Very bad Hp service center.don't want to reply to messages or call.giving excuses like lunch time or the person is not present at the moment.

Worst Experience ever. Staff doesn't talk nicely. They won't guide you properly. They'll keep your laptop and everytime you call them they will delay for collection of your machine. Not even registered on HP Service Center Locator. Not recommended at all. Go to Jasola or Okhla Or Gurgao.

Very bad customer service. Reporting false information in the form. And denying any help after the service. Not even Registered on the HP Service Center locator. Don't go to this Service Center.

Worst service ever experienced in my life. I would never suggest anybody to avail service from this service centre. Believe me, You will really suffer after that. I had Submitted my laptop on 11/08/2023 and the same was delivered on 01/09/2023 after continuous follow up. That too they had given by installing faulty parts. Luckily I had checked. They never pick up the given phone numbers and behave in worst manner you can ever imagine. They even made me visit their centre 3 times and then said come tomorrow in a very casual manner. In my case, there was an unwarranted delay of around 20 days in replacing the SSD card (which was within warranty) and for which grave damages, financial loss & mental harassment has been caused to me and for which I am in the process of filing a complaint before the consumer forum for the deficiency in services, financial damages and mental harassment. For reference my service number was 907. HP should sever its ties with this franchise if they want to retain their customers.

I had put a request for technician to visit my location and technician came to my room. He told me that NEHRU PLACE service centre is not authorised.you go there at your own risk.their engineers not skilfull. I've been visited there once you believe me they ruined my laptop.

Good service Staffs are polite. They give apt solutions regarding your laptop repairs. Though the hardware replacement or repair is slightly expensive but the parts and products are genuine. If you ask me, yes you can trust them.

I have recently visited their store to repair my laptop. They trying to cheat me by polishing second hand product. Idk why hp allowing them such looters to run their service center. I prefer you all not to visit this HP service center. Its better to go somewhere than looted by them.

Very bad services. When ever you drop your laptop always. Noted down the all the parts. And ask them to open your laptop. My personal experience. Never go there for any technical issue. They will not treat you well. His behavior is not good at all.

Worst service center ever visited in my life. Facilities and staff's behavior is even more worse.

It's totally waste of time here and ridiculous service. My experience was terrible and they didn't deserve for one star also.
