Comparatively cheaper restaurants as compared to other restaurants nearby.

Waiter was little rude and their service was not good, when complaint at reception they replied "theek hai, koi baat ni".
What is the sense of this reply?
Also food wasn't good.
I will never visit this place again after having this type of experience.
