A relative of mine ordered a cake from this outlet as it was nearby my home. He personally asked if they could deliver it. The guy there named Satvik took the order and agreed to deliver it. And he asked to do the payment online. We paid online for the same. When the cake got ready, he called and told that there is no employee to deliver the cake and you should come and collect it. Tell me any bakery shop who doesnot delivers the cake? When you cannot deliver it then you should not have agreed for the same. The tone he used was very rude. He misbehaved also. And said if you can come to collect then take it otherwise its your wish. At the time of booking he was like very sweet and after the payment is done, Woosh! The sweetness is gone. Very rude person and very misbehaving person. Dont order from this shop. I will not recommed this shop. If you cannot satisfy your customer then you cant do business. Worst person i have ever seen. Worst service.

I have ordered a cake from the cake cafe via swiggy yesterday. And it was expired completely and spoiled my daughter's birthday. Please don't choose them. Bad experience

Irresponsible behavior of the shop owner who does not even know about the happiness of the moment and forgot my precious cake booking. Still arrogance in his voice.

I ordered 1/2kg chocolate truffle cake from them on 6th of January 8: 30pm.at around 10: 30pm got call from delivery boy that not able to deliver because of having some vehicle issue so contact on customer care.after trying oll again courier boy told me that some other guy is coming he will deliver in 15minuts.but after waiting almost 45mnts when I called up around 11: 45pm as it was for midnight b day surprise for my fried, he told me it can be deliver because the boy who was coming went for some other delivery.

And now I m trying for refund my money neither
Swiggy has any answer nor I m able to contact the shop.so it's total fraud kindly don't order from them.

Unprofessional behaviour by staff. I ordered a cake through Zomato and they delivered it without writing the name of the Birthday person.
I even felt that the cream of the cake was not fresh.
Will never order anything from here in future.

I ordered pastries from Swiggy but they were not good. The portion was really less for the price paid. The taste was also not good. The chocolate used in the truffle taste really bad. Moreover, they were were not fresh as well.

Ordered German Forest Cake from zomato. The taste was bland and stale and not up to the mark at all. Even the price is too high considering the sub par quality of the cake. Not recommended.

This bakery took payment for rainbow cake and delivered a plain vanilla cake with colourful sprinkles. This is cheating the customers and I want everyone to be aware of such cheats.
