The Big Chill Cafe

This place servers one of the best Italian foods in CP. We've ordered cream cheese ravioli and thin crust veg pizza. I must say the ravioli is to die for. The thin crust pizza was nice. And finally the infamous chocolate cakes of Big Chill. We ordered silken chocolate cake and it was amazing. The only let down was the service. They won't pay a lot if attention to you. Its a must visit cafe.

Obviously it is one of the most famous cafes in Delhi with expertise in Pastas and Pizzas!

But make sure to wait for around 10 mins atleast before getting a table!

Their dessert section is messed up. I expected the restaurant to have the standard as same as their other cafes. Bailey cheesecake was too strong and the mixed berry trifle was too soggy. Nothing better than a big chill cakery but desserts in the cafe is a big NO. On top of that, they charge service tax which they cleverly mention as SC in the bill. It's a bad practice.

So crowded on weekends. I found the food of very average quality but the environment was really good.

Delicious desserts and pasta. Food quality really good. Ambience is also amazing. Always packed with people. Usually 30 minutes waiting. On expensive side. Perfect for occasions.

Amazing food, Love the vintage theme they have and the music is unique.

Location is great right in the middle of CP. Taking all the precautions these days. Had a great time with family and friends

Great ambience. Has a vibe to it. Offers delicious white sauce pasta. Good shakes both in taste and quantity. I recommend it. A nice place to hangout with friends.

Pastas, Pizzas, shakes and desserts are worth having. The quality and taste is exact same at all the outlets. Definitely a place to have good food with friends and family.

Big Chill is a comfort zone. Always on par, and the CP version increases with size. I've been enjoying their fare since the early days in East of Kailash, and they have managed to retain quality of food and standard of service over decades and geographical spread.
This time round we weren't really there for a meal, so the kids had ice creams which were good, really good, and the adults (my wife and I) had coffees: my regular espresso and a cold coffee for her. Coffee good. Cold coffee good. All boxes checked.
The only drawback that I've ever really faced at Big Chill has been the cramped quarters. CP solved that in style. Cavernous space, plenty of elbow room, and the feel of a Renaissance era tavern. Brilliant.

Well I totally love their pastas and hot chocolate.one of the finest places for some scrumptious desserts.

Food was good. Ambience was hip. Had to wait a bit to get the table which goes on to show that they are booked even in noons. The service is fast, a bit on the pricey end but the location, ambience, taste justifies it.
Definitely recommend for hanging out with friends.

This Big Chill is a more recent addition to the chain. The location of entrance is a bit confusing especially of you are going here for the first time. The food especially the desserts are really good. Their shakes are a mist have. You may have to wait in case you are visiting during the evening hours as it is usually crowded. The ambience is amazing and similar to the Big Chill cafe at Khan market.

The food is delicious, the ambience is also great. Perfect place to dine in and have a good time. Absolutely loved this place.

Do try the Blueberry cake

The Big Chill Cafe is a very famous brand so I wont sing its laurels, Let me talk about the branch

1) Amazing Food (Recommendations: Sicilian Pizza and Orange Juice)

2) Amazing Ambiance (The seats are numerous and spacious, you wont feel crowded even uf the restaurant is packed)

3) Good Service (The Staff is humble and helpful)

Cons's

1) Not very conveniently located (its located on the second floor of the building housing a hamley's shop, you can find it if you're looking for it, but its not verry apparent to the eye)

2) Almost Always Crowded (you may not even enter the restaurant on a weekend without a reservation/1 hour wait time, Weekdays are cool though)

3) Cost (A pizza, an app, a pasta dish and 2 drinks may cost you upward of 1500Rs, not bad for the quality, but still a bit expensive)

We really liked the food. We had lasagna, baked pasta and hazzlenut chocolate cheesecake. All dishes were delicious. We had ordered the Spinach and mushroom lasagna, initially we were sceptical about the spinach flavour in the lasagna. But, it was far more yummy than we thought.

Nice place, However maybe KISS principle should apply to the menu. Too long and too much info.must be a hard for the kitchen staff too.

Don’t waste food

The place has a great warm ambience especially around Christmas and the lasagne, pizzas here are amazing. They have a quick service and great non veg.items on the menu as well. Loved it!

Big Chill has an extensive menu ranging from pasta, pizza, panini, salads, soup, shakes and amazing desserts. The outlet at CP is huge. It has 2 floors. The staff is polite, efficient and the food is great! The music is a little intrusive.

Big chill is a Delhi classic for shakes and pasta. This one is newly opened in collonade cp and has a nice layout. However entire place always feels dusty every time I visit. Food and service are great

Big chill CP is my second most favourite outlet of big chill after the iconic khan market outlet. The hospitality is great and the ambience as usual is quite casual. From the food to the vibe, i am a huge fan.
We ordered one grilled chicken panini which is basically a sandwich served with coleslaw. This was great in taste with accurate amount of flavours however felt the portion was a little less. The next dish that we ordered was their special penne alfredo mushroom pasta (you can customize as per your need), super creamy and perfect proportions of flavours.
For the dessert, a must try is their missisippi mud pie which is a peanut flavoured ice cream topped with hot chocolate sauce and a base of chocolate biscuit. This is large in portion and can be enough for 3 people.

As a family, this is one of our all time favourite restaurants. We know that no matter what we order, it will be a delight. The desserts are to die for. We love their Banoffee pie. Chicken breast stuffed with mushrooms and spinach is my favourite. The Risotto too is wonderful

Food is delicious but it'll definitely burn a deep dark hole in your pocket.
Ambience can get better.
Quality of service is excellent.
Waiters are well-behaved.
Great management.
Dessert is piquant.

The ambience is good. We ordered Tomato & Basil Soup, Pesto Pasta Salad, Pizza and Chocolate Tiramisu. Tomato Basil Soup was served warm with cold bread (bread was not freshly baked) Pesto Pasta Salad was with too much raw garlic, the pizza we ordered also had a lot of large pieces of Garlic, however they changed it on my request but Garlic was not expected in a Pizza. Chocolate Tiramisu is a must try.

I heard about the Irish coffee which this cafe is famous about and it's worth the money I spent on coffee.

Still the classic safe bet place to land with your date. Unlikely to go wrong. Something is always off with their water either the smelly glasses or the drinking water all the last 4 to 5 times i have been there to the cp branch, n they are unable to fix this somehow unexpectedly.main reason for a four star when this place has always been a five on my list.

I had heard so much about Big Chill Cafe.specially the one in Khan Market. I wanted to visit it, given all the hype surrounding it.and more so, because it was recommended to me by my friends who ate at all the good, classy, high end places and cafés. And I just heard about the new one opening in CP, so I decided to visit this one. It was one of my friend’s treat, and we were meeting for the first time. He didn’t know where his treat would be, but I knew. It was the weekend I guess, and we had to wait for a half an hour, because that’s how popular it is. The White sauce pasta with garlic bread is to die for. We ate quite slowly, savouring every bite. And after a while the pasta started to seem a bit dry, with no fault of the chef. It was perfectly made, but it was we who took time.we told them to make it more cheesy, and they did. It was a perfect day out, and the ferrero rocher shake was the cherry on top of the cake. It is expensive, but it is worth every penny. Must visit!

Not worst but below average place. Service was poor and there was no service charge (good part). If you can any taste of pizza and pasta, this might be good place for you.

Love this cafe. My favourite is their Creamy parmesan ravioli.its a must try.and ofcourse their red velvet cheese cake is to die for and the mud cake.

Great place for deserts. Hazelnut cheesecake was good. Chocolate truffle the best! Also good for main course, pasta and pizzas were nice. Ordered quatro formaggi pasta and an all cheese pizza. The staff also gives you suggestions on what to order. Over all a nice place

The food. The ambience. And as the name suggests.the serious chilled out nature of the place towards kids. Caught up with my friend after a decade and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves with our kids. Definitely recommend the place. Italian menu was absolutely delicious.

The ambience is excellent! The taste is amazing too! The only thing is they have less vegetarian options! Do try Pasta here!

The place is a little hard to find but once you get in, it has got one of the best ambience in CP.
We had to wait for 20 minutes in order to get a table since it was Sunday night! But the delicious food compensated for the time that we had to wait.

Beyond awesome. One of the best place to chill with friends and have Italian cuisine. With classic interior decorated with Audrey Hepburn's classic pics and beautiful soft lights. Foods are really really very delicious. And staffs are very quick in service.

Big chill cafe is a great place to chill with friends and loves ones. The ambience is pleasing and welcoming.

The service is absolutely warm and friendly.

The food is undoubtedly tasty and worth each penny.

On weekends, you might get a waiting time during lunch. So book your reservations ahead.

One of the best places for italian food, Big Chill's outlet in cp is more than inviting.
You wouldn't want to move for longer than needed. The cheesecakes are to die for, and the trifle is a gem. With the freshest preparations and excellent recipes, big chill would nefer disappoint anyone.

One of my favourite places in Delhi, and also a much better outlet than the ones in Kailash colony and Khan market. The space is huge, the food as usual is brilliant.

Delhi’s favourite restaurant chain, The Big Chill Cafe, has opened up a new outlet in Connaught Place, and is a great addition to the various great places in CP to hangout.

Came here to try the pasta, I heard about. And it was so delicious. Great place, hangout place. Must visit

The cafe is amazingly designed. The gives you the vibes of old movies and songs. The interior is done beautifully. The food quality and service is impressive. Not only this place is good to hangout with friends but you can also set up your professional meeting.

This place has a great ambience! The food is delicious although little expensive. Worth visiting if you are in CP.

The best place to have cheese cakes, pasta, pizza, shakes, Panini, grills, salads and so on.no matter what they cook, it's just amazing and or of the world! Mint Oreo shake and blueberry cheese cake, Mississippi mud pie are a must have!

Beautiful cafe. Place that anyone would like - families, couples, students. Really like the lively ambience and crowd there. The food was good especially the penne pasta with vodka sauce and the chocolate mousse cake. The drinks were okay, I ordered an orange sparkler juice which was bit too sweet.

The best Cafe in Delhi in terms of food, ambience and everything in between. Has never disappointed once. And this one solves the congestion problem as well as there's ample seating. Win-Win.

So, the ambience and all is good. Perfect for a date. The Blueberry Cheesecake is wonderful. What i didn't like is their only Italian cousine. Ravioli is not much tempting, but you can still try it. Service is prompt and awesome.

There is NO reason to NOT love The Big Chill Cafe.
It serves the best shakes, pastas and think crust pizzas.
Be prepared for some waiting as its always busy!

My favourites are the Belgian Chocolate Shake and Penne Pomodoro.

It's just the vibe of this cafe which makes me visit them again and again. This new BIg Chill Cafe at CP is incredible - cafe plus the cakery. Went for a reunion with my girlfriends and the kids. And this place is quite kid's friendly. The staff lets you enjoy the good while they also keep an eye at your kids. The classic Margherita pizza tasted wow! When you are in Big Chill, you just can't miss their Belgian chocolate shake!

Every city I've lived in has a goto restaurant for me, be it any occasion. Big Chill takes that spot for Delhi NCR. It serves a delicious variety of Italian dishes in addition to the tempting arsenal of pastries and cakes.
They recently opened up in Connaught Place with the same vibe as the other ones. You wouldn't notice much difference other than a good view of CP.
Usually you'll see a huge crowd lining up to get a table, especially on weekends so make sure you plan before the visit. The food is great of course but takes time to get to your table. I've found the experience worth the wait though. Most of the times.

Great ambience, amazing food. The only thing is you have to mostly wait for a while to get a table. Otherwise it is a great experience whether with friends or near and dear ones.

Trusted brand, good food and wonderful ambience. Come here for some great desserts and coffee. One star missing for no wi-fi. We dont have cafes without wifis now.

Baked cheese cake is lusciously baked to perfection adding the sumptuous flavored grilled chicken salad and the mandatory exotic thin crust pizza was enough to gather up strength to beat the Monday blues.

Very bad service.charges is fine if you deliver a better service but not even offering a glass of water then later on getting the food oder without getting cutleries and crockery to the table and even getting the drinks oder after reminding the waiter that we have also odered drinks. I mean this level of service is not to be provided when you are charging Soo much. At least justify the money you are charging your guest.

Spacious and good option for hangout. Ginger fizz and thin crust pizzas are really tasty. Ambience is very nice and services too.
