The Bike Shop Best Premium Bicycle Store TREK Bikes Delhi

I went a week after purchasing my cycle. The chain wasn't properly set and I found out it was rubbing against my front derailleur.

The staff member (I assume) who I interacted with was the least helpful. Acts like he did me a favour by selling me a bike. Wandered off when he decided he didn't want to answer questions.

Customer service is pretty atrocious. Thankfully the owner came in and saved the day.

Even if the cycle is an entry level trek, basic bike setting up should be done before sending it to a customer. Not cool!

Great overall experience. Friendly owner and knowledgable people at the store. Take their sweet time to open up to every customer, but once they do it’s an awesome experience.
Make every effort to meet your demands. A shop with premium products, at premium prices. I read few comments calling them expensive, but hey quality comes at a price.

Massively overpriced and I did not find the staff very helpful, there is a decent stock of products but with the inflated prices and lack of care to the customer, I can't rate this place as a cyclist's shop.

This shop have a very good collection in a bicycle and there bicycle are so good and strong and there service was so good.

They are actual promoting " made in India" scem by selling and having a large collection of India cycle and brands such as Hercules, match city.

They have all ultimate type of bycycle for both male and female. The owner himself is so humble and helpful. The staff are trained and knowledge.

Place is nice and they have most of the things you may go looking for. Though i found the prices on the higher side and the biggest disappointment came in the form of a used and old cycle mount which they sold me as new.

What a heaven for bicycles giant trek scott marin speicialized you name it they have it. Accessory section is something you cant get enough off. I bouggt accessorues for almost the same anount as the bike lol. But all worth it.

Ending our cycle touring trip with our fat tires bicycle, it was a good surprise to find that bike store. Great staff/owner/manager who has taken their time to help us with our needs in gears and advices. You can tell bike is a passion and we are talking the same language.
