I really upset with the management
I booked for my family party
First they told me 1700 per person
And serving some liquor which is not genuine as they giving in flask.
I complaint about that.they start giving explanation.

Don't go to this place. I never recommend it to anyone. Every staff member and the senior staff is so rude. I visited this place with my family and said your food quality is not good. No buddy responds and I am sad I am not give to the bill for this then they come with bouncers and force me to pay.

This place is located in the heart of the industrial district on Rama Road, but it might not be ideal for families, especially at night. However, despite the location, it offers delightful food that's both tasty and beautifully presented. Everything we ordered was fantastic, except for the pasta. The service is quick and efficient, with all dishes brought together, and You can enjoy a wonderful outdoor seating area with light background music, and the cleanliness is top-notch, including clean washrooms. Overall, it's a great experience, deserving a rating of 4.5, with the only drawback being the location. Everything else was superb.

Firangi Island is like 'Expect the Unexpected'. Lovely ambience, delicious food and amazing hospitality.

I booked through eazy diner but and even asked about two more people joining a bit later. The people called and said yes of course it will be done. And then refused to accept eazy diner at the time of billing. Waiter said my manager has told this won't be applicable. A bit unfair - may not have gone here if i knew

The food here is yumm! It is located deep between industrial area of kirti nagar. A bit expensive but the taste is lip smacking.

Hidden in Industrial Area, the approach road might prompt you to go back but thie place is awsome. Amazing food, good ambience, live music and courteous staff make it worth a visit

Ambience is amazing, they have outside as well as inside sitting!

The only downside is location (bit remote).

Ill mannered and non courteous manager who doesn’t know how to talk to a customer. If the owner reads this review, then please take it very seriously as this manager is ruining the beauty of a wonderful restaurant.

If you are planning to visit, do check the rates before ordering anything, its quite expensive and the portion size is good enough even for a single person.

First visit to this place.and once you cross the approach area and entrance.u enter a different zone.the attached photo at the entrance is self explanatory.excellent ambience with outdoor and indoor seating.live DJ and band music.with performing artists.veg and non veg food and alcoholic and non alcoholic beverage options in plenty. (few photos shared). With courteous and interactive staff.ample parking with valet.will re visit for sure.

Food good but desperate management can't say will respect you privacy. Can't even have a decent conversation because someone is partying. Sad

Extremely pathetic and most obnoxious experience in a Restaurant.
The staff was highly impolite, rude, unprofessional and Naive.
No such concept of kind hospitality and service.
Very Poor service and food was also not good in terms of Taste, Quality and Hygiene.
Also, the location is in a deserted commercial area where are Roads are broken.

Love the vibe of the place and the service team is a sweetheart. They are calm and smiling, they keep on pouring suggestions and never get tired of your request it seems.

It is a good place to venture out for some drinks and get crazy with your friends. Dance the night away and eat good food.

The only turn off is the location, situated on Rama Road, this is part of the industrial area which feels like nowhere. Late night, the area doesn't look safe at all.

Sad part about this place is I placed a reservation only to discover the place was built not on road but deep inside a industrial area, you cannot take female companions to this place after dark, as the place around reeks of west delhi woes and you may not even get a cab to commute to your nearest metro station
I had to cancel my reservation as there were 4 female companions with us and we had to stay late till like 11

Okay so here what we liked about it

Sitting arrangement both indoor as well as outdoors were good
Food taste, was good, can't say the best but good enough for the palate
Cigar rolls a must try for cheese lovers

What we disliked
The patch of road and the neighborhood, it doesn't give the right vibe about the place
Waiting time in service
Cocktails and fresh limes weren't the exact one thought of. And yes OVERLY priced mocktails (I think that is the one way to improve their revenue)

Do not go. Their manager will try to give you attractive discounts but when the bill comes then LOTS OF HIDDEN CHARGES
. Been here twice and going here the second time was a something i regret
They put" 15 PERCENT SANITAZTION CHARGE". And when confronted were forcing us to pay
Also they put service charge which i told i would like to remove but they didn't remove

Very bad experience. The food served is different from menu. The menu says live grill, however the served food is on a regular plate. Service is very slow and quantity of food is very less too. Total wasted experience. Never coming again

Ambience is very nice and unique, feels as if you are in a farm house at the outskirts of Delhi. The concept is very unique, it is in the midst of industrial area of kirti nagar, they created this beautiful place, the realisation of the idea is a beauty itself. Must visit this place once. Nights are the best time to visit.there is a live music performance which makes Atmosphere soothing. Have outdoor and indoor arrangements. Food is also good. Very good place to hang out with family and friends.

Don't go with name and taste of food. These people are big liers.on phone they said they accept magic pin and when I visited they denied to accept. On phone they booked my table inside but when I visited they denied to give me the table. Table, plate, glasses were not clean. Service quality was poor. The manager was very rigidly talking. Guys there's hundred other restaurants, you can visit

So the ambience is very nice, and if you wanna drink hard, then this place is for you with live music.

About location- At a first place you will not able to find, but when you reach here you will be happy.

Overall, Awesome place for hangout and you will get to see the luxury cars and peple. Go for drink, fun, dont go on a date.

Except the fact that this place is situated in some weird corner where no-one can fathom to have a place like this, It was not a bad experience to spend an evening there. Prices and taste were reasonable. I may go back there when I am in Delhi again.honestly, more for the proximity to my home Vs taste/ambience.

They charged for Pepsi and Soda separate beside Alcohol. No other establishments have ever done that

Hidden courtyard open space inside of Rama road industrial area. Good food. Cooperative staff. Huge space for gatherings. One of the few places that serves sheesha. Good interiors. Gotta love the outside area.

Location of this place is poor and if you visit it on rainy days then you are making a mistake. It becomes a difficult task to visit it. Also it's surrounded with industrial area

Food was fine, ambience was good.customer service ethos need a lot brushing up.nowadays most of the restaurant are only interested in extracting money from customers and no focus on customer service, mostly because owners are pure businessmen with no background of hospitality business, and managers are afraid to teach them.sad.but thanks to Mr. Anil who finally agreed that service charge should not be mandatorally included, after few arguments, and saved both of us a court case.thanks, the approach is very shady, in the evening feels unsafe as all factories and trucks surround.

It's a good place but little outside the main area. It is in industrial are. Ambiance is good even DJ and dance floor is awesome. Staff is co-operative but they take time for order preparation. Check good offers on dineout.

Quite understaffed, expect slow service during rush hours. Loved the ambience but the road leading to it not in good condition and area also generally not safe if u finish the party late hours.

Pathetic place, pathetic entry, whatever is been asked for is not available. Informed at the time of serving that "oven" is not working.a not recommended place if you really dont waste time. Staff is unaware about there own menu n policy and procedures. Not even worth 1 star, didnt had any option hence unfortunately had to select!

If you are going there for first time.you may feel the location a minus.but once you are there.the restrobar scores heavily on all fronts.food.ambience.staff.spaceous.not that noisy.overall it's recommended

I have been on an off at Firangi. Have organised many office parties and weekends with friends there and the experience was good until today when a waiter misbehaved and the staff took it lightly when they know me as a customer. No recommendations further. I don't think will visit again.

We simply loved the place and ambience, food is undoubtedly tasty and live music bands performance is great.

The management do not respect it's guest and their behaviour was unacceptable they even beaten some guests with rods and sticks

The location is poor and low maintenance moreover the staff is non cooperative. The food quantity is very less. They didn't explain the offer properly to us.

The staff manager was at the cash counter was quite rude and the service was not up to the mark almost like the approach road to the place. No deals from any of the apps were made aware to me inspite of repeated request. The place is quite large and the interiors r well done a lot is to be done before some one at the place shows some professionalism and the manager or counter supervisor gets his act together.

Amazing Place.

It is located in Industrial area (Near Rama Road). One might get confused whether he is going on the the right way or not as this place cannot be easily identified until you arrive there.

The name is appropriate- Firangi ISLAND. It's just like an island where you forget what's going on outside this place.

There is Live Music as well as DJ. Indoor sitting as well as Outdoor sitting.
Amazing place for night parties. Beautiful Lighting.

If you're going on a Saturday night, then you should expect some waiting or you can pre-book. Usually the parties are on until 2: 30 AM on a Saturday night.

PS- Book for indoor sitting if you want to dance and enjoy the music. OR if you want to just have some chit chat with your squad then you can sit outside and enjoy the weather.

Nice food and ambience, however location is a bit awkward. Infact I would have given a 4.5star without considering location in my rating

Just explored this place last night. Online reviews were great. So decided to go.
Location is not great, infact approach road is so bad that I doubted that it's a bogus entry on maps. But once you reach you won't regret. Nicely done up place with ample in as well as outdoor seating. Crowd was good and decent.
We ordered couple of drinks and mutton snack. It was really yum, tender and tasty.
However once it gets crowded, service gets little slow. So left early.

Nice ambience, Food is also good. Only thing which is not good is, it's loxation. Roads make u feel unsafe. Deep Inside industrial area

It was a hassle to find where it was located at first but then when we got there we were impressed by the ambience. Though the food was not amazing, it had a average taste but they have a great vareity in menu. I didn't like their chicken afghani tikka at all.

Awesoom food with very gud crowd. Never ever thought that such an ambieince with in. Only the negative point is it's entrance.

Rude owner with weird rules. Made us shift our table thrice and live band was not performing from 8pm till 10 pm stating guests arrive late whereas band was present in restaurant. Levied service charge extra because we had booked through dine.out under fifty percent off food bill offer. Not good for family. Total thumbs down. Disappointed!

I would like to rate 4.5 to this place.
The place is situated in Kirti Nagar Industrial area. So the location of the place is not appropriate according to a family specially at night.
The food of this place is delightful.
Everything we ordered was tasty and beautifully presented. Though the pasta wasn't that good, but everything else was amazing.
Service is also very quick. All the dishes were brought together. We were served by Mr. Vipin. Digital tag names were put on every employee there.
A wonderful outdoor seating with light background music.
Clean washroom, so 100 % on cleanliness.
Overall a really great experience from my side.

It's amazing place to be. The staff was well behaved and polite but where it is actually situated is a cheap area. If you've your own vehicle then only go here

This place is in a very creepy area of Delhi, visited just because a couple of friends from the area insisted. In 5 minutes could see shady looking guys glaring at our female companions. We order basic chicken and tikkas both were over cooked, spoke to the server he refused to replace or even hear us. Glasses in which drinks were served were sticky and smelly.

We were out of there in 40 min flat and left our drink and food in touched.

The staff needs to be trained and need to be told to speak to the customer well.

It is in a very cramped locality and you can find people drinking outside the pub making the place even more unsafe
