Worst store service. This brand is cheating of their customers. They are running different offers on online and offline channel. That is not how you become a omni channel brand. Lata (store manager), neelofer (staff), salman (city manager) extremely poor team as they could not even match online offer in store. When asked for refund, they clearly denied. Extremely unacceptable and feeling cheated.

Its good it had very good and really impressive product which are very good for your soft and sensitive skin. Actually this bran is a British brand hence its quite expensive then expected but the product you will find is perfect and good.its located in select city walk mall saket beside saket district court red light side and you can also drive your car there and all the facilities are provided in mall like special entrance for physically challenged people and aged people. Malls environment is really good. And mall also takes very care of sanitation and cleanliness. They have sanitizer chamber which sanitize you before entering the mall and thermal scanning is also avilable the staff they takes care of proper sanitation and check up they also stope people from removing there mask now a days and off course because of the corona pandemic. They also stock tester units and replace regularly.
The in-store experience was pretty good as far as shopping is concerned.
The store space and layout could be improved for easy mobility.

They say big sale, even the price tags were arranged wrongly. Anything you pick up wasd wrongly labeled! Pathetic experience!
