For buying a new car is good option but After 6 months of experience facing some issues after sales service like servicing car.
Before they have tie up with Park company which was very good source for car pickup and drop for service and park was very punctual, I could track all the activities between pickup and drop in their app but now they end their service from park and now from treo pickup and drop service is very bad.

I bought Harrier last month from Treo. I have a mixed feelings/experience due to reasons
Positives
- Experience with the sales person was good as features were explained well by the Sales person. He was pretty responsive to phone calls and answer to queries.
- Car delivery timelines were met.

Improvements needed
- Buying a new car and regardless of cost, everyone would expect to have a WOW experience which Treo lacks to give. Car wasn't clean as a new car should be which was very disappointing.
- I bought a i10 10 years back and had a much more special delivery feeling given by dealer as compared to 20+ lac car delivered by Treo.
- Car registration number not yet delivered after 30 days of taking delivery. After number of followups, they have said it will be delivered in 2-3 days, fingers crossed.

Pre Delivery Inspection was such a bad experience. Imagine a brand new car without functioning fog lamps, cornering lights & projector lamps. Car wasn't washed & wheel arches were full of dried mud. Looked like Tata is giving test cars straight out of dirt track without bothering to even wash them. Everything goes in a time of Chip shortage crisis. So much for owning & seeking another Make In India car.

Don't buy cars from Tata Motors especially from this showroom.at time of buying car they treat you like you are buying vegetables. Their services is pathetic and staff is rude and abusive.

My experience with Treo Motors Okhla was very excellent and satisfactory, my sales person Mr. Prince was very professional and friendly in nature. He delivered my car in the promised time period and was very responsive to my calls and messages from the time of booking to delivery. At the time of delivery he told me everything about the car and its functions, he also arranged a small cake cutting ceremony as it was my birthday which was very nice and appreciated by my family. Rest of the paper formalities were proceeded by Miss. Madhuri she made me understood each and everything related to paperwork with a very positive attitude.

We bought my friend's car from here. We didn't have a very good experience. We reached and inspect the Car and found multiple misalignments in doors and fenders. Mirror was lil loose on corners. Inside, there were scrathes. They sent the car for body work, which took a lot time. This all should have been covered in pre delivery test. But that was not enough. What we face was worse. We left the store @ 7 pm. And got to know that ACs were not working properly. Some flap inside was stuck. We have to go back to service center. They ask us to leave the car and come back next day. They ruined our day. Bad service. Bad experience. The manager there was sending an email for mirror replacement which I am sure my friend would not have received till date.

Overall its good experience I had with Treo Tata, 5 star Rating from my side. Being a sales person Mr Rakesh Joshi found dedicated towards customers. Special Thanks to him

I have booked a Nexon Xmas on March 28,2021 and still they haven't gave me the car. Befor they were tend to say 4 5 month waiting period then now they say i submitted a letter that i want to cancel my booking. Then they were saying system showing cancel booking and forcing me to buy on new updated price when I put complain on coustmer care. They shared a blank page where there is written i want to cancel the booking dated 24/6/2021 and used my forge sign too on it which i never did. Tata says we have price protection but treo dealer seem to ignore that when I talked to General manager. VP, GM, CA, sales manager you name it and they will definitely fraud you. They destroyed the buying experience of car with Tata. Before i was so excited to have a car of my hard earned money.

Very bad service. Will do sweet talk till you pay.
Once paid they will not even pick the calls.
Not even Narendra DGM not Pradeep GM nor their sales man like ANuj etc.
Delivery of vehicle was delayed by 15-20 days and its been month and i still have not received RC and documents yet.i cant even drive my car and they wont even pick up call now. Even if they do by mistake all they say is tomorrow you will get it.

Seems complaining to TATA did the trick.

Customer service lacking. Very slow in processing the documentation. They don't give a concrete reason for not getting the registration number. You keep waiting for registration number and they'll fool you around for the reasons unknown. Don't know why Tata doesn't do audits and fix the issue.

Horrible experience with Tata Treo. They are bunch of frauds.
You book a car almost two months in advance and when go for delivery they would insist you to buy a different color car with less features. They would do Blunders with documentation with no regret and leave you to struggle.

You still absorb things and go ahead to buy the car you have been waiting to celebrate and to your horror they will not register your car and let you go with unregistered car
And leave you to follow up day and night for registration.

Shame on you guys.
