I hv joined 5 kg weight lose treatment from Preet vihar branch and I lost 5 kg in a month. Manager, she is such a nice person and even staff is very professional and well mannered. Also my wife took hydra facial.she's happy for d results.

This beauty center needs to fix its standards in order to stay competent. The front office is so unruly, the manager is grossly impolite, ground staff is okay but they need good push from the management to work efficiently. The owner is so dumb to understand any requirements of the clients at the same time she is showed enough to swallow our money. I had a long association with this center never satisfactory but at least previous employees were polite and understanding. In the past ew years they have grown worse. I spend almost one lakh rupees there and I the value I got was almost half. They are highly inefficient people that's why they have poor staff retention. I suggest all to get everything in writing before subscribing any services for Body Care Preet vihar. Your money your right your choice

Worst service, the owner is so rude doesnt respect her customers they burnt my hand after waxing and they didn't even apply anything after waxing they made me wait for 2 hours just for one service just be aware of this parlour they have eaten our money

They burnt my hand during waxing and i told them aise ni hoti wax they kept on doing it and when i asked them to apply aloe vera gel they said ni h humare pas and rude staff and owner paise lene ke bad koi perwah ni ha inhe.owner aisi ha to staff aisa hi hoga she said jo krna ha krlo.phle 2 ghnate wait kraya sirf hands wax ke lie aur yeh krke dia.

Pleasw dont visit these guys are frauds doesnt know how to talk and eat people's money

Worst experience.had eye brow n upperlip with waxing all the serivces given by them were so painfull.wax itna zyda garam krke lga rhi thi ki skin he jaal jal gyi or uper se bolti h thoda sehn kro.they are such people who only harm there customers.i would not suggest anyone to go in preetvihar bodycare

Wonderful experience for laser hair treatments. I am a client since last 4 years and my hair reduction journey is wonderful with Bodycare.

Receptionist behavior very bad. In starting they talk very sweetly but after you pay amount their behaviour changed and not response properly. If you ask suggestion for after treatment their behaviour very rude.

Very bad experience of laser hair removal services. They still have to give me 10k of services but they dont have slots and pathetic customer care service

Worst laser services one can take. Paid them 62k for full body laser, not effective at all.complete fraud. They take appointments without time availability. Prianshi the counter manager took my appointment but on reaching I was refused by their technician Richa - very rude and ill mannered person, you can't trust with your body services.

They never have availability of slot for any of the services at any point of time, staff is always insufficient. The person dealing with the customers has attitude issues.

I took a membership for their services. I've been looking for pedicure service for last 1.5 months. But they keep making excuses that the staff is ill or absent.

Now that i've paid the amount i feel stuck for not getting the services at the right time.

And after all that, when they finally agree to give some service, the staff keep forcing you to get other paid services.

I would never recommend this salon to anyone.
