Red Fort, also known as Laal Kila which was built in 1630 and served as the main residence of the Mughal Emperors. We discovered so much new inside Red Fort on this visit because we at Curly Tales are always looking for new things. There is a complex of museums inside the Red Fort known as Kranti Mandir. It was inaugurated by Prime Minister Narendra Modi in January 2019. The Museum comprises of the Subash Chandra Bose Museum, the Yaad-E-Jallian Museum, Azadi Ke Diwane Museum, and the Drishyakala Museum. This complex of museums is a tribute to the revolutionary zeal and courage of our freedom fighters.

Inside the red fort lies The Swatantra Sangram Museum which is mainly based on the Indian freedom struggle and the journey. This is one of the best designed, built and well maintained museums of India. There is an entire building dedicated to Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose which is built by Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi in 2019 which depicts the life story of Netaji and the INA. The museum has TVs projectors and information boards which is amazingly maintained. The best part is photography is allowed inside these buildings. Definitely a must visit place to get a great sense of pride for our country!

When you buy your ticket to the red fort, you have the option to pay more for a ticket that includes "all the museums. " This place refuses to honor that ticket, and instead insists you pay an extra fee. That's dishonest. It's annoying that so many places in Delhi exist only to extract more money from foreign visitors.

Swatantrata sangram museum is located inside the red fort, there is no any separate entry fee for this museum it is included with red fort's entry fees.

Visiting museums is always fascinating but this one is easy to travel to and quite economical to buy a ticket for. The old stuff always stuns me so intriguing to see the stuff from centuries old and still being in such a good state.

There are about 5-6 museums in the Red Fort area. The tickets are available along with the tickets for the Red Fort. A must visit for all history lovers and youth. It portrays history of India from 1857 along with Museums dedicated to great leaders like Subash Chandra Bose etc. Do carry your own food or water, there is no canteen inside

The Ministry of Culture has redesign the Freedom Struggle Museum, modernized it by renovating the Freedom Struggle Museum, with cleanliness, ventilation and seating arrangement.
The history of the struggle has been made alive. From the regional rebellion to the post-revolt of 1857, the movement of the movement is clearly shown, the contribution of women, children and students is also mentioned.

One of the best built, and organised Museums in India. Each aspect of this museum has been arranged and planned very well. There are TVs and projectors everywhere with specic clips and sounds of the indian freedom struggle. Just walking through this building will give you a great sense of pride, patriotism and nationalism. Located a few hundred metres inside the red fort.

This museum is a wonder factor as well as a heritage of beautiful art. If you go to the Red Fort, visit this museum! When you go to the museum, you will surely remember the history you have taught in your school. I like history, if you have, you must go here. The things you can see there will bring you the thrill of freedom and you will be proud to be an Indian.

It's a museum inside the lal qila. Place has good collection but it is quite congested. It walks us through the struggle our people did for the independence and gives inspiration. If you are a history lover with inclination towards patriotic history then you will love the place.
