The Case Company

This company is a scam.
Ordered a case almost three weeks back, the quality was very poor, I have trued to contact them on all platforms to return the product, their has been no response from the company’s side.
Don’t buy anything from them, the company holds no accountability

I would like to inform you that I will now be filing a complaint in the consumer forum by tomorrow afternoon. This kind of behaviour is unacceptable. Shoddy customer service along with a fraud. These people have asked me to prepay for my order and have disappeared without any trace. I have sent them 3 emails and numerous calls, despite which they haven't responded. You have forced me to the extent of taking legal action. I am giving you a deadline till tomorrow afternoon, after which I will be submitting my complaint along with your name, contact IDs and screenshots of my payment interface, and your address.

Impossible to get through. I had an issue with my delivery address. Tried contacting them and it is impossible to get through. No response to calls, emails or DMs.

I ordered a custom photo case from, and I'm really impressed with the product's quality and the print. However, I was not satisfied with the delivery process. The company is located in Dwarka, which is the same area I live in. I reached out to them and asked if it was possible to prepare the item and hand it over to me in person on the same day. They mentioned they would try their best to accommodate my request, and I was fine with that.

Unfortunately, even after waiting for 2 days, there were no updates or notifications. I finally received my order on the 5th day, which was quite disappointing considering the delay. What bothered me even more was the lack of communication. I had to proactively ask for delivery updates, as I didn't receive any emails or text messages regarding order confirmation or shipment updates.

Amazing quality…just loved all the cases I ordered. Will be ordering soon for family members
