Never buy from this seller /Techcommerce. I paid Rs. 3275 for sony speaker.
I got used product, sony despatch date was more than 1 year old, product original box was damaged.
No response from seller on my complaint.
No mechanism for refund.
Customer Care No.not working, No response on whatsapp & mail.
Techcommerce.in executive told product is old, box is damaged, no customer service because they price is less by 5%.
Never buy anything from Techcommerce.in!
Why don't Techcommerce.in publish upfront that they are offering peny discount for old product & No customer service?

I have not ordered the product yet, But if I talk about customer service, it is of 10. And remaining 1 star will give when I will order any product

Great rubbish app. Their job is to fool people and loot money. I ordered an item and they sent a half finished item. And eat money And when you ask them about it, they always say that they are investigating. Or no answer. Plz don't purchase anything from this app.

I ordered a one plus buds pro which cost about 6500rs they never mentioned it was unboxed product in website and when i contacted the customer service they said it was unboxed so I cancelled the order and asked for my refund for the 20% I paid for cash on delivery but it's been a week and i didn't receive my refund they initiated it but even after a week i never received it it's a totally scam website never buy from this and also I will be re posting one if i ever receive my refund currently for me most of the reviews seen here are fake as it's as never mentioned in review my advice don't buy from them

Worst website to buy products.i order a ear bud but it was used and when I complain about it they literally said to me that this is not their product I showed them the unboxing video and they didn't believe even after seeing that video.

The site is genuine and the customer service response is very good. I got my refund for the product that I had ordered which had an issue.
