Lots of activities but overcrowded on a weekend…stuffy n smelly… needs a bigger space and better management, giving four stars only for the variety of games and play area

I have been visiting this place from quite some time with my kid. This place is average as compared to similar places on golf course. We recently celebrated our kids bday and I must say that I didn’t have a good experience. Rates are much higher than other places and the menu is not as rich as you expect it to be. Other places offer a much better menu with a lot of options in a cheaper rate and the quality is really good. The management is too pushy about timings and they literally push you to leave the place if the guests stay 15 mins extra. They do have a big place which can accommodate a lot of kids but their policies are really stringent and even after all the effort they put, some of these policies take your nice experience away and leave you to think whether you made the right choice. I request the management to see what they can do to make their menu rich to offer better food experience and also look at their time management policies.

Celebrated my granddaughter's birthday,
Very bad experience, the food was just ok ok. The staff is sweet but their service is very slow. You have to keep telling them again and again. I’m giving two stars just for the ambience, else the charges are too much according to other facilities. Also, the gift they provided was completely useless and expired.
I chose the place by reading the reviews but I personally had a very bad experience, definitely not planning a party again at fun box.

Playarea is nice n big and has lots of stuff for kids. However we found the lady (Ms Honey) at reception to be high-headed and rude. We had come to inquire about a birthday party but the lady seemed disinterested and in a rush. I spoke to her and then my husband and she rudely said I have to repeat again now.

So much attitude when we just came to enquire. We got a feeling that with this attitude we may not have a pleasant experience if we decide to host the birthday party here. Bad way of dealing with prospective customers.

Worst experience, they will commit something else at the time of booking and on the day of the event it will be under expectation. If you don't want to be disappointed on your big day then please AVOID this place! They will use old balloons for decoration, under staff and will be rude to the kids. Waiters are rude and don't serve food! PATHETIC experience!

Had my daughter's 5th b'day celebration with funbox. It was an super awsum event organised by the entire team. Their head MR. Praveen is a very humble guy and he looked into the arrangements with utmost dedication. The food was yummy and suited well to the needs of the kids. Mr. Sanjeev, the head of catering department made the food and catering services up to the mark. Really a very nice place to conduct bday parties. The entire team and staff of funbox is very polite and very helpful. Kudos to the entire team for organizing such an amazing event.
Looking forward for many more celebrations with u guys. Thanks a ton

It was a blunder to do our son’s 5th birthday party here … they RUINED it completely.
There was a simultaneous birthday party happening even after booking the place.we were CHEATED!
The food wasn’t refilled.the staff was lazy and didn’t serve well at all.pathetic experience.
The people at the reception were rude and didn’t listen to our requirements even once.it is just a money minting place.where they are just concerned about the money and not the experience they give!

Fantastic place. The staff and the owners are really sweet and they make sure that you have a good time with your friends and family. I recommend everyone to take their kids here and add magic to their moments.

Horrible experience! Food was horrible … without informing they booked two parties in the same area… not recommended for anyone. Management was not cooperative at all

Very disappointing. FELT CHEATED. Did double booking in garb of members. Refused to accept. Kwality catering at its worst. Tasteless food. And even didn’t get delivered. Most times guests kept waiting for refill for over half hour. The quality and training of service personnel was C grade. Won’t recommend to anyone.

It was used to be my kid fav place. But now I can't say that. They have put on too many restrictions on everything related to parent availability in the play area. My 6 months old infant was not allowed inside the play area with her elder sister. Was being told to pay for 6 months old baby. Who charges for 6 months infant?

Visit twice for birthday parties to this place. Disappointed both the times with food services. Management is least concern for serving guests with fresh and hot food. Requested them to serve the hot pizza for kids but no response, noodles were cold and the hot plate wasn’t working.
Before time they winded up the main course menu and host was requesting them to hold on as the guests are eating.
Its an overrated place with complete ignorant and negligent staff

Good place for kids to enjoy on Slides, ball pool, pretend to play kitchen, trampoline, laser tag, air hockey and a fee other games.
In house restaurant has good food.

Beware of FunBox due to staff behavioural issues. I had my child’s birthday party on 8th Sept. Lady manager here was extremely rude, arrogant & non-cooperative at the time of billing when we said that we were slightly overcharged against what was communicated to us. She wasn’t ready to listen to us at all & spoke rudely with my father too who is a senior citizen. Such experiences may be a mood spoiler so better avoid it & explore other options.

Very noisy and disorganised. Food was not upto the standard and service was pathetic. Guests were left waiting inspite of order being placed in advance. Need to apologise to my guests for being a bad host.

It's a very nice & pleasant fun place for kids upto say 7 years age with a very good Kwality Food & Beverages facility attached.
Nice place for functions like birthday celebrations for kids of same age which is a regular affair here where 3 parties canbe held simultaneously 1 each in basement ground & 1st floor.

Yesterday We organized our Kid Birthday in this Venue on 03rd August, 2022.

We have given 30 Pax MG and due to Viral Fever most of our guest cancelled in last Moment.

We have request to them, please charge atlest 25 Pax and waived off 05 Pax but they denied straight forward and start misbehaving to us.

In that Venue one lady was in Front Desk He name is Ms. Honey Chopra she start argue with us and start shouting on us, and she said you have to pay 30 Pax payment.

I am in same Field (Service Industry) we are always great to our client but she was misbehaving us and shouting on us.

Please don't do any kids function over there, its to expensive and the Menu its not up to the mark.

I attended a birthday party at your place. Found the place too messy. Not at all organised. Neither were the dishes coming on time, nor were there enough servers to help!

Pathetic Experience in Booking for Party.
Visited the MG Road centre to book for my child’s third Birthday on 10th July 4 to 7 slot. Received a call from Mr Praveen at 10 AM for booking, which I could not attend as I was in a meeting. I called back at 1.53 PM to discuss the financials. On the call Mr. Praveen told me that I could get Rs 300 discount per person. I asked him to send me a message about the discount and other details that we discussed on call so that I can confirm and transfer the money to book. Mr Praveen said that he will message in 5 mins of the package details. Did not receive any message or call. Called on his number multiple times and sent him multiple messages but no response.
Finally got a callback from Funbox at 7 PM that it has already been booked. The Owner Sheetal later called and she was polite and apologetic. She tried to get me the slot but could not and apologised. But apologies does not resolve my problem.

She also offered more discounts on their other centre. But that does not simply cut it. I will never ever take my child to this place and will not suggest it to anybody else. I hope the services improve at this place.

Hosted a birthday party for my son at Fun Box. Had an immensely awesome experience. It's the best play area for kids.my son and all his friends enjoyed alot. The decor, the ambience the food everything was just great.
I highly recommend this place. This box is full of fun
THE FUNBOX

Very good for little kids. My daughter enjoys a lot. The staff there is very good and caring. Prices are also good, not too expensive. Food inside is very expensive. So try to avoid that.

Gurgaon funbox is a good place for the kids to hang out, however did not like the following:
1. Most of the items in menu were not available as kitchen was under renovation, even when we had informed about the walk in gathering 2 days in advance.
2. Staff (especially front desk) who are managing overall operations need to be more accommodating in managing customer requests. Even though we were willing to pay extra and the vendor was available for different party (and had completed the services for the other party), they were not willing accommodate request for tattoo painting for 6 children also.
3. Food portions are small and they were taking a lot of time to bring the order.

We celebrated our son's birthday here and the experience was exceptional - from the ambience, to facilities, hygiene and food quality and variety, everything was beyond expectations. Mr. Praveen, the manager at the venue was extremely cooperative before, during and even after the event. We already recommended the place to many folks and within a couple of days, some have already made a booking for their own event. We'll definitely come back for future events here! Thank you!

Worst experience ever! The place says it’s fit for 45 ppl, while it’s so cramped for party, the service is horrible, there are flies everywhere on food, we complained the whole time to do something. During this covid era, in spite of a gathering of 20+ kids they take random entries for play zone as well, imagine a crowded place for the kids, who don’t know how to stay away from each other. It’s better to plan a party at a star hotel then to this place.

The place is best for kids. It is well maintained nd the food was also good i would definitely love to visit again.it has a large area for group parties
