Superb place to meditate and relax our mind and body the Happiness Course of Art of Living. I will recommended this course all the people in today's day to day running life.
And the teachers and volunteers are also very humble and kind.

Great life changing experience and positive environment. Peace in life is practiced here, breaking myths of meditation that people think generally. Recommended to everyone. Specially Kapil bhaiya and Priyanka mam both are awesome.

It’s a huge meditation hall. I go regularly for all the Followups and courses and it’s such beautiful experience. Everyone must do the course.

I have visited many art of living centre in Delhi but this is One of the best, easy to approach with 5minutes walking distance from metro station.
Teachers are very cool enthuciastic and knoweldgable, their brief idea or suggestion give such a boost to me that i cant explain. Any time u give a call to them they are ready to help.from last One year i am visiting regularly, such a positive tranformation i have feel in my behaviour tht i cant imagine.
