Service was okay. But we were cheated by cab driver that we needed guide for Taj Mahal

But you don't need a guide there. And driver was not more knowledgeable about local temple/gift shops.
Guide took us to a tourist trap UP marble shop.

If there is no guide, no fake UP marble handicraft shops, then this is a good one.

Travelled with Capital caps for 2 weeks early this month. The owners Senthil and karthik bro did their jobs great and they are so respectful towards the guests. They also making sure that the guests are good. I will gibe 5 star for them but gave only 4 because of the driver. The driver need to learn how to talk to guests the same way as his owners. He argues sometimes until the boss called and off him.
Would like to use them again if i travel to North India again

Very poor service depends only on drivers hired by these people who are illiterate and no sense of talking. Total tour was flop and mismanaged
