassuming and courteous. Bhupinder at the restaurant was extremely responsive. Overall a pleasant place to stay. Could do with some improvement of the breakfast layout.

I had a wonderful experience with Swan travels. I booked Vaishno devi package which included helicopter trip also. It was very smooth. And the best part was the agent was very cooperative and polite and was always ready to take queries.

Who collect the money in advance and dont revert to your mails calls or messages even after days weeks months and years pass by.i have filed a legal law suit against this company.i urge other customers to look for other options

Poor customer service
I have contacted swan travel for the 1st time to book a tour of delhi and agra, I was after airport pick up and hotel accommodation. I was told that i will get my itinerary the next day. I haven't recieved any update.

Then I thought they might have forgotten about it, then I rang them 2nd time after few days, some guy name RAHUL picks up the phone. I have requested him that I am looking for cheap and best 5 star hotel options. He was like in a sarcastic manner 'cheap and best, both words contradict with each other'.
He was trying to make me sound like I am some fool.

Fair enough his statement is correct both words are contradicting with each other. But it is common sense that what customer wants and 'cheap and best' term is used all around the globe.

I realized it after I hung up that he was being sarcastic with me. Not a good way to speak with anyone, especially with a customer who is trying to give you guys business.

Clearly he lacks in his customer service skills.

Later I got put on with Seema mehta, she is the reason I am not giving one star review. She was nice enough to understand what I want.

Unfortunately I have not recieved any update on my tour, because she got covid and was on sick leave.

Then I have booked my tour with some other provider.

Swan arrangements and coordination is excellent, Agra hotel is good, jaipur hotel is also ok suggesting to look for other hotel.

I am from Chennai and i was exploring options to visit northern states covering Delhi, Himachal, Amritsar, Agra, Haridwar. I researched online and found Swan tours. They were helpful from day 1 right from customized trip itinerary to hotel selection. The itinerary was optimal for my parents who were senior citizens and made it not very hectic. They  are very knowledgeable in this domain and planned it to perfection. With all the places planned, the trip was for 14 days and we were assigned a dedicated tour coordinator, who checked in on us on a daily basis. Overall the trip was a great experience and a memorable one. I would highly recommend swan tours.

It was a surreal experience and we have enjoyed every bit of it. The journey was more beautiful than our expectations. I booked a tour for manali from Swan Tours. Himanshu was my travel manager and he managed my tour very well. He was very supportive and i didn't face any problem in my tour. Whenever I would like to visit anywhere i will definitely go to Swan Tours.

It was. 6d 5 n package but we could complete our plan without undue stretch.

Great trip saw Dehli, Agra, Jaipur, Rantabore and Jodhpur. Hotels were all Historic Hotels and so beautiful. Seema even added an extra day on the rerun to Dehli, she was very professional and friendly.

I am from Hyderabad, India. I booked a golden triangle tour with Swan travel in mid-Dec 2021. It was a seven-day tour package, and we were a group of 12 people as family (6 adults, one 13y, one 12y, four under 9y). When we arrived, we were greeted by the tempo driver. The drive was OK, but we did not like the Tempo. I complained, and it was swapped to a better driver and a much clean and well-maintained tempo. The hotels provided were just fine. The only disappointment was the Agra one. But overall, it was a great trip, and the team from Swan that coordinated with me was the best part.

I give Swan administration team five stars rating. Moving forward, I highly recommend this travel agency to do business.

We went Shimla and Manali in March 2022. Our hotels were comfortable, food could taste better, please make sure that non veg is halal.
Only problem was that our driver wasn't compatible enough, he was a little rude.
Didn't show interest and asked us to walk to hotel twice.
Our agent HIMANSHU PANT was quick and supportive. He made our trip easy.
Overall I would recommend swan tours in the future.

We travelled during Christmas Holidays to Shimla and Manali and we had our own apprehensions regarding the journey, but all was laid to rest by the wonderful planning and arrangements put in place by Swan. Right from the driver who was waiting for us at the airport to all hotels arranged, it was perfect.

Price is too high. I told them to provide package for 2 nights and they provided me 5 night package of Rs 36000, I think they don't listen to customer's requirements.

We did a 5 night 6 day tour for Delhi - Corbet - Nainital and back to Delhi. Overall very much satisfied with professional attitude and quick response. Car was in good condition, Navinji was very polite and Gayatri from swan tour was above and beyond in making sure we have a wonder stay and experience. Fully recommend Swan tour.

We availed services of Swan Tours, to organise a trip to Himachal Pradesh in Feb 2021. The package plan included popular destinations - Shimla, Manali, Dharamshala, Dalhousie and Amritsar. Went sightseeing around Delhi for the day, driver was nice and safe, English guide was knowledgeable but not amazing. Seemed to go to prearranged, expensive places only for tourists thus not an authentic experience
