Pathetic service and customer care services the employees doesnot know about the customer they only how to empty the pockets of the customer sales person dont tell any extra charges and dont respond your calls after the loan is passed. They charged interest after forecloser letter is received and the employees in lajpat nagar and rohini branch doesnt know how to talk.
Pathetic service RUDE AND TATA CAPITAL IS NOT RECOMMENDED FOR ANY LOAN.

They are totally fraud they are doing fraud with us Tata Capital has said to give loan but he said to some charges to pass the loan and when I have paid it then from next day phone number is switched off and they didn't refund my 44,000 rupees.

They are charging 4.5% foreclosure charges after locking period also. Fraud company. They take high amount of foreclosure.

With the intention of giving its clients the best service possible, it has partnered with a number of financial institutions.

It is easy to borrow money from this company. Before I found this place and got a loan from them, I was having a hard time.

Third class staff no knowledge about procedure. High rate of interest on home loan compare to other banks. I have make part payment the person sitting on reception checked my loan account details on computer and told me to submit the cheque with cashier, however casier told me that my account is blocked. This thing can be informed by the receptionist when he checked my account on computer. When I asked him he said I don't know. My cheque goes waste and my time also get wasted. They will make you run from pillar to post but not give you the right information. Very poor service, even poorer than nationalized banks. Worst staff, no manners of talking.

Worst experience with Tata capital. I have taken home loan in June 2018 with interest rate 8.40 %. At present they imposing interest rate 9.15%. SBI bank is providing home loan at 8.15 % so I am trying to transfer my loan balance in sbi. I am regularly following up with Tata capital for forcloser letter but they are not providing the same.
