I want to preface this review by saying the staff seemed nice but there was little interaction.
The rooms were very poor. The hall smelled damp and moldy. The AC in the room didn’t work and it also smelled of cigarette smoke. It was impossible to sleep through the night. The bathroom was less than savory with old water and stains. I left the room at soon as possible and decided sitting in the lobby was better than being in the room.
Breakfast had very few options so I ended up eating nothing.
*This place was chosen by our vacation guide so we did not know about this hotel until we arrived. Had we known, we would not have stayed here at all.
Pray that you don’t meet Jaikishan and shubham on reception, his attitude is of some royal king and no regards to customer relationship, very unprofessional behaviour, rude with hand gestures Worst experience never ever visit there
Worst property from Sarovar group. Fungus on chair cushions, wall paints coming off, used linens. Extremely unhygienic. It’s better to chose hotels from Aerocity
We stayed here because it was close to the Airport and nothing else. Not worth the money. This is actually an Average Budget hotel and nothing special about this place.
The main road in front very much is dirty, people spit everywhere and rather looks like city bus stand surroundings. Food outlets have no idea about hygiene. Parking space is blatantly violated without any sense for civic amenities.
Rooms. A/C doesn't work and you can continue to ask for Technicians to visit and repair, but it will stay as is. All possibility you'll neither get sleep or wake up amidst sleep and realise you're all sweaty. We visited in the Winters and that's only the relief. Gloomy rooms with NO ventilation. No carpets in the entire room space or when you enter the bathroom. No room cleaning as well. Has been a strange bad experience. Bathrooms need renovation.
Customer service. We were told we received an upgrade. I'm worried if we had landed in a standard room without an upgrade, what would have been our plight.
Management and Reception. They don't seem interested in your queries. And not courteous too. Very straight faced.
Housekeeping guys are quick and courteous. Dining area for breakfast has large spread with continental options, which might be the only good thing altogether.
We had spent a night at the property. Found the room stuffy, room floor was not cleaned and toilet seat had hair stuck to it. The hotel hosted two parties and the music was quite loud and the guests were talking loud in their room with opened door till 1 am until we left for airport. I would not recommend this hotel if you want a pleasant stay and especially have a late night ot morning flight to catch.
Only place they need to improve on is their inhouse buffet.only 2 non veg dishes were provided which is tooo less for the price charged rest service and stay was really good. The staff were very polite and always ready to help

Biggest advantage is located very close to airport, best suited for transit flyers or early morning flyers. They also provided packed breakfast (sandwich, cut fruits) for early morning departure. Toilets were clean, but one issue noted was hot water was not avl especially early morning, even after 2 buckets of water
Good location near to IGI Delhi airports, good taxi availability on main road, all eminitiez arround, restaurants. Junction to Gurgaon, South Delhi, north Delhi, faridabad

Rooms are small without windows and linens worn out, not clean, smell bad. Atleast bedsheets should smell nice, otherwise staff was good, professional and helpful.
It has gone downhill. No food no drinks at 10: 30pm as i arrived. Surprising or shocking. Cleanliness perfect but TV was out of order, took 1 hour to change set top box. Reception was helpful though and arranged food. Thanks Naresh, else it would have been rated 1
Very bad experience. We have booked two rooms and after submitting all the required documents and info it took about 40 minutes to get our first room. The second room was ready after almost 2 hours which was really really annoying. The AC of the first room was not working, but they provided a fan after complaing. The location was good. The rooms were tidy. But their service we didn't like at all. Also they gave us filtered water, even when we were ok with paying for bottled water. When my husband told them clearly that we want to pay for the water only then they brought us bottled water.

1. Service is very very slow, only one waiter was attending for 10-12 of us.
2. Limited menu in ala-carte, food cooked for buffet is only mentioned in Ala-carte menu. Only 2 dishes in non-veg (butter chicken and mutton rogan Josh) which was served in buffet also.
3. Waiter don't serve the food thats a total surprise & when requested to pack the leftovers he handed over the empty tumblers and asked us to pack it. 4. They give preference to buffet opting people. 5. Mutton rogan josh was completely tasteless, mutton was old and frozen. (Deserves negative ratings for this). 6. Quantity served is very less as compared to other quality restaurants at same price.
Conveniently located opposite Airport road making it suitable for short stay while going to or coming from Airport. Lesser points as room alloted was small with no window. Even after good discount through travel app, rate was not less compared to room.overall good for one night stay for travellers.
Me and my friend went there to have some food. And ambience was next to poor and restaurant had no aroma. It was stinking like anything. Tables were dirty. We couldn't even had a glass of water seeing the hygiene and cleanliness level. Waited for more than half nd hour and ended up having nothing there. No staff was there to take orders. It should be rated 1 star. Pathetic.

Awesome place with and offers. Go for nearby booking option. Nearby even reserves the table and the hotel honors the nearby booking irrespective of discount
It was a pleasant stay at theTaurus. The staffs were cordial and polite and well behaved and the rooms were too good according to the price. The price of the food were little at the higher end.but everything here is worth it.

We booked this hotel for breakfast buffet with our wedding guests of around 100 people. Timing was decided and everything was preplanned and paid booking. We stopped there and they asked us to enter the buffet area. Now guests are waiting for pranthas, bhatoora, idly and even bread which does not need any cooking, we were embrassed in front of our guest. Everyone was waiting with their empty plates, we raised our voice, talked to the manager, did everything we could, in the end We appologised to our guests managed it ourself, and left.
Good for short term stay or take rest during half of a day layover. Staffs are polite and friendly but sometimes as innocent that they forget what a customer asked for before a couple of minutes ago! You may need to remind them what you are asking for.
Room & foods are expansive but it is costly by default in this location. Overall they deserve 4*
Rooms are decent but quality of material such as bed, toilet seat etc are all very normal. The buffet breakfast is also very basic and not up to the standard of a sarovar portico.
The hotel location is great if you want a nice place near the airport. Well one can be annoyed by the traffic but overall experience is fine. The rooms are not spacious and don't have a window. So all you have is TV or the the lobby. Restaurant serves good food. The staff is exceptionally helpful and honest.
Loved it. Everything is well disciple, superb facility. I bet if you stay one night here you will also fall in love with their services, staff & rooms. Just want to say unmatchable in whole Delhi.
Dear Sarovar Team, I stay during November in Sarovar Hotel. Very pleasent ambience and very helpful staff. Specially thankful to Mr. Shubham for his kind support and attention he have for us.
Overly costly. We booked 3 rooms for a overnight stay. Service quality was different in each room. Reception was very welcoming but not effective. In 1 of the rooms, hot water was not coming. In another kettle had leftover from previous stay.
The hotel is OK. Neither good nor bad. You can't find a taxi (ola, uber etc) easily for commuting to places. But the staff is very good, they are well manared and good.
