Let's start with the exquisite cuisine that graces the hotel's menu. From the moment you sat down, you were treated to a gastronomic journey like no other. The fries were perfectly crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, providing the ultimate satisfaction with each bite. The fried rice was a harmonious blend of flavors, boasting a symphony of spices that danced on your taste buds. And the watermelon juice was a refreshing accompaniment to the meal, a natural and revitalizing drink that left you feeling revitalized.
The hotel's kitchen staff undoubtedly deserves praise for their culinary skills. Each dish was prepared with passion and precision, evident in the presentation and taste. The selection of ingredients showcased the hotel's commitment to quality, ensuring that every dish reached its full potential. The menu offered an array of options, catering to various tastes and preferences, making it an ideal choice for diverse groups of diners.
But the hotel's excellence goes beyond just the food. The service was impeccable, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure a memorable dining experience. From the friendly greeting upon arrival to the attentive servers who guided you through the menu with expertise, the hospitality was unparalleled. The staff members were knowledgeable about the dishes and were more than willing to accommodate any dietary requirements or preferences, making you feel valued as a guest.
The atmosphere of the hotel played a significant role in enhancing your overall dining experience. The interior design exuded elegance and sophistication, creating a cozy and inviting ambiance. Soft, warm lighting illuminated the space, setting the perfect mood for a delightful meal. The hotel's attention to detail was evident in the tasteful decor and comfortable seating, making it an ideal spot for both intimate dinners and gatherings with friends and family.
As you indulged in your meal, you couldn't help but notice the soothing background music that added to the enchanting atmosphere. The carefully curated playlist complemented the dining experience, allowing you to savor every moment in a relaxing environment.
Throughout your visit, it was evident that the hotel prioritized the satisfaction of its guests. The entire experience was seamless, and the staff's dedication to creating a positive atmosphere was palpable. The level of service and attention to detail showcased a commitment to excellence, leaving a lasting impression on you as a guest.
Location is great, near to metro in a posh locality. The rooms are great with all basic amenities that are required. The staff is humble but they can improve by proper greetings to all the customers with smile. The restaurant does not provide the variety that is expected and isn't that spacious, so is the reception area. But overall it was a satisfactory experience.
If you do not like the staff of the hotel to judge you and treat you like an escaped convict, this place isn't for you. The front desk is the first point of contact and if that experience is unpleasant, then no matter how good the facilities maybe, it can never help you recover. My friend and I were judged and rudely handled by the front desk staff all for a small issue. My Indian driver's licence was not accepted and looked down upon. I was rudely told by the staff to get hold a hold of my passport copy which I was not carrying at the time. This is a first for me. A driving licence is very much accepted every where in India as a legitimate ID. After the rude talking down to by the staff, I somehow found my passport and I reluctantly presented it. The damage was done. No matter how the hotel looked and what facilities it had to offer meant nothing. It left an extremely bitter taste in my mouth. Any hotel should be ashamed of this being part of the Indian hospitality sector. Shame on you Sarovar Portico. Do whatever you can to fix it. Whatever it may require, training or otherwise. Two thumbs down.
Awesome place tasty food and nice and clean dining hall had an amazing time here and the staff was polite the area was neat and tidy. In short (Go for it)
Disappointed for breakfast no nice coffee or toast, just hot water and very basic coffee in a jar.everyone needs a nice cup of coffee in the morning to wake you up
While I've visited this place many times, my resent stay was disappointing. Their WiFi wasn't working and they didn't have hot water to shower either and they didn't bother informing the guests about it.
A decent hotel with all the facilities a traveler would need. Welcome foyer is spacious. Service is good & prompt. Restaurant is nice & has a choice of cuisine. I liked the food. Ambiance is pleasing.
Property was very small compared to other sarovar portico. Staff wasnt very helpful. Had booked 3 superior rooms but we got only 2 superiors room and 1 was very small room no 105. And they refused to admit that it wasnt a superior room. We were in 103 105 and 107 and 105 was smaller room.when we told them that this wasn't y what we had booked. They just refused to admit that there are other categories I love sarovar properties but this one let me down.
Good location; diminutive but pleasantly appointed room; easy check in and check our experience; good spread at the buffet breakfast. Room prices are on the higher side.
Ashtan Sarovar Portico recommended for business & family Traveller. Room, service, staff. Food quality & taste is awesome. Hotel is near to New Delhi railway station. Got limited parking space for 4 wheeler.
It's a good hotel located in South Delhi. It's a cosy place and you can get good rates if booked in advance. It more useful for traveling employees who primarily use this hotel for a short stay of 2-3 days. Has a good restaurant and the breakfast and dinners spreads are ok.
Bad hotel. The ac wasn't working and the staff kept giving false hope till 12 in the night. I had to finally put my foot down and ask to change the room
Clean and good but costly. The hotel is close to AIIMS and reasonably ok but breakfast buffet is average. Payment is in advance and need id cards, even soft copy is acceptable.
The hotel is 3-4 min walk distancefrom Green Park Metro station (Yellow line). Landmark - Gurdwara From outside you may not like surroundings (busy road) but there are several positive points. Location wise it's very good Staff is courteous Neat & tidy Breakfast is good
The hospitality provided by the staff was really good. The accomodation is really good. The food is delicious. The services provided are top notch. The staffs are really friendly and helpful. Overall a very pleasant and cherishing experience.
Centrally located. Next to the green park metro station. Small but comfortable property. Food is good. Good spread for the breakfast as well. The rooms are well done but small. A little over priced for the amenities offered.
It is a fantastic place to stay. It is equipped with all modern ameneties. In addition to this, it is clean everywhere. Walls and floors shine due to more cleaning. Staff is very welcoming and humble. They treat every guest with smile and treat them equally. Moreover, they prepare food very delicious. They have a designated area to have food and beverages. However, one can ask them to bring food inside room. Size of this hotel is small as compare to other hotels in same chain. It is easily accessible through metro as it is adjacent to Green Park metro station.
Ashton located at green park is close to the AIIMS institute, so was the obvious choice The hotel is small compact, nothing flashy, ideal for a quick in quick out stay, where you spend majority of your time on your travels, using the property only for a sleepover The rooms are decent, deco is ordinary, most of the usual ammo in place, toilets are clean with basic toiletries The hotel is a budget stay not recommended for a family vacation
The manager is quite rude and the food quality is also very poor with no facilities like swimming pool or gaming area or anything else. You have to call again and again for every complimentary item because they dnt provide you the complete items Not at all recomendable for even a middle class crowd.
The hotel management or reception seems a big fraud. I came from Norway directly at 6 am in the morning. Firstly, on phone they said They won't charge me. However, they asked me to pay 1500 Rs extra for early check-in and provide me the bill later. While, checking out, they lost the receipt of my payment and said you don't need to pay extra money. Since, I had already paid the money, the person at reception can't find the receipt. He asked me to mail the receipt before I reached to Oslo. I have called the reception from oslo 7-8 times within the span of 4 days. And till now, I haven't got receipt and ultimately have to pay the money from my pocket (which has to get reimbursed by company).
Its a very well done property with all amenities available for a business traveler. The staff is pretty friendly and cooperative. Room service and food at the lounge has a good spread. The rooms are fashionable as well comfortable. Recommended place to be.
