They don't deserve one star even, they deserve zero, they just take money (1500rs) and never help you to get the job, my experience with them is worst, i have never seen people like them, i went there last year and they took the interview and took 1500rs and asked me where i want to do job, they give me options of airport, banks and passport seva kendra and asked me to select and i told them passport seva kendra will be good option then the lady told me you need to do police verification, once you are done with that inform us we will send you for interview, i called them after police verification done (for which i had also spend money) many times they said right now passport seva kendra is not hiring, then after some days i called them again and they gave me the address for one pharmaceutical company, where i gave interview and the job was almost like collecting money from doctors for equipment and the salary he was ready to pay was less then by my last company, obviously i did not join there, and i again called them for passport seva kendra job and they said your cv is in process, once we will get confirmation we will send you, but they never send me anywhere i called them again the lady said why don't you join in small companies until you get confirmation from passport seva kendra, then again they send me in company for back office profile and the lady on call told me that tell them you came from Daksh Foundation not from talent planner, i went there, the interviewer asked me first question about Daksh Foundation, and then he asked are they charging something from you? I told them about the amount and then he did not ask me any question further and said we will let you know, and i did not get any call from them, then i again called at talent planner but they never sent me anywhere and after sometime they stopped to pic my call.basically what they do, they just call the recruiters and tell them we are from NGO and helping poor to get job (but in reality they are making job seekers fool by telling them you get job at passport seva kendra, airport and other big organizations) but they have no contact with any and they are also making fool to recruiter by telling them we are from NGO, we don't charge from candidate.
Do not believe them, i think they themselves find job from Naukri.com and other job sites and send people there and i am sure the positive comments are their own staff (fake accounts)

I was eagerly waiting for the Aviation sector job and i have wasted my money to the so many consultants but no one helped me for the same and today i got the offer letter and and i am feeling great. Guys you helped me alot earlier i was thinking that my registration charges was gone because when i gave my mock the interviewer told me that your preparations is not that muck ok so re prepare it so i thought you are just giving excuses but today i realize that why the interviewer told me for re prepare thanku so much for all the efforts. But guys you need to work on your processes little bit to excel it properly moreover everything was best

My experience with Talent Planner was above average.yes i got the job of " Office Coordinator - Passport Sewa Kendra" but i have applied for the post of Sr. Coordinator, i was expecting better results from your side guys because as i got reference of your from my friend and as i had words with your interviewer at the time of registration, i was very confident that i will get the job of Sr. Coordinator but now i only got the job of coordinator, yes i got the salary what i was expecting but i also was expecting the designation.no worries.hope you will work on this.and apart from this everything was satisfied and thanks alot for this Job.

Experience was quiet satisfied compare to other recruitment companies.they took time but finally i got the Job which i was looking and they have to fasten their processes else everything was nice and satisfied and i don't why they required the PCC from the candidate may be there are some rules or just to verify don't understand.but great to say that i got the job.i am giving 4star due to little time taking but happy to got the good job and i think you guys will work on "fasten the processes" and thank you all of u.

I have registered with them on the basis of all these reviews, when i went there and give my face to face interview, the interviewer counselled me in a great manner with the very good job options and i was bit satisfied what he was suggesting, i went there for Airport and Metro jobs but they also referred me other options also, today i got the offer letter and it was very nice experience with you all specially with Recruiters and the interviewer because earlier i only heard about the negative things for the recruitment firms but you guys are literally good and appreciable and hope you will make the same efforts for the every job seekers.

Talent Planner had been a great support to me when I went over there for my interview after the interview i was not able to pay the registration fees and i told them my family situation, these guys waived my registration charges and registered my profile free of cost today i got the job also.

It's was a very fine experience with you guys. I appeared for the job interview on 16th August 2018 and today I have an offer in my hand. Nothing can be better than this for a fresher like me. I am delighted and wanted to express my gratitude for Talent Planner.

To work with airport is always my dream and got the in GMR is kind dream come true, because i went in so manu consultancies and no helped me in proper way some of them ask for bribe kind of things which i can't bear it. I always got to know with my friends that without money Airport job will not possible but guys proove this wrong.

I don't think so they are fraud because i went there with my friend, they took our interview and out of both they selected or registered my friend for the Post of Office Coordinator for Passport Sewa Kendra and they clearly say no for my profile they said we only register eligible candidates and your profile is not matching with our criteria so we can not register this profile and they only registered my friend profile, after all process three day back my friend got the offer letter for the Office Coordinator and literally i was waiting for the same because i thought money was gone but he got the offer letter. I am not eligible to put this review but i am just putting this review because i haven't saw this kind of clear intention from any of consultancy or human resources company who are charging any fees. Talent Planner team is good and appreciable. I want also one favour if you can also register my profile because i am very needy for the job.

Me and my friend shruti went there for the interview,

we were little worried about the registration charges because we have wasted our money in so many consultancies and no one responded properly, someone referred me for the Talent Planner that they actually provide the job so we went there and we have registered over there for the post of Token Operator and Ground Staff and we are happy to say that we both got the job and we also started working, i have gone through with the all reviews most of are good yaa some of are bad also, i don't know what exactly they do but what exactly we need we got it and from my past experiences with the consultancies the Talent Planner is best they at least provide you the job
