Very poor services, totally time and money waste, they don't have any department which works well. They send profiles different from requirement and don't take any ownership. Negative stars if possible.

Worst experience, before registration lot of promises r made, once you register you have to chase them for profiles, and later they say that there’s no response from other side. In 5 years they didn’t arrange single meeting with any profile I chose. Waste of money.

They are only here to keep pushing you to upgrade plans/renewal for their membership. They do not hold any sense of responsibility to make sure a potential candidate's match is found until he/she gets married. Out of a sudden, one fine day they would call up to push you and say kindly renew your plan to continue our services. I mean why would we pay more, despite paying a hefty amount of Rs 40K? If money is the motto then there are more than 3K plus brokers in Delhi itself. One can easily appoint 4-8 brokers by paying a nominal fee of 8-10 K each. I just don't recommend their services if you are seriously looking out for a decent match for your child or yourself. I am leaving this review because I am a भुक्त भोगी! (sufferer).

Never sign up with this marriage agency. Poor service. All they care about is making extra bucks. They really don’t care once you have paid their subscription fee.

They claim to be the best but they are far away from reality. Their senior team like Mr. Prabhat and Ms Anju would quickly draw you to enroll immediately by over committing the services. The advisors appointed have no sense of what is to be done. Towards the end of the services, the tone of the management changes.
Enroll only if you want to have a bad experience and have money to waste.

My requests to all Parents to not to enrol with them at any cost except if you want to waste and throw your money, they totally cheat people with false promises, they take money very fast, dont provide invoices, only sweet talks, you keep on trying after oaying them, please dont fall into their traps, best of luck who had already paid them for refund. I have shared my experience with the hope you all should not suffer like me, the management is not doing anything who have earned so much name in previous years, i dont know what management is doing now or they have lost control

Sycoriaan Matrimonial making fool the peoples, They have not any profiles.

They are one of the most pathetic Matrimonial bureau I've taken service of. Websites like JS and Shaadi are doing a way better job at much lesser prices than these guys.
They have no sense of ownership for any potential alliance, no follow up and communication with the two parties, only exchanging phone numbers and that's all.
Their relationship managers and coordinators are immature, unprofessional girls appointed and having no sense of job responsibility. They only know how to send emails and make calls. This job requires mature and experienced folks who introduce people with each other and establish a communication and make every possible alliance reach to a conclusion.

Good service and efficient working.some of the senior Staff members like Nita ji and Mamta ji are very understanding and polite.
Ananya is another young executive who is really good at her job.

Sycorian has been handling my profile from the last couple of years and today after almost an year, when I asked them to update my profile, I got the shock of my life that my birth details were wrongly updated in their system and they have been sharing this incorrect information with all the families as you don't get to see what information is being shared. On speaking to Ms. Nita Jha, I was at least expecting an apology for courtesy sake but no, I was told that they will update my profile but can't change my point of contact as it's a basic package, which means their basic package allows them to tamper with client's information and doesn't guarantee a good service. So, if you are looking for a good service, you will have to go for their premium package. What a cheap business model and then you play around with client's information? How do you plan to compensate for such services?

Sycorian matrimonial services are the best I have come across. Its very reliable and provide best services. Arohi is doing wonderful job, she is very responsible. She is one person you can rely upon and trust.

My experience with Sycoriaan has been very positive. I have been working with Poonam and Sumita ji. They are swift, hard-working, and pay attention to every detail. It feels like they genuinely care. Please don't put your money in this website.had a very bad experience. Just after giving 80000/ was diagnosed with cancer and couldn't pursue even one lead. Told the sycorian people to put on hold for a year. Sad they didn't and nxt year tthey want me to give them more money. Guys not trustworthy at ano refund, no discounts.
