Store location is easily reachable. They have free valet parking so go in your car without hesitation. Staff is nice, overall I had a nice experience.

Being a regular customer wished to purchase some gold jewellery on Dhanteras. Mostly trainees were seen at the counter. They were not at all cooperative. The regular staff were also not paying any attention. Being Dhanteras purchase they were confident that the customer has come to purchase only. So even if they do not pay any attention still then the customer will buy. The billing counter was taking lot of time even though no customer was before me. I think for next year purchase on Dhanteras I would not prefer to buy anything from Such shop.

I was mesmerized by the best value for gold offered to me along with the lowest service charges. In addition, the transparency of the process and the hospitality made it an excellent experience for me.

I've been shopping here for last 5 years, great experience.mr pankaj who attends us is very patient & his behaviour is very customer friendly. Mr bhatnagar & all other staff is also very helping & polite.
The approach to the showroom is a bit clumsy due to ongoing construction but the staff helps in parking also.
Overall great experience & extremely professional attitude.

Tanishq showroom located in East Delhi, parking can be an issue but they will help you with parking your car.

Jewellery designs were good but costs are so high. Presence of professional staff making you comfortable to see what you actually looking for.

Bad Bad center! They take one month for delivering the jewellery to you, the one that I ordered was also changed and the salesman was like Sir this is the exact one you chose till O show him the photo which I took while placing the order. Finally he agreed and then again the process of a month starts If you go to this store ever (which I would say dont visit the one in Shipra Sun City) don't meet Mr Brahmdev as he doesn't know what is he selling.

This is the best Tanishq show room of delhi NCR. South ex show room is famous for high budget pepole, very difficult to get collection in low budget, as per my last 5 visit. But in Preetvihar showroom, you will get the variety of every item in your budget. Saleswoman is more professional and able to understand your choice and budget in diamond jwellery section. For gold section all are similar.

I didn't go to the tanishq jeweller. Actually, I went there in a bar who is situated at the top floor of the tanishq jewellers

Visited yesterday to buy gold earrings, the sales person seemed so disinterested and did not show anything and even did not speak politely, this has made me lost interest in Tanishq itself

Best staff I have ever seen.seriously best staff and if someone is interested to sell gold Tanishq is the best jewellery brand to sell gold. They have value for your money. I have not deal with other staff members but yes Pankaj sir I would say is the best staff member. He is very understanding and his way of dealing with customers is really good.

Yaha pe ye aap ko brand ke naam pe nakli product bech dete h mane yaha se 6-7 month pahle ak 22 caret earring liya tha but after 6 month of use it's look like chinese rold gold. Abhi m out of station hu jald hi delhi aa ke in ki ma bhen ak karunga

It's just the brand name otherwise the making charges are very high. A 4gm, 22 karat ring costed me 16k. Almost 3500 making charge.
