I joined The Culinary Courtyard in 2014 and it’s been a never ending learning. Shikha ma’am is an encyclopaedia of knowledge we are always grateful to her for being so patient and imparting her knowledge to us. Shikha ma’am is a fantastic teacher. Her recipes are full proof and she explains each and everything in detail. The culinary courtyard is a fully equipped culinary school.

Years back, I was awed by the beautiful bakes by Shikha Sachdeva, so when she announced baking course, I jumped with joy and immediately enrolled. I was among her first students. She has been an amaaaaazing mentor, hand holding throughout. Her classes are intensive with indepth knowledge of the ingredients and whole process. She shares not only fool proof recipes but also how to choose best of the ingredients.
When I didn't believe in myself, she did and today I am baking professionally for last 6years. I still look up to her for any advice and I am sure to get the best one!
