As my personal opinion, the service of this service centre is quite impressive. Service personnel demanded 3-4 working day time but they repaired it in just one day. All staff is polite and professional specially receptionist mam. Thanks lenovo

Pathetic Service. I wish if I could give stars in minus. Recorded ticket for hinge broken issue 4 months back. 3 engineer already visited in past 4 months, ordered 3 different parts. Everytime engineer said part ordered was not correct and they order it again. It's still not fixed, I don't know if this laptop is made by Alien which is not getting fixed in 4 months also and counting.

Employees are fine in work, I guess but they have no sense of customer care or customer handling

I have visited them twice to get my laptop screen repaired every-time they said we shall email you the quotation but till date no response from lenovo team nor the service centre ppl are helpful.

The place itself is hidden. Incase you found it, you will be disappointed.staff's response is something like machine, not even trying to resolve the problem.clarity is zero and facilities are horrible

BIG REGRET BUYING LENOVO EVEN BIGGER REGRET GOING TO THIS SERVICE CENTRE.
I’ve bought lenovo legion 5 pro on 10 sept 2021 and it’s been 12 days only when my laptop windows crashed. It’s been 2days i have submitted my legion 5 pro bacause my window crashed and when i called them to have a update they talked so unprofessionaly that i regret now buying the laptop. When i asked him what’s the problem with my laptop he said your window crashed and when i asked how much time it gonna take he answered 5 working day and when i asked why will it take 5 days for just installing new software the answer was so rude he put my call on hold and could hear him having conversation with his colleague that “isko bata kyu lgega time “ when my only source of income is that laptop how can i afford to stay without that laptop for next more 5 days for them simply just to install the window. Even when i was in service centre i asked to speak to the manager and he simply refuse to meet me. And i even heard him shouting that “bolde free nhi hu choti choti cheezo ke liye thori ab hum bhar ayenge or OS ke kaam ke liye mana krdiya kro sbko.

Service Center is in the 3rd Floor. You have to get inside the pathway and then turn right. The big hoardings of Lenovo is there at the front. MSI service center is also the same.

I have been trying to reach out to the center since morning.i have submitted my laptop for repair and haven't heard anything yet.its been 9 days now.its horrible that the staff present at the office are not even answering the calls.i have tried atleast 10 times now.its a saturday, according to location in map it shows the stores are open.but still i want to confirm if they are before i visit the store.

Great service but with a little bit of patience.
Service center is not located in a clean environment little bit of untidy surrounding is there.
But overall if i should say service is the main factor and i will get a chance to gove rating

I visited date 12th may 2021 Lenovo Service Center in Janakpuri with my laptop X1 Carbon and I took a look at the service center staff.

The staff there were talking in a very dirty way in front of the customers. And some lady whose name was Dubay was talking abusively to someone on the phone,

After hearing this type of language, I came back from and take my laptop and go to Nehru Place Service Center?

I am using Lenovo products for 7 years but got such an experience 1st time

I think Lenovo needs to be required to change this type of employee.

Totally worst service and experience was too bad I gave my MSI laptop for some hardware issue and after fixing that one of my best laptop it's giving more problems due to these kind of inexperienced engineers they even didn't know how to join the lato parts

It's a small office in the same building as INOX theatre on the third floor.
It almost seems that service center people don't want you to find them since there's no building name or landmark given in address online but I hope this post would help.

My laptop was tested and I was told that I will recieve a quotation in mail and it has been a week that I have not recieved any mail even after multiple reminders to the store.

I was there a small query i had regarding my MSI laptop. And i was helped with my query attentively and professionally.

Very bad service. There is no tecnical guy in service senter janakpuri. Only one guy who told call coustomer care so why we need service center. Pls never buy lenovo leptop

Service is good but bit delayed in receiving item.if you have warranty you can visit the service centre.

Usual customer care Center, some are happy others not, but are good in talking but company delay the service by least inventory.

And the Person who listens problem of customers is very polite and provide good solution.
