Commitment is nothing for them.
Service is very poor

Good collection but the staff and owner are quite rude. They would first take an advance of min. INR 5000 in advance at showroom when you select the curtain. And when they send their employee to the site for measurements, would ask for 100% of payment - therefore, making sure that the customer does not have any option but to accept whatever they send or whenever they send it. If you disagree, you have to go back again to their showroom to take back your advance. Extremely inconvenient and not at all customer centric. Would recommend everyone to avoid them, if possible.
