We were assisted by Lalita and honestly speaking never met someone so polite and patient. I bought earrings and sat there for 1-1.5 hours in order to check their variety of other jewellery. She knew we were not gonna buy them the same day but we’re exploring still she showed us all variety available very patiently.will surely visit super soon. Great collection shown by Lalita.:)

One of the worst Tanishq stores around in town. The sales officer (don't want to name) seemed so lethargic, disinterested and unwilling to show designs. Says, "doosre counter se laana hoga, pata nahi baaki collection kahan hai. Abhi crowd hai, aap parson aajao". Seems like the store finds it tough to manage the rush on certain days. He even went to say Vegas mall mein isse kam designs milenge aapko. What's the point in paying a 35% making when the store doesn't even want to attend to a buying customer.
I'd honestly recommend you visit South Ex or Vegas mall store. Plus the stairs in Dwarka store are extremely steep and unwelcoming for senior citizens.

Place is good but they have limited designs. In order it takes very long.

Again went their. This time they showed some good collection. But sales team - pls don't be a CHEPO for your golden harvest scheam. If customer denies, pls respect that and don't be after them to sale it.

I have been visiting the showroom for past 4 years.always had a great experience. The staff is very cordial, especially Mr Amit Sharma, a committed salesperson who has been very helpful. He possess outstanding Product knowledge and cares about the customer's interests.

Really great jewellery shop. It is of TATA group, very much Indian. It sell gold, silver with gold and silver commitment. The staff are very much educated, etiquette. The uniform of female sales persons is very attractive, printed yellow saree, blouse etc. They look as representative of India. The uniform of salesman is not attractive, white shirt with black pant. It has much space, little at ground floor with much more space at first floor. It is located at Sector 12 Dwarka, New Delhi

Experience was great. They had a lot of options to choose from. Trust me you will find something for yourself there. Customer service was good as well.

I have had a golden harvest account since 8yrs. This year when i came to redeem it on 03/10, i was informed from the tanishq company by sms WITHOUT any prior information that my account after 400days stands closed and money returned by cheque[which i havent received till now]. With festive season on i had to make a purchase with my credit card
I now dont want to take the golden harvest scheme anymore
It has been a bitter experience

Excellent and exquisite collections. A well behaved, friendly and amicable staff which make the customers feel at home! A well coordinated and trained team.

We had pleasant shopping experience with Tanishq Dwarka. The sales executive Shalini Gosain was soft spoken, sensitive and amiable.

Customer service is bad and 90% time there phone number are busy or unreachable plus the employee talk big but if contacted later you should keep your expectations low because they usually don't fulfill what they say

Firstly, in the prevalent covid environment, need to be more vigilant about masks and sanitizing counters.excellent range.staff not really at par.billing is very slow due to lack of sync between staff.

Staff is not very warm. They can be openly seen eye signalling across each other regarding your purchases. At least that was my experience for purchase done on 27 March 2021. Sales person was not even bothered to offer water which was lying there on the counter. They did not even offer to have the weight of the gold verified. Though they asked me to sign the office copy of the invoice which said that I have been offered verification of the weight of the gold item I bought. On asking for verification they started to pass smiles across each other which I found very offensive.

Very helping staff especially Kapil n bindu. Helped us in whole process. Overall a wonderful experience n as always we can never leave without buying. 5 star

You won't believe it amidst covid chronicles when I visited the said shop on 9.01.2021 evening there is hardly any free space available in store. It seems after covid people are on gold/diamond buying spree and have reached here only.as discount season for tanishq that too of 5+1%is in air till month of jan.

Product is very good but staff behavior is very bad. They have least bother about your issues, you will feel like dealing with government officer.

The place is good for quality jewellery price being same across all the stores so no chance of being duped! Staff too is very cordial, amid covid scare the store has ensured to maintain proper hygiene with masks, gloves and sanitiser available.

The staff is quite helpful and great. They will show you as many designs as you want without getting impatient. They will help you with the latest offers and discounts that are going and what suits best to us.

Amazing collection of jewellery and if they dont have any specific design that you want they will get that ordered within specific time.

The best time to go for diamonds shopping is obviously during diwali or when no one is bothered.
You will get there full time to check out the collection.

Very bad service.dont bother about customers whether u buying in products in lakhs or thousands.last in 2019one day before dhanteraj I hv done purchasing of around 3.5 lakhs.every where diwali offers was going on.there didn't given me any gift.they said all gift are finished.even extra thred I asked for they were not willing to give.even at the billing counter we waited for 45 minutes for bill.i must say very poor service.store maneger behavior is also very rude.

Been a long time loyal Tanishq customer, but received rubbish service at this outlet. Waited for 15 minutes with no one attending to and left

Nice jewelry design. Genuine product. If they're saying it's 22 Karat then it is. But like others they give more importance to the customer who is going to buy more expensive jewelry. Even they offered me a glass of water after I have spent 34 minutes in their showroom while the other customers were having juices and sharbats. As I was buying only 10 gram gold so they were not interested in showing other designs. Their executive said "Itne me to bus yhi 2-3 designs hain". Not so good experience.

The jewelry is slightly costly although the finishing and design is better. If you have decent budget and you are looking for variety must visit this place. Good thing is that you can visit Senco, PP Jewelers, SP Jewelers and some other local Jewelers as well. So you can look for other options under one premises. Very close to Dwarka Sector-11 metro station. Some few hundred meters.

It was good, but very expensive, the gold price was more than the gold price in Senco and the making was also15 percent For a simple chain whereas at Senco the making charge was 8 percent so l found Senco better

Well the collection is always awesome. But this time I had undergone an encounter which was were bad. I infact reported the matter to the customer care but alas no feedback on the same. The floor manager Mr Karan was least concerned about the fault from his staff and the Store Manager Mr Pradeep was very busy as it was business hours. I hope this does not happen in the future and atleast I'm tendered an apology. If requested I can also post the mail which would get ve the actual issue.

Good experience. Daily hold rate higher than competition like Kalyan jewellers. Still purchased from here
