Great service, but heavy rush on weekends. Also please if possible give some complementary items like car perfume and microfiber cleaning cloth at least on initial free services.
My assistant was Mr. Santosh, who is very helpful. And service center is over all good. They assist you in a proper way for all ur issues and suggest you accordingly.
My mother’s NEXON XZA+ was picked up for service to TATA MOTORS GO AUTO OKHLA by a ParkPlus Driver on 7th Sep 2023. We were informed by TATA that the car was stolen. FIR, Lot of follow ups happened thereafter in last 12 days. We heard that TATA recovered the car from some Metro station. And then we found out that the car is in Police custody - completely damaged, with dents on the outside and damage on inside.
Tata motors shifted all blame to parkplus team, as if the car wasn't stolen under their care. They also tried to convince my mother that everything was fine when she said the car was not returned in time.
After begging the Parkplus team to help us (since we are just getting automated messages from Tata and calls from tata's customer care team ONLY after follow up), they finally organised to assist my parents with visiting the police, it has now been one week since that incident and Tata has not got back with next steps.
IT HAS BEEN 28 DAYS SINCE OUR CAR WAS STOLEN. AND NO PROACTIVE STEPS FROM TATA TO HELP US.
This is not some minor concern and it is shocking to us how TATA MOTORS treats customers, especially senior citizens, when our car was stolen from your premises. My parents have been extremely patient and beyond understanding with the TATA MOTORS team, but I am furious and so disappointed that you have misused their patience and don't even have the decency to follow up. I imagine when a car gets stolen under your care you would be more reactive. But alas, whether your car came back slightly damaged or it is stolen, that is not a priority for you.
OUR CAR IS NOT RETURNED YET IN ORIGINAL CONDITION BY TATA.
Advice for anyone who wants to use Tata Motors Go Auto services: Your car may be returned in original condition. But if anything happens to it, Tata will try not to claim responsibility and not be proactive in helping. Good luck.
Tldr: Car stolen during servicing at Tata motors, no follow up unless we contact them, they did not inform us when the car was in police custody and only found out when police visited our home, tata now has custody of the car and has not followed up with us since a week.
Worst service centre, no time management no professionalism no transparency no.commitment Mr ajay agarwal please try to work on your employees timings. Managers are least concern about customer satisfaction and will ultimately create a havoc situation for treo tata.
Manish Sharma - Good quick service provided by the Manish ji and Ms Shalu assisted very well. My issue not got resolved due to other issues but thanks for both of them for checking. Location is not good for car parking until job card created.
Don't visit this service center. Their unprofessional workers and staff gives unprofessional work. I brought my tata tigor car from Treo and worst I can say is pathetic service. Showroom room, they know how to sell their product but after sale service is zero. They never pick your phone and respond back. Service center, even worst. I Went to their service center for small dot which was their during delivery and they hide through ribbon. When I shown them, they did repainted however there unprofessional workers did unprofessional job and spread paint dots over entire left side of the car. After multiple escalation they agreed to remove and offered rubbing proces on my newly one month car however again unprofessional person did unprofessional work and during rubbing process he removed paint from few areas. This escalated to Tata but again solution is repaint on these damage areas. I would suggest to visit other service center rather than Treo okhla. if damage happens , you will not get any compensation. I beleive Tata should take some serious action against these non professional service center.
This is a service centre which should be avoided. They are not providing services they are extorting money out of your pocket. For once, I am willing to pay but with that payment I accept a quality is service. Which is HORRIBLE and PATHETIC. This was the second time I sent my vehicle for the 3rd free service and they simply ruined my vehicle and sent it. Key issues I would want to highlight: 1. My parcel tray replaced with some other parcel tray and now I cant close my boot lid. Upon requesting, the agent is telling me to come to service centre and get it checked. Boss this is your mistake, why should I spend it from my pocket? 2. Upon repeated assurance of updating the music system software. The same has not been done. Though, they communicated to me it was done. 3. They haven't done the update to the engine software. My MID still shows the service reminder and every-time I start my car IRA pops up giving service reminder.
I urge the senior management, if you are reading this to get these issues resolved asap. If not, I will escalate the matter. We are customers and this is our hard earned money as well. These are simply not pennies for us.
Servicing was satisfactory, but I forgot to remove my Ray-ban sunglass from sunglass holder before giving it for service. When I checked it after 2 days glasses were missing. Such behaviour is not acceptable from such reputed shop.

Nice place for servicing work of Tata cars. All the supervisors are very well behaved & listen to their customers very patiently, specially Mr Ashok Rawat. Mr Ashok Rawat is really a gem of this Tata workshop. Fully satisfied by the service of this place.
Advisor was very good and all other staff was very nice very good service accept telephone reception very bad service no respond not picking up phones rest all is best
Its spacious and service personnel are doing their best. One suggestion visitor sitting area should be located in a manner that customer can see the work being done on their vehicles. This will keep them busy and also they will be happy to see the harwork being done by staff to keep wheels rolling.
Worst experience ever. Perssons here are totally unprofessional and unresponsive. I was planning to buy another TATA car but dropped the idea now after experiencing worst after sale service. Neither they follow the time line nor they inform you the status
No one follows Covid guidelines Advisor give rating to themselves without customer consent. Waiting area isn't equipped well. They will do service with no ownership.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER, visited service center on 19.9.2021 for 1st service of my NEXON car, I had appointment for the first service, visited service center at 10: 15AM. They took nearly 1 hour to make my job card at around 11: 20 am that too on repeated requests. All workers were ignoring me because they were busy in entertaining the paid customers or their known ones.
At around the gap of 4 HOURS on repeated request my car was taken for the washing. Most of the customers after me in queue had left the service center after getting their service done they hardly took 2-2.5 hours for their service while they took 6 HOURS FOR MY FIRST SERVICE.
I think Only complaining will not work out I had a few suggestions that can improve the quality of service rendered by limited service centers of TATA MOTORS in Delhi. 1. They should clearly divide the customers on basis of their appointment and on spot status. 2. For each of these two categories they should have token system. 3. The token number of the customers whose car is taken for the service should be displayed. 4. There should be transparent information displayed for the customers on to a notice board/screen which will decrease the frequent questioning of the customers. 5. The number of workers allocated for cleaning should be increased as I am not satisfied with the work of the worker who has cleaned my car as only few workers were allocated for washing and cleaning who really had put there maximum for so many cars.that's why I had not insisted to repeat cleaning.
Very untrained staff. Tell them the issue and they will look into everything else but not what you tell them to make work. Everytime their system is down so you don't get to get the bill. Their cleaners takes the car for road test and tries not to get the car back in one piece. Then comes their management who tries to cover-up this circus act and blames the customer. I have got my car serviced the third time but they don't know what's the issue and I don't know where I can get it fixed retaining my warranty.
The customer executive fooled sheer. The problem I mentioned in my new Tata Nexon was shown to be correct at the time. But when I practically saw my car driving, the problem was the same. No work done. The car was simply washed and then returned to me.
Poor service experience, small workshop with less advisors and you can't expect much professionalism from them. Very conjusted place, feels like old goverment office with not much place to sit, with no view of your car while getting serviced.

1. Small workshop. So high waiting times as large number of vehicles come in for service. 2. Carefree attitude and lack of discipline. The SA is not bothered with the car. You have to continuously chase them down to get work done on time. 3. Poor facilities and customer lounge. AC does not work, very small room. Very stingy. 4. No COVID protocols being followed. High chance of you getting infected. 5. Poor washing and attitude towards interior cleaning. Leaves grease smudges all over the car. 6. Force people to rate them 10/10 on Tata feedback form. Do not do that if your problems are unresolved. Else, they’ll not take you seriously.
The only good thing is that if you chase them down, the mechanics are competent and they do not push for any unnecessary things. Also, they mostly do not misbehave.
Heavily loaded workshop and on peak load, cannot handle the amount of cars it receives.
My experience with Auto Vikas for my first service of my Tata Tigor XE was fine. Staff is very co-operative. However I was to late to drop my car in the morning but they delivered the same within the expected time. Service Supervisor was also very helpful and he didn't insist me for doing mutch more with the car. Here I would like to say that I am very much satisfied with my Tigor.
1. They don't have the chamber or well equipped washing area due to which car's under body remain dirty even they don't clean it with air pressure also. 2. One of the supervisor named ALAM, he doesn't have the professionalism. 3. I went there for my 1st Car service & it took around 6 hrs to them to let me go.they just washed the car & then checked overall whether everything is working fine or not. 4. They argued for the charges which is totally incorrect as there are no charges for the 1st service & after booking the slot they did it very slowly. 5. Preferred to visit other service center instead of going to TREO. 6. It is located in a very congested area & they don't have much space available inside as well.

I done my second service on 13th Feb.excellent service quality.serice advisor HN Singh was really very professional and solved my every concerb.really happy with ythe service and service center. TATA need more well proffectional service advisors kike HN singh
SERVICE IS REALLY SLOW. THEY CLEAN & WASH QUICKLY BUT THE MECHANICAL JOBS TAKE FOREVER AND IN THE END IT LEAVES SMUDGES ALL OVER. YOU HAVE TO LITERALLY CHASE THE ADVISER TO GET EACH AND EVERY JOB DONE. MY CAR WAS AT THE DELIVERY GATE WHEN THE WORK WAS STILL PENDING.
THEY CATER TO MORE CARS DAILY THAN THEY CAN HANDLE. ONE MECHANIC WAS HESITANT TO CHANGE A RUSTED SCREW SAYING A NEWER ONE WILL ALSO EVENTUALLY CATCH RUST!
THE WAITING LOUNGE DOESN'T HAVE A FAN SO GETS REALLY STUFFY. IT IS RAT INFESTED & HAS BETAL (PAN) STAINS IN BETWEEN COUCHES.
TOOK MORE THAN 6 HOURSFOR A 3 HOUR JOB. INSTEAD OF REPLYING TO EVERY REVIEW LIKE A BOT MAYBE THE MANAGER OUGHT TO WATCH THE BAY AREA TO CLEARLY SEE THE SHORTCOMINGS AND DEAL WITH CLIENTS PERSONALLY.
Tata motors authorised service centre. Mechanics are trained and staff is courteous. Well behaved. Only problem is location. Situated at service road near underpass. Low space for such businesses.
Money scammers. I had zero debt insurance and even after that those scammers asked me to pay Rs. 2600. I asked for the bill they said bhaiya iska bill nahi hota ye charge dena padega apko, Treo ka rule hai. I did not fight them at that time because recently my brother had passed away in car accident. But that thing still revolves in my head.the insurance person was Dileep. Tata should take some action against them.
(TREO TATA) You can't call it service centre, just like kabar khana. No space to park vehicles, no one to attend you. I visited for first cervice but returned without service.
Everything is fine but before service I am asking to tata motors staff noise in my steering. After service he is saying not your steering is fine noise Is clear. Due to more noice in service station I can't hear steering sound. And still my steering not free from sound. I am very upset about this service

Stealing the parts from Customer’s car is first thing they do before starting the repair job on car. GM is very unprofessional, don’t know how to take care of a customer. Don’t take your car for repair there.
Too many follow ups and delayed delivery. No one will assist you or answer your call once you drop the vehicles. However service was fine but unnecessary charges i had to pay
Worst of all dealerships, Stolen parts from my son's car, Overcharging the customers, Invoicing the parts which are not available with them and getting the amount from customers. Just beware of this dealership before sending your car for repairs at Okhla. Dosen't deserve any star for them.
Pahawa Autoworld is the worst Tata service centre in Delhi. They broke my car's interior plate during normal service. They didn't even tell me about the damage during the delivery of the vehicle. The next day, Soon after finding out the damage, I intimated them and asked a proper explanation of it but no-one cared. Everytime they would make some or the other excuse. I have escalated the issue to their top level but the top level escalation is also of no use. No proper response to calls and emails. They didn't even change the oil and oil filter but charged me for that. On top this, later I found that they fitted a duplicate part purchased from Mayapuri. I could't believe that a fraud of this level is happening at an authorised service centre. This was my first experience with them. Prior to this, I used to get my vehicle serviced at Concorde Motors and never faced any issue.
Worst services which i ever received. I have changed my car and no more fan of TATA due to its services. Actually There are very less service centers of Tata. You will feel pity after seeing your car in this service center.
