Behind the facade is an oppressive environment which is just profit driven. I am a paying customer and have lately realised that it's an unequal playing field with one sided agreements. Customer requests are brushed aside while the management is extremely rude and impolite. In this global world, TEC works with the same ruthless ambition like a petty landlord.
