TC Global is best for visa application and every team member did their part of work to the best. My case was totally different as I got refused twice earlier and knowingly they took my case genuinely and guided me very appropriately. Whenever I used to call their representatives, they used to say that it's their lunch time and they are eating, no Matter at what time I called they always said the same thing.

They never made a follow up call. They never called me to ask what I have done and what is left. They never bothered to track my progress or update it on their app.

I had done everything by myself, basically there was no benefit of applying through them.

On the first day they will ask you to make a profile on their app and fill the details.they called me once, to ask me if I will be able to attend their virtual student fair. That's all they cared about. They want maximum number of students attending their virtual student fair so that they can easily have partnership with colleges and universities, when students will take admission through their app they will get commission from the fees that we students pay.all they care about is there own mobile app, gaining user for there app and hosting virtual education event. Basically they want to focus more on creating their own brand image rather than helping students choosing right course.

They never shared any timeline According to which I can book appointment for biometrics and medical exam and apply for Visa.

My suggestion would be to watch videos on YouTube before calling them as they will forget to tell you complete details and which will cause delays and cancellations.

They have updated with time. All the information is transparent and all the staff is very helpful in every step. Visa approved.thank you tc global team

My experience with the TC Global platform has been a fruitful one. My relationship manager Ms. Aishwarya Srivastava was extremely helpful regarding my applications and University selection procedure. She was patient with queries and handled my profile well. She was very polite during the procedure despite her health concerns. I'd surely recommend Ms. Aishwarya for the job. She knows it well.

The only dismay I have with TC Global is with their editing and form filling team. There were delays and errors made while filing my application form which was a little unexpected from an organization of their stature. I feel there's a need of improvement there.

Got my Canada Study Visa recently and will be travelling soon, thanks to the tc global team, one thing they should focus on is the admissions process, I wasn’t given a proper guidance of colleges, had to do it myself, even had to contact the college myself in most cases, this thing can be improved as a student already goes through a lot of stress during this process, rest their visa filing is top notch, presented my file very professionally and neatly, big thanks to Lalita Mam my RM and Lavanya mam for zero hassle visa filing!

Tc global is extremely greedy and will not follow up with you once they receive their commission from university. I was pursuing my course online during covid when my visa got refused. Since then, they have not paid any attention and got my visa refused.

My name is Rahul and I filed visa through TC Global for May intake 2022. I am giving 5 star only because of Lavanya Mam. My relationship Manager was Arushi but Lavanya mam helped me more than her. I Visited TC in June 2022 first and I was very much confused. Arushi Mam help me to short-list the Universities and helped to apply in them. After I got my offer letter from University of Windsor for Master’s, my file was transferred for visa process to Lavanya mam.
She helped me in every little query. She helped for every single document, even the till I got my printed passport in my hand.
