I have taken my claim, Mr. Ashu (Claim Advisor) has been appointed for me, he did not do any work on my vehicle till now date and told me that the company is not making the parts of bikes, and his behavior is very rude, in this service center ashu tried to fit duplicate parts in my bike after 10 days.

But the workshop manager Mr. Narender is nice

Squeezing money from the customers in the name of replacing parts of the vehicle. Worst service centre.

Never go on swaroop honda one of the worst service center.
If you are going there then i am 100% sure u will frustrate that day. They looted money from customers.

I have submitted bike for claim now 20 days passed but did not get my bike till now.

They are promising from last 10 days but no result. All fakes here.

Now i have a last option for police complain so i am going to do it. And i will never visit at swaroop honda in my life.

Really helpful staff like Narender Ji at cash counter. My issue was resolved at this place.

Good customer service, vehicle service and cool customer Lounge. Overall good experience at first visit.

Overall experience was very nice, loved the interaction with Ashish Malhotra ji, he was very helpful and kind person. I recommend to get in touch with this guy if you want good quality service. I went theri with my aviator for basic service and he done the job very well and he guided me very well.

I have seen many negative reviews related to after sale service but fortunately I didn't meet with the same. My before and after purchase, experience was good.courteous and polite behaviour from the sales executives. Overall great experience

गाडी की धुलाई 2 से 3 लीटर पानी से कर दे रहे है, धुलाई के बाद भी जगह जगह मिट्टी लगी है, रिपेयर करने के लिए गाड़ी को धूप में खड़ी रखी जाती है, व्यवस्था ठीक नही है।

Service station is situated near Anand Vihar metro station you can go there by taking entey road from patparganj industrial area.they will take minimum two hours to do service your vehicle if you reach in the morning better first book your service number then reach Early.

Just average service quality because of untrained new staff who dont know much and they will try to make u understand there not problem then you will speak to their senior who even actually dont know and it will be the process of 5 hours.

They just doing formalities of free service with the new two wheeler. I have visited for first service of activa 125fi. They fit wrongly footpad and guard nut by creating new nut hole instead of given hole. Later I have to go to tight to private repair shop where they found that it was wrongly fitted due to that scooter has damaged.

It's worst. It have own rules besides this staff is just irritating and arrogant. Honda company should rethink about its franchise as Swarup Honda.

Very poor services. Not once but thrice I gave my Scooty for service. Really poor work. Bad management.

They have started an obsolete appointment mechanism for servicing of the two wheelers. And moreover, the management is rude.

I broke the belt of my Activa 125cc, I have a extend warranty, even then I cluch the bill of 3600, while the estimate of the work of 2500 was given due to lack of work, I got the entire work done out of clutch, which cost 1600 juice.

Got my scooty serviced in front of me within 2 hours.

Staff is ok. But they just add whatever they want even the free service may cost you 1380rs.than how much they will cost normaly.dnt know they d carbon or not but always charge for it

Good place to service. But you need to look up your vehicle during service. The mechanic are like THUG. You have to confirm whether they have changed the engine oil or not. Other things will be also look out properly.
