Extremely poor service and rude staff. I have always loved their coffee and food when earlier they were located on the first floor of the mall. But the staff now is so poorly behaved. It is supposed to be a coffee shop where people can sit for long at peace. Yet if you sit there even for half hour and then think of ordering something they will have no patience and will keep coming and ask you to order. If you take some time they would even ask u to leave. There is a reason why Starbucks and Pret running more successfully than these guys.they have great customer service! You can sit at any of the other joints for whole day and noone will come and bother you. But CBTL, despite being empty did not have patience to wait till we order. The staff needs to train well in how to talk and behave with customers! Would never recommend anyone to go here again!
A wonderful and vibrant cafe that always brims with energy. The order is taken at the table unlike most cafes and the staff extremely courteous.
We ordered an Americano and an Almond cake. The cake was offered at 50% discount. I guess it was nearing its expiry and thus the benevolence.
Nevertheless the service was quick and the food and beverage excellent. The food options were enchanting too though I didn’t offer as I visited post lunch. Located on the 1st floor of Citiwalk mall
Pathetic taste, horrible presentation. In quinoa salad quinoa was missing. Taste was bad. Slow service. Quantity was too less. Quality is worst. Prices are over. Certainly not worth the visit in Saket Select city mall, Delhi
The coffee here is too good. One of the best I had in a while. Plus it does not cause acidity so quality is also good. Had it with garkic bread which was perfect in taste.
Server denied us a table just ot of favorism for a person who has already blocked 1 table, we were just denied a place as 1 person has 2 tables booked to him just cos of biasness of a server and moreover manager couldn't do anything about it inspite of complaining. Looks like servers are managers boss here. Worst ever management and outlet at select City walk.
The coffee has amazing taste and the ambience is pleasing. Great to spend time there. However it took a lot of time to serve the order, but overall experience was good.
Love this place! It's so cosy with pleasant ambiance and very polite and attentive stuff! There is always soft good music playing on the background! The coffee is just amazing here. My favourite is double cappuccino and my husband's favourite is Mocha Latte! They also have a big variety of yummy snacks!
Coffee Bean and Teaf Leaf, Saket, just completed a Zomato order I had placed for an Iced Mocha with whipped cream. They sent something stale and gelatinous mixed into the coffee, in place of whipped cream, and I took a large sip before realizing something was wrong. I called the manager at Coffee Bean about this, and he casually mentioned they'd received a new batch of whipped cream and hadn't bothered to check it.
Do not trust Coffee Bean Saket's present team to run basic checks to ensure food hygiene.
If you're beanalcoholic, then must go place to try out different aroma & flavourful cup of coffee different from your regular Starbucks a level below at Select City walk
A must try cafe for coffee lovers. We ordered double chocolate coffee and hazelnut coffee. It was epic. No comparison with Starbucks though. We tried pizza here.it was thin crust and too good in taste. Pizza was of more than 500 and same goes with coffee around 400. Not much pocket friendly as per other dishes in menu but worth visiting place. Staff is courteous.
Worst Experience! I made payment using Phonepe, the amount was debited from my side but their manager refused to accept it. However, I Immediately paid again, the manager had no etiquette to speak.
Their mushroom on toast with hash browns was really good breakfast option. Penne pasta in creamy white sauce was above average, but not so great. Hazelnut latte was just great. Good for a quick break while shopping.
Located inside a mall, it's another coffee joint to stop and grab a cup of coffee. The stap is polite and nice, the ambiance is good but the coffee is just average. Was not strong and It lacked a caffeine punch. Overall experience was on, would visit it specifically for the coffee.
The sandwiches and the pastas are GREAT! But the corn dog that I tried wasnt actually a cordog it should have been fried and made crispy but it was soggy and disgusting to eat ruined the mood.
Had amazing experience at the outlet. We tried Caramel, Hazelnut Latte and Ice white latte were worth to try once and taste was close to Starbucks. Bombay masala was too good.
Located in the middle of select city mall saket on first floor. If you want to enjoy coffee when you get tired doing shopping. Take a break, get a cuppa.reenergize to spend more if you can.decent place. You need to shell out approx 800 to 1000 bucks for 2 people on coffee and if you take a simple sandwich.
I am regular visitor here. But today I got a voucher of 250rs as a shopping reward from select City. After having my eatables here. I move to pay the bill which was obviously far more than 250rs.but Their staff seen that voucher in my hand.nd they signal the girl on counter to print bill before I approach. Nd she done the same fastly. And asking me. (ohh mam ab toh bill nikal gya.aapne bataya nhi.ki voucher tha.). I said.their is nothing mentioned inthe voucher ki pehle batana parhta hai.nahi toh yeh log bill print kr dete hai. After a minute of useless conversation.manager came as he know me as m a regular visitor here.and so he sort out the issue professionally. (ki bill pe voucher likh do.simple.) voucher is made by the owners na.then who are you to neglect it like this. So. After this disrespectful behaviour. I will never visit this place in future.
Kindly hire professional and humble staff.else I have seen many such disrespectful cases in your cafe.
Great place to just relax and chill. Most of the time it's packed and once you start eating, drinking you understand why. The coffee is great and the quantity of the food is worth the price. Definitely hit this place if you're looking for a snack.
Starbucks is great, but coffee bean has the kick back and relax vibe. It's preparations are good and their table service gives me the chance to relax. The servers are courteous and cutlery and crockery is very clean. Choose this over Starbucks, if you can afford to spend a few extra bucks.
Went here for pre-lunch coffee on a weekday. Usually the mall is packed at rush hour and it’s impossible to get a seat here. But luckily we were able to grab a table due to the early hour. Wide variety of coffee and tea related drinks. We had an iced coffee and a cappuccino and the drinks were great. Service was great too and attentive people despite the large crowds they cater to. The only reason for one less star is for the food. We ordered one chicken sandwich which was just ok, nothing too great. It comes with almost a formality portion of chips. But again, it was ok and not much to complain about. Nice spot to grab a cuppa and spend some time.
I was always a fan of their coffee and cakes untill yesterday when i tried their food too. Unless other cafe's which serve the ready to eat food, they make fresh food like any other restaurant. Yesterday, we ordered for Chicken Club Sandwich & White Sauce Penne Pasta with mushrooms. THe sandwich was super good, with salami's, chicken chunks, egg, coleslaw, it was very filling. It was just the presentation of the sandwich which could've been better & the bread too. As they had used the regular brown bread with all the sides, not the sandwich bread.
I had ordered a blueberry cheesecake which was good however it was a very small portion. The ice beverage, for which this cafe is supposed to be known for, was absolutely horrible considering the price. I had also ordered a croissant which was stale and tasteless. One of my worst dining experiences.
Good as usual the seating could be better the couches are showing signs of aging and needs to be replaced since it's all worn off I must say.else great place to get your time well spent. Cheers
Be careful, they are too 'smart'! I've been there twice, both were unpleasent experiences, especially the most recent one: They show a very yummy looking big pieces of cake, then tell you "please sit, we will bring it to your table" and Yes, they bring, but. Something much smaller and of worse quality! And they are thinking how smart they are. This is disgusting and not an unusual practise there. Other time, in the summer, they put a bottle of water on each table but they didn't mention any price. Then, when you open it, they will add it to your bill. Is it such a big issue to put there any label with a price? I could understand if it was somewhere in the market but when even at the mall have to deal with such stupid cheats, this is really pathetic. Won't go there again, it's a waste of energy.
Not worth the price, don't know why it was too crowded but all the three drinks we ordered was not up to mark, they served bornvita as hot chocolate. They don't brew their coffee tasteless experience and cost is too high than quality.
Good food, good service! We had Margherita Pizza and Cappuccino - yummy. Being a weekend, it was overcrowded. However, the staff made sure we were attended quickly and served the food in time. Satisfied!
Love the selection of Dishes. I usually visit to have their Chipotle Chicken Sandwich And Coffee. Can find everything from french fries, Pizza, sandwiches, Pastries and coffee. Both Veg and Non Veg Dishes available. Comfortable Sitting and Service is very Good.
The place and coffee is nice but the staff is rude don't know how to treat customer. I went there for 3 times but the staff seem like looking for rich people to earn tips for me they did me twice they didn't Even give receipt (bill) on the table I ask my bill twice they told me to go to the counter, so I went on the counter and paid there.but I saw they gave bill in customer table they provide what is that.it's a fine café and didn't even provide a bill in table it's a shame Date 14/12/2020
My review is about this restaurant. This restaurant is open inside Select City Walk Mall, Saket. First time I visited this restaurant, was with my friends, as I am fond of coffee. I entered this restaurant, I found a boy named Aamir who was standing in the counter. I wanted to know about restaurant and their coffees from them. But Aamir answered me very poorly when i asked rates and I had to know a lot about coffee and also about quantity, as I had visited the restaurant for the first time. But I did not like the way of replying to customer, staff talking rudely. Aamir told me I am the manager here. Now I do not know whether he was telling the truth or a lie. But the coffee bean company should not hire a manager who misbehaves with the customers. I want you to respect all our customers. Customers are forms of God. I will never go to a restaurant where the staff don't treat there customers well. Either Hire good staff. ️
Menu said Salad is provided with Chicken Minced Omlette but Salad wasn't available. In the name of Hot Chocolate, they provide sweet chocolate powder mixed with milk. Extremely bad.
Good cafe and restaurant. Didnt like the waiters there. Have lot of understand issues. They are distracted, doesnt remembers your order and probably have wont accept mistake attitude. Saw multiple customers having issues with waiter and attenders including me. Food was decent and so was the coffee.
So I am a coffee lover and really love coffee cafes or bakery places. Visited here last week, it was crowded but got one table. We were tired and in hurry to go as well. Wanted to eat some desserts.
Ordered Cream Carrot cake. It was nice.
But there staff was very rude. I mean they were watching us like okay only 1 thing and giving us look like "Mam bus yahi loge aap". They were actually very rude. It was my first visit here but my experience was not at good.
It is one of the most amazing coffee places you'd go to. The place almost smells of coffee, which is why it's so famous. Although a bit pricey, you'd expect that given it's location. This is the place I'll recommend if you wish to converse over coffee.
Do try the hazelnut iced latte and chicken ham sandwich.
Good selection of food, including several hot dishes like pasta, fish and chips, and so on. Excellent coffees and teas, both hot and cold. Their double chocolate latte and their Swedish berry tea are especially good.
