I get my haircut done from here. I liked it. Good service, clean salon, staff was vry polite.

Extremely professional service. Just showed the guy a photograph for reference and he knew exactly what to do. Would definitely come here again

I have been for 2-3 times now. At first I thought it could be one or two staff but on a regular visits on my 3rd time. I realised they are always ride and it’s always like people are on break having lunch. Today I came giving a thought its week day lets try but again its 3: 37 pm and they asked me to wait for 20-30 mins stating staff is having lunch. 3 people were having chit chat. Thinking they were staff too. No curtsy, one stood and gave me brochure. It took her pain I believe. I left and told them. They should get these fixed. They are charging for it. These are not free services. HATE IT. DONT GO WITH FOR THEIR OFFERS. ITS NOT WORTH IT GUYS.

I went for gel nail paint. They charged double and no shape to my nails even the way they applied nailpaint was horrible. I don't know about other services much but this was my first and the last worst experience.

I took their service for Hair- Botox
It was really very bad experience with them! They will talk politely but will use fake products!
My treatment was done my some guy, who call himself the head for hair-care artist. He bragged so much! Oh god, can't explain.

So, When I first went for hair treatment, they applied pathetic products, due to which within a week my hair became frizzy and lost their shine. I came back to show them what they did, to which they said they will give me new treatment and appoint me some other day (flexible to me) and they offered me free hair spa.

When I went again for the treatment, they applied product on half of my hair length, give lame reasons when asked about it. After that when I enquired to come for Hair spa, they said after 2days.
I went again, they did head wash and made me wait after that said to me its done. When i asked about hair spa, they said ma'am it won't go at moment since we have to use some tool on your head/massaging something, if you want we can do it.
Salon is clean, staff is polite, but they failed at their purpose!

Would be good for hair cut, but A BIG NO FOR HAIR TREATMENT!

The service was good. The staff is very cooperative and friendly. But I would say I'm not satisfied with quality of product afterwards. I got my hair highlighted but I found my hair dry and frizzy with their product which was not the case when I got them done previously at some other salon. The colour did not stay long too.

He is very talented in all hairs process.he is a good knowledge in all hairs process he better suggest according to their hairs. My results is also awesome I am thankful for their treatment.

Got nail extensions done from here, it's just 4th day today and my nails have started coming off. Didn't like the quality of product they've used. Very very bad!

The ambiance was pleasant, neat n clean staff's behaviour was so friendly, good service but the behaviour of girl who was sitting on reception was so rude. She started arguing with me when I was talking about the membership facilities as their staff told me about, she could talk nicely if their staff mistaken but the way of talking was very bad and they convince me for membership with wrong information.so guys if you are taking membership just keep it in your mind that your membership cannot use your mother or sister or any family member. You will not get the discount if you are billing for someone else as they said.and if you are visiting the saloon with your friends or family n you are billing for everyone.in that condition also you will not get discount.you will get the only for your service. You will get 20%discount for your personal service not on your total bill as they said.

They change my hair color into disaster i would never recommend anyone here for hair styling stuffs.worse service.i am not able to step out publicly after seeing my hair.

Had a chance to go the grooming cafe and I must say that the Ambience was super pleasing! Their friendly staff helped me select my hair color. I blindly trusted them with it and they did an amazing job! He exactly knew what color would compliment me the best. Post the amazing result, I went ahead and tried their nail cafe. They exactly copied the design I showed them with perfect details. Overall it was a great experience. I highly recommend!
