Not good on variety and price also high as compared to quality, only worth during sale period

My favourite brand. Staff is good here. And you can find good western plus Indian wear here.

The staff is incredibly laid back. They do not respond when you ask for assistance. There was no one at the billing counter. There were staffs around who were just chatting but none of them bothered to come to the billing counter or call the person in charge. I had to leave my selected items at the store because of this reason.

The staff isn’t helpful at all and the exchange process is the worst, had to stand in three different queues for an entire hour just to exchange one product.

The range for kids is good and but then also some items that are essential for daily use are missing. And the offer that you were throwing is of no use, might be on every purchase you ask for survey and give 500 discount on next purchase of 2500, if this discount we get on the same purchase then it's good. Or you need to change your discount offers or modify them so that they can become more attractive.

No proper men power they are taking so much time in billing formilites also options are limited for clothes

A great collection is available here for everyone. There is everything from jeans, footwear, indo-western to make up and accessories. My personal favourite are heels and accessories both affordable and durable. Great options for sneakers too available. Beautiful combo of rings and bracelets.
Men's section has a wide range of t-shirt and formal shirts under a good range.
Plus a huge parking area is there under the store so no inconvenience.

Their perfumes are so like ethanol except rose fragrance. The staff member didn't knew which product is on sale and which is not and the cashier was soooo slow.

Otherwise the collection is great and affordable one should definitely checkout.

I am a regular shopper of westside but this time I am really disappointed from the return/exchange counter staff of westside preetvihar. They didn't help me for exchange of product within the time limit.

One of best outlet for shopping in east delhi store and collection is a very fantastic and staff very nice and polite nature and good behaviour.mens collection is a very good and attractive and formal collection are awesome and reasonable price.

Tata is everywhere, everybody’s life. Nice genuine collection for modren era. Very contemporary.

Collection depends upon Location & Size of the Area. It's Collection in Z square Mall Kanpur was Amazing.

They have parking available too and that's a good part.

They have the store divided into 3 sections. Girl on 1st floor, kid on 2nd and men on 3rd Floor.

They have a rest room and a lift is also available from parking directly.

The stock was enough and the staff was cooperative.

The billing was smooth so the overall experience was nice.

Excellent place for shopping readymade clothes. But availability of suitable sizes is an issue.

Here staff is supportive but the cash counter person taking so so much time to make a bill. I wait almost 30min to buy a single t-shirts even their is only one person in the queue.

One of the best and most organised outlet of Westside that I have ever visited I am saying this as I swear by Westside and had been a regular shopper. The variety, cleanliness, staff and ambience everything was just perfect. I could locate here one of the best and fesh variety of Indian ethnic wear that I was after.
I would specifically like to mention about one of the staff Mr. Ayush who looked like a student working part time but his manners and sense of responsibility was just outstanding. He was so helpful that I could shop in no time as he was supportive.

Good experience at store, very nice staff. Although after the exit we tried to enter again (At 07: 00 approx) and the guard stopped us saying it is not allowed which does not make sense. Entry again to the store is not allowed? We had done our shopping as well and we were not going empty-handed. As per my understanding, he was denying entry to avoid recounting of walk-in but that cannot be the right reason to say NO to a customer. I would advise to have a discussion with the concerned guard. Thanks

I am very old costumer of Tata westside i go their every month as my need and I am very happy of it but some day ago when I go to PREET VIHAR westside store I was very disappointed by one of your staff member he used to do discrimination on religion me and my family when reach their then he do not help me when I ask him to help me then he just ignore and he talked very rudely to my child that I feel very bad and I not like then I asked some of your staff that what is his name they said that his name is "Shalender Mishra" and he is on the post of Manager of mens collection. I am very angry on him.and I request you to take strict action against such people because such kind of people give very bad impression to whole company soo please train your staff member so that no one can so this kind of abhor work with another.so at last i will say that please take my review seriously so no one can have guts to do that again.

I'm incredibly happy with their store environment and infrastructure. But I would suggest them to plz add up availability of sizes and designs in female formal attire. Rest they offer good variety and quality with reasonable pricing. Must visit
