Trai's New rules for Dth services are wrost.i wanna fry that new rules. According to trai The cost of tv recharge is reduced but the reality is that it is increased upto 2 times. How horribly trai is played with us.

You say that charge for MNP is 19 Rs. But when we ask operator to port number they ask for FRC (First Recharge Coupon). They fools innocent public in name of various charges. Please do some needful.

Worst experience ever.the infrastructure is good. The staff is not at all cooperative and helpful.the complaint centre is also nearby and the complaint is heard and resolved after 10-12 days.for MTNL.parking available for 2 wheelers

About DTH Tariffs

1) First of all why NCF when earlier not there?
2) for Rs 153 free channels are 100 No's (who need unwanted channel?)
3) Why do you want to pull money, are you people feeding food for my family?
4) Don't you have family, don't you know how difficult to manage family?
5) You do channel wise price list, even you charge for free channels, public will choose what channels they need and will pay only for that, do not blackmail public to "pay for unwanted then only will give you what you need"
6) where is Independence, you people are pulled-off and we are struggling daily

Do modification on price list and give the proper and best service, The King who understands public problems and solve, and The Devil creates problems and hurts.

Do let you know whether you should be King or Devil.

One of the worst plan by TRAI regarding DTH operator, TRAI officers make plan with DTH operator & their benefits not consumers benefits.
All channels in base plan are worst to see.
I think earlier plan was better than this.

Officials at TRAI are claiming shamelessly that New DTH tariff will reduce the TV bills but in reality it has been risen upto 25% to 50% in most of the cases and even after that you will only get to see the half numbers of channels.

It's an absolutely mindless observation by TRAI.looks like playing in the hand of DTH companies and broadcasters. These useless people have no spine to even press the DTH /Cable operators to smoothly transit the new system. DTH companies are not reachable by any means mail, calls, Social media and leaving consumers in total Mess.

VERY VERY BAD DECISION by TRAI. Looting poor consumers.

The Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) was, thus, established with effect from 20th February 1997 by an Act of Parliament, called the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India Act, 1997, to regulate telecom services, including fixation/revision of tariffs for telecom services which were earlier vested in the Central Government.

TRAI's mission is to create and nurture conditions for growth of telecommunications in the country in a manner and at a pace which will enable India to play a leading role in emerging global information society.

One of the main objectives of TRAI is to provide a fair and transparent policy environment which promotes a level playing field and facilitates fair competition.

In pursuance of above objective TRAI has issued from time to time a large number of regulations, orders and directives to deal with issues coming before it and provided the required direction to the evolution of Indian telecom market from a Government owned monopoly to a multi operator multi service open competitive market.

AirTel has no sentiments for their old and sincere customers. Shame on you Airtel… You are harassing your loyal customers by doing unethical practices!

As soon as I opted to migrate my postpaid connection into prepaid, I have started facing lots of resistance from local dealer as well as customer care personnel. Initially they were all reluctant to give me prepaid benefits. I have been told by the local dealer that I would not get any of the benefits in case I migrate to prepaid connection.
Airtel is giving benefits to its new prepaid customers while the old postpaid customers are being billed exorbitantly with expensive old plans involving high call rates and minimal data per month. Under such circumstances, it is imperative that old customers like me felt cheated and get frustrated.

Today I am going to pitch my voice against unethical trade practices adopted by AirTel, because I have been harassed by them since last two months. My internet services were blocked every day after 2pm without any notification, even though I hardly use 100 to 150Mb data out of 1GB data/ day. There is no support and help from customer care services. Moreover, they stopped my services every other day. They give excuse that their servers are under process of up gradation. I am going to upload this message on every AirTel Head offices through maps. Kindly vote for me!
