Don't visit there they don't know how to talk with customer.illiterate employee are sitting in the centre. I went here today to buy fireboltt charging cable but they refused to give me the warranty and bill they can give u duplicate cable please don't visit here go somewhere else instead wasting ur time.

Small and congested place. They misguide customers. Only one technician in available. They took 1 day to tell what's wrong with them. Don't pick phone or reply. Worst service. For my infinix note phone they asked for service charge of 14,000/-. Phone was on 17k. Please don't visit unless it's emergency. Sincere request to company to keep proper staff, drinking water atleast. Chairs are also broken. Pls pls pls don't get looted. Stay alert and compare at other center. Laxmi Nagar center is also closed for infinix. 100% genuine and unbiased review. 295/- were charged to tell that 14,000 expenditure will come. Bunch of crooks
Worst Service center i've ever been, they don't know how to deal with customers.don't have manners to talk with customer.manager have very rude behaviour towards customer.staff don't pickup calls or reply of texts.as well as they don't receive product after 5 PM.on the other hand staff don't have value for customer time.
Bad, only 2 staff, phone repair 1 to 2 week if any parts change, service center worst, mere phone ko meine khola hi nhi 3 month hue hai kehte hai. Aapne khola hai warranty out hai. Panasonic mein call kare, ankit 5 se 6 log ek minutes mein baga diye kyoki sabse paise ki kehta hai. Vaise sahi hi hai. Jaisi company vaise employees meine to pehli baar galti ki indian brands par bharosa kara, intex, lava, Panasonic, infinix aadi ka phone kabhi mat lena agar kharab ho gya to service center ki warranty bhool jao
Worst experience ever they asked me to wait for one hour bcoz no noise representative is there to attend the customer. And i asked why no one is here to attend the customer this is your job time then he talked very rudely and said "Mujhse kya pooch raha hai usse pooch lio jab aayega toh". Don't come here ever. According to me this service must be closed or all staff must be changed.
The Care Point reprentatives don't have manners to talk with a customer they don't show empathy even Ankit who is a customer service representative there, said just go and purchase a new product, however my product which is Noise smart watch just one and half months old, he said it has some screchs thats why we don't cover it in warranty. Don't know what is the connection if it has screeches and watch is dead. Pathetic customer service.
