Bad service, not satisfied with the food as well as the cash counter's work, bad taste

Have ordered happy meal and kids meal. Its having french fries, burger, juice and kinder joy. N happy meal having grilled burger, fries, I took coffee instead of cold drink they served tiny cookie along with it. I liked the food and the way they derved. Took the feedback which is a good part. Overall all it was good.

It is always amazing to be there. I visit BC regulary. Food is just perfect and accomodation is also good.

One, under-rated stop. This store keeps the best burgers as compared to Mc D and Burger King.

One of the worst experiences I had recently at The Burger Club Rajouri Garden due to rude and unprofessional behaviour of one of the staff person some Tushar. Let me explain the entire scenario. I was there with my 4 years daughter and we order some meals for kids (as suggested by one of the staff members). After ordering the meal my daughter spotted some other kid having kinder joy and she started demanding the same. Kinder Joy I guess comes a part of some special meal designed for kids. I went to the counter and asked the staff there to give me 2 kinder joys as I will pay an additional amount. While another staff was ready to consider this request, Tushar right out refused to give. And after my repeated requests he was adamant. I was surprised to saw his stubbornness towards entertaining the request of a 4-year kid.what is the point of making such swanky stores and introducing so-called kids meals to your menu when your staff lacks on having basic hospitality manners.

He mentioned it against the policy.oh really what policy.is there any MOU Buger Club has signed with government of India of not addressing such requests of kids. I highly recommend others to avoid visiting such vague places

Located conveniently near Rajouri Garden and Tagore Garden metro stations, this place is okay to have a budget meal with your friends. The staff is courteous and helpful.

Love the place and is definitely worth visiting
1. Taste - Their breads are extremely tasty and you can also opt for healthy breads like wheat bread.
•The prices are very comparable to other places like burger king but this is so much better in all terms.
•Offers - if your bill crosses rs. 300, you get a cooler drink for rs1 which is a pretty good deal. They might sometimes not ask you, but you can ask for the coolers if your bill crosses 300 rs.

5. Location - It is quite accessible, parking 2 wheelers is easy, a 4 wheeler can be parked in nearby service lane

Been there plenty of times. They have very good variety of burgers. Their devil burgers are just amazing and cheesy overloaded fries are also very good. I have tried cheesy fries at many places. But at burger club the cheesy fries are really good. They have beautiful Ambience and staff is also very good.

The leader in taste. Setting benchmark everyday. Must try. Patty used whether veg or non veg is very juicy and crispy at the same time, making me crazy and craving for more. Thanks Burger Club.

Worst coffee I've ever tasted, but the floor manager was very cooperative and try his best to satisfy me, i strongly suggest not to order coffee here.

Mangement of this chain is extremely terrible. One small example being - first they send out feelers inviting people for buy one get one burger free, without any expiry date printed on it and when you reach their outlet after a week of receiving such pamphlet the staff over there bluntly tells you that the management has "decided" to end that offer.
Well, with such experience which customer will ever go back there again is no brainer. Such episodes only make sure that it was first and last visit.

Pathetic service, Pathetic food. Almost every customer had to go at the counter to check if their order is ready. Everything served was cold. Cold chicken chicken wraps and cold and soggy fries. Had ordered 2 glass of watermelon mojito both tasted totally different.

Send me bugers with no lettuce & 2 drops of mayonnaise, Not worth. I tried there landline number but no body respond, Cheated me

Really great place to have food during free time or with friends. The burgers are so delicious and they also have variety of other options like nuggets and salad for someone preferring a healthy option.
There are many drinks available too like mojito, ice tea, frappes and shakes which are very good.
It's a regular hangout place for me and my friends. ️

Loved the food and quick service. The food was fresh, staff following all safety measures while taking orders or serving it. The only thing that needs improvement is Magic Platter as the qty was better earlier. Overall it was nice

It's really good the staff is very helpful and patient and even they help you out in selecting your order

So I entered this place at 11: 45 while the closing time was 12 midnight. There were still people inside and orders were being served. Post 12 you are not allowed to have your meals inside. The staff was courteous enough to let me and my friends have a little of what we ordered and we had their burgers in our car.

The place is nice with good seating options. It is bang on the main road so you won't have any problems finding it. Parking might be a little issue cause there's no parking spot as such.  Talking about the burger, they were heavy, huge and a complete meal in itself. I am talking about Double Cheese Chicken. We also ordered Ultimate Mutton Club and Chicken Cheese Club. Mind it that a burger costs more than Rs 200 each after applying taxes. It depends on you if you would want to eat a good burger and are willing to shell out a few bucks then this is a great place to start. The choco lava cake was amazing. Though I felt the quantity was very small.

In all i would say it's a good place for once one time visit, every once in a while!

Everything is good it's just that this feels like a copy of Burgerfuel from New Zealand. On further investigation I found a youtuber Carl Rock, who is from New Zealand and he said the exact same thing. Apparently the owner argued with him and told him to get out! That's not how we treat guests and he has done more good for India than most Indians have by catching scammers. Such a shame!

The food is good and the staff is very nice. Do try their junior devil club and crinkle fries with chiptole sauce

Had a double paneer meal and wrap, was better than Burger King or mcd. Recommended. Also, its located inside food court, so can hangout with friends.

They have the best burgers I have ever had. I'm waiting for them to open at a national level. Really happy with the service. I would have loved to come here again and again had I been staying in Delhi. Also ordered their Mojito and Iced Frappé. All in all a really good experience.
