The Big Chill Café

We had pasta, pizza and some desserts after a movie in pvr. It was good. Their pizza was really good. Pasta was too spicy for us.

Big Chill's menu is comfort food at its finest, offering a mouthwatering array of classic American and Italian dishes with a twist. From hearty burgers and indulgent pasta dishes to decadent desserts and refreshing beverages, there's something to satisfy every craving and palate.

Food is good, especially hazelnut coffee. A bit noisy atmosphere. Overall a good experience.

Big Chill is an old favourite - have literally grown up along with the cafe.
The food, service and atmosphere are just great.
Although, all old patrons would agree that the taste of the food and the warmth in the staff has changed. I hope this changes and Big Chill regains it's old charm feel and flavour.
But Would definitely recommend to everyone

Big chill has been a favourite destination for more than 2 decades now.
The cuisine is simply mind tingling and highly enticing.

We had chicken ravioli which was too good. Plus had a moist chocolate cake slice which was absolutely scrumptious. Ambience and service was also good.

The pita bread which was a part of the Lebanese Platter wasn't upto the mark, quality wise. It smelled stale and didn't taste good which would be usually expected.

One of my fav places for delicious Italian food.the staff is quite friendly.service is fast.so if you wanna a break from the shooping.try this place and enjoy a Big Chill.

Big Chill is one of the best places in Delhi. Their cakery products are the best you'd ever experience. This is not an Indian restaurant and their flavours are not desi. The items are priced fairly and it may not be pocket friendly for everyone. It might not be everyone's cup of tea but it is a must go.

The ever favourite and a must must visit for everyone. Try their Algerian Roast Platter Available only at the Kailash Colony branch.

If you want to have Italian food than this is a good option considering you are ok with the price they would charge. Normally there is waiting time over weekends and if you are planning for a table of 4 or more than please call the restaurant well in advance. I wanted a table for 2 on a Sunday and the wait time was around 40-45 mins. The crowd is very good and place ambience is also upto the mark. Service is also very good and the team would also brief you about the order you have placed as what kind of food is expected in the plates. Overall it's a nice place and can be a one time visit and rest visits can be brought up depending on individual liking.

I forgot to click photos but the food is awesome here. The pizzas are great. Also they serve unbelievably tasty desserts. Beware of the waiting time though.

This is my first disappointment with this place. I have been a fan since last 12years but today this place was really different for me. We asked for a pizza without olives and it came with olives all over. When we told the waiter about it he said its not his fault but the chefs fault. What is a customer got to do with that. We asked him to pack the pizzpizza and to my utter surprise all the olive pieces along with half of the other veggies were removed. The pizza had holes all over after veggies removed and looked like it was eaten and given to us. It's a shame to be like that honestly we are paying for the food. Packing remaining food is not charity it's a step to reduce wastage. There was not a bit of regret in serving the wrong food. The dessert was also packed that way. There are lots of places where they care about how customers feel for the first time I am disgusted having gone there. Maybe it was my fault that I went there and recommended the place. Never stepping in there again. I have no words to express how opening that pizza and dessert at home felt.just utter disgust.

There was a rat at the tables near the balcony. Informed the manager but he did not look surprised and said that the rats come from outside because of the balcony. Obviously we left the restaurant. Would go to the other locations from now on.

Absolutely a great experience. Serves authentic Italian stuff and the quantity is damn satiating. For a family of three the outing will make you poorer by two & half to three grand. But it's worth every penny. The weekends and Sundays are really tough getting a seat. One has to be patient to Q up. Every dish is worth going miles for. Baked spinach and cream crepe', fusilli chicken pasta in piri piri sauce and chicken ravioli in parmesan are a delight. The waiters are smart and help you with your planning and choice of dishes.

Great place for food. No alcohol served here. Love the salads. Decor is in old Hollywood movies theme. On prime times expect crowds and waiting.
The smart thing to do is to put your name on the list and have a drink at a bar nearby.

The one of the most amazing italian food (customised for indians). I recommend trying their pastas and pizzas. But tell them not to put top much garlic in your food. And try their desserts especially their banoffee pie.

It's a very Delhi thing but sometimes you just have big chill cravings and the big chill still delivers well on that front.

The perfect Italian cuisine that you will find. The best place to go have some real delicious pasta and pizzas! Its an all time favourite!

Love their ambiance & service, Food is good but not exceptional as I see so much hyped created by people about the place. Specially Cheese cake n pastas. Very Punjabi continental European food. Formula is really working for them. Good execution by the management.

Food lovers, this place is just awesome. Perfect place to chill and enjoy the yummy food and shakes here. There was huge rush here but worth the wait. Loved it!

Very average food at the Gurgaon outlet. Small portions and expensive. If I'm spending 600/- on a dish. I want decent portion.this is not a fine dining gourmet restaurant where tiny portions fly! As much as I adore Big chill Khan market and the one in promenade.the one in Gurgaon is utterly disappointing. Overdone grilled chicken and a sloppy pasta are not acceptable! Sad to say.what a waste.

Everytime you make a trip to Delhi, you have to make a trip to Big Chill Cafe. The way they do Italian food no one else can. Everything is fresh and amazing. You will leave satisfied to a different level. A bit heavy on the pocket but worth it.

Update:

In a hurry for a movie, my friend and I ended up in Big Chill while being spoiled for choice deciding between restaurants in the Vasant Kunj malls.

While he had a baked penne with chicken, I ordered an aglio olio with olives and mushrooms. Portions are large and yet I managed to polish off my plate! It was just delicious!

So we finally visited the Vasant Kunj Big Chill. We've done the rest: GK, Khan Market ×2 and Saket earlier. What struck us was the consistently good food all the outlets serve.

We were a large group with friends visiting us and everyone went back happy to be introduced to Delhi's own Italian restaurant:)

We had the tomato basil soup, jacket potatoes, piri piri pizza and garlic bread for starters. The soup is a must do, even though they don't do portions. Pizza is tasty as is the veggy pizza that came in fit the main course. The alio olio could've been even better to deserve it's place one the menu, but the Cannelloni and the vodka penne were amazing. Pity they don't do pitchers of the lemonade at this outlet. Don't miss the strawberry yogurt that everyone enjoyed too.

Overall, friends liked the food and a sardar tummy well fed.

Recommended, as usual for Big Chill.

As usual the place lives up to its reputation. Had relatives over from US, who loved the food there and rated the chicken steaks better then what they get back home. Suggest booking as waiting can be quite long.

Overtly priced food items coupled with the poor quality. Yes they offer a consolation smile while greeting you and billing you thereafter. They've tried hard to give the 'chill' effect. Result: . Not so much. Thanks for nothing.
