Was easily able to claim warranty on my Sony Linkbud S. The entire replacement process was hassle free. Thanks to the staff (Priyanka) for easily understanding the problem and keeping me updated on my job sheet status.
Hassle free service was provided for my Sony Ex 14 earphone, got it replaced within 5 minutes. Excellent service provided by the staff and their courteous way of treating customer is satisfactory and appreciated.
I visited here today itself and their service reminds me of old times, nothing changed at all. I got my headphones replaced within minutes after diagnosis. It is at a walking distance from Lajpat nagar metro station.
Amazing service! Great supporting staff. I lost my charging case and contacted the service center and I got the new case in 2 days. And the person I charge was in touch all the time from their end. I didn't expect this great service.
Carlcare and infinix service centre is the worst service centre in the world. Don't go there you will regret it. They and their customer support don't care about their customers. If you submit your phone you will not get your phone at least a month they will waste you time, money and ruin your mood. Worst service centre experience of my life. When i submitted my phone to another company's service center like asus i got my phone within a week. It's been 2 months since I submitted. Yet i don't get my phone.

Unsatisfactory Services, I went there to get my Techno Phone software check, charges was ₹150, It took them 15-20 Mins.after that they gave it back & told me you have to replace it's Folder, And took No Money From me which means they didn't check it up with software they just wasted my My Time.

Visited today at the Sony service center (Technocare Solutions, New Delhi, Lajpat Nagar). I visited here to replace my faculty sony wi c400 wireless headset. The staff at this service center is very cooperative and supportive, they identified the problems in less than a minute and issued me a replacement brand new sealed product in place of my faculty headset. Dropped my in warranty headphones at this Authorized Sony Service Centre and they told me it will take minimum 7-8 days to diagnose the issue but I got a call from them the very next day that my headphones are fine & I can collect them. Went to the center and headphones still having noise issue.the technician at the centre wore the headphones for less than 2 minutes and said they are working fine. Terrible service. Don't go to this sony service centre.

Highly unprofessional and rude staff, the lady at the front desk is abusive and talk to customes in a extremely unprofessional manner. On asking for a manager or senior she does not connect the phone and asks the customer to physically come to the store and then they will show what they can do. Sony needs to take strict action against such vendors, it is a pathetic experience
Funny how sony headphone cushions are "out of stock" or not available/ not sold at authorised centres.one centre quoted an enormous amount, then retracted (it may take time), when I asked for a bill. Wake up Sony
I have an issue with my handsfree and went to replace this centre and my concern was handled Mr Sunny and he helped me and solved my problem. Keep it up the best services.

Pathetic service, untrained staff, neither they picks up the call, nor they update the status if committed time crosses 2 times or 4 times more. Sony will soon lose their customers if these type of service centers are servicing the customers.
The place ia adjacent to Axis Bank, located about 50-60 mtr from Gate-1 of Lajpat Nagar Metro Station. It is in basement. The contact number given on the website is hardly attended by anyone.
They are thief.they hold employees payment, never release payment on time and when someone call them they don't pick up the call. Head of this fraud Mr. Ranjeet Singh.
The time taken to fix a small issue was 7 days, or I was asked to visit other branches in Sarita Vihar. Ideally, the problem can be fixed in a day or two. That said, The staff were polite and the location is accessible. Kudos for that.
Better to throw your Sony product than to visit this place to get it repaired. I have been a loyal sony customer for decades but it's only recently that I had to visit their service center and trust me they have to be the worst when it comes to service. My tv's, home theatre, blu ray player, PS4, mobile, headphones and music tower are all from sony but now I think I should never have bought their products. I gave my mobile for repair after contacting dozens of their service centers and I finally found one that said they can repair it and it would be ready by tomorrow and once I gave my mobile, they stopped answering my calls and after three days I travelled 30 kms from my house to their center just to be informed that they are still trying to fix it. If you don't answer the calls then how is a customer supposed to know when to come to collect the product and I must add that they will not answer your call once they have your number in their database so call from a new number and they will answer. No wonder why Samsung and other brands are doing better, it all comes down to after sales support and Sony service is pathetic. At this rate Sony would have to leave India just as Chevrolet did.
It is a good service centre. The receptionist was polite as well. I got my sony earphones replaced in an instant. They don't sell stuff, they replace/repair sony devices. My experience was pretty good.
I went their for my headphones replacement they have not pick up my phone anytime I have called them more than 10 times. It's better to call in the Sony head office they will provide you better information
Good place for your sony products. Just got my TV repaired in 10 days. Very cooperative staff. The place was very neat and clean. Behavior of Mr Simranjeet singh is awesome. Overall it was a nice experience. Keep it up guys.

Technocare solutions has been one of the most prompt service center i have ever come accross in electronics industry. Kudos to Mr. Simran for his great customer orientation. He is very calm while listening to the problems of customer and same characterstic is exhibited by his team. My issue was resolved seamlessly. Thank you Technocare solutions.
I have been assigned this service center for Sony TV repair but seems that they have lot of work and they didn't worry for the customers.they call themselves authorized Sony service center but making fool of Sony and hampering image of Sony products.
Because of no reply from the service center I have to call local repair person at last.and he does repair like local person do and doesn't get satisfied with the repair.
Sony Service center lajpat nagar is service pathetic.don't call received any person and reception behaviour @ response not good i m submit phone is 31.07.19 service centre is saying i m calling to your phone and problem tell but not response till today i m suggests plz ignore this service center.
Recently, I visited Technocare Solution Pvt. Ltd. (Authorized Service Centre) in Lajpat Nagar New Delhi. My Sony WI-300 earphone was not working & they replaced the same. I am completely satisfied with the service. Specially I want to thanks Miss Kalpana, the girl was very kind, cooperative & helpful. Excellent Service 10 out of 10.
I do not even want to give a single star specially for this sony center. They are worst. Trust me guys, that girl who sits on the reception is so rude and does not know a single thing. I went there for my ps4 hard drive issue and these guys didn't even listen to me. That so called engineer kept saying and didn't allow me to even discuss the issue. When I told them that something is wrong with my hd, he didn't agree to me. He simply said that yiu can replace your ps4. Guys if its out of warranty then these fools will only give you 10% discount on the total cost of the ps4 and rest of the amount will be paid by you for psr replacement. What a shame! He told me that if my ps4 is of 30k then I will need to pay 20k. I mean what? More than that, these guys don't know how to treat a customer even if there is no solution for a problem. They will do their best to avoid you and show you like they are busy. That engineer stayed there with me for 2-3 minutes and went away. I then asked receptionist to call him.again as I had more issues, she didn't call him and kept us waiting. I don't know what the hell that so called engineer was doing inside. He did his best to.avoid customer. This service center is open for no.reason. They can not understand you and can never step in any customer's shoes to understand someone's problem. Shakal se lg rha tha job krne ka hi man na ho. They just want their salary on time. Nothing more than that. I am.going to tweet about sony for their pathetic service.

Service centre executive is very helpful they help me regarding my concern, my earphones mic was not working they replaced the same as i was expecting they will repair but they give me brand new earphones. I don't know about other people's reviews but my experience with the staff of Technocare was fantastic, specially Karishma, the girl sitting on the counter and Rohit, the mobile technician were very very helpful. I wish them lots of kudos, Cheers!
