For the first time we visited the salon the experience was really very amazing all the work was done very carefully n in order all the team was really very supporting

I am old customer of mahal salon. I had a very bad experience with the hairdressee. I feel like i am sitting in barber shop there is no professionalism, everytime new staff is found and both sahil and monish are unavailable. I am very diasappointed with new hairdresser. I will not visit again I don't like their behaviour owner should know client requirement not visit again in the salon

Just had my hair cut and colored by Murshid—what a pro! He's incredibly skilled and chill. Highly recommend getting your hair done by him; he's top-notch in both professionalism and ease. Murshid's the go-to guy for fantastic hair services moreover Anjali comes highly recommended for makeup and beauty services; she's the best person to trust for all your beauty needs!

A worst result I have got, I was plan to do kerasmooth but they insist me do nanoplastea service on my hair but the result was terrible. Don’t visit there. Third class result I have ever got.

This salon is one of the best salon in delhi. Service quality is excellent and the result of botox+highlights are amazing!

I have learned makeup from here and my experience is very good?

They ruined my hair. I showed the picture i told them that i want the exactly same colour but now my hair looks like I applied mehndi on my hair. This i can achieve in 100 bucks but they costed me 9000 bucks. Even though i have DM them that the nail art service and main hair is not good at all. They said they will call me. But i didn’t get any single call from there end. Not gonna advise my single friend or family member to visit here.

I will never revisit this salon and i do not suggest people to go who are the man and woman of words. As these peoples does not have words. They just perfect sales man who say lot of things but when you reach the story is different. This is 2nd time that happened with me.

Both of them are great hairdressers who go the extra mile to make sure their clients are happy. They both know how to take care of my long, thick Dominican hair very well.

All of the people I've talked to on staff have been great and very helpful. He styles my long, thick hair into beautiful waves and gives me a full haircut and a new look in less than an hour.

Recently visited this salon for my nails and i must say they had done this amazingly. Just love their work

In fact, everyone is great, and I like that they have deals that let me come back more often. The woman at the front desk did everything she could to help me.

Worst salon ever.
These guys are such a CHEATER. Dont go for the name and size of the salon.

My daughter got global hair color and highlights done.
She was told that the cost mentioned on social media is for base color and she needs to pay extra for fashion color (to which she agreed).
After having discussion with the so called hairstylist (who doesnt know anything).
She selected a fashion color for both global and highlights.after spending almost 2-3hrs in the salon.the stylist (who was doing the application) said 'Mam wash kardeta hu' to which my daughter said this is not the color i selected for global and highlights are not at all visible.
To our surprise the reply we got was "nahi ho payega mam wash kardeta hu closing time hai abhi time lagega color aane me ya ho sakta hai nahi bhi aaye (just see the professionalism) "

My poor daughter, didnt say anything and agreed to whatever the stylist said (thinking he knows better).

Moreover, the lady at the counter, didnt even try to apologize or rectify the mistake.rather shamelessly asked for full amount.

Please beware of these fraud people.

Although the hair treatment was good but not at all satisfied with the hair cut.i think they do not have professional for hair cutting.i was happy with botox but after that i expected nice and decent hair cut but they over cut my hair length and at last i found it was waste of money.i can't get my hair length back.it was over cut.they literally took half of my length.

Had a really really bad experience with this salon.
I got global hair color and highlights done.

It seems they have cheated and applied the base color and charged me for the fashion color bcoz the.outcome is nowhere closer to what the color i selected.

Also, the highlights are not at all visible, I could do it much better myself at home. They hair technician does not know anything.

Moreover, they are not sorry of their mistake.which is pathetic.the results were extremely poor of both the global as well as highlights. I have been cheated.my money is wasted. Dont go for the "BIG NAME" and "SIZE".

These guys are literally shameless, they did the pathetic work.then too had the guts to come and ask for full money without even being apologetic or guilty.

WORST SALON EVER.

Hair mahal is a fabulous salon, great service, best results (my rebonding lasted for two years) really hospitable and caring towards the customers. Shout-out to GK and team for being awesome artists

Very poor make-up, the makeup artists are unprofessional, all services are very late and not up to the mark, no prior arrangements done for bookings, worst experience.

Took Hair services from The Hair Mahal salon. I had Ash Balayage nd I must say I had exact shade which I want from the Artist. He guide me very well for Fiber Plex Treatment.
He Made my hair strong nd shiny.
Amazing result, amazing staff, great hospitality.
Next time for sure I’ll visit nd recommend to all.

I absolutely love the hair Mahal salon! I always go see Finley and she does an amazing job! Always does what’s best for my hair while making sure I love it! She has been dying my hair for over a year now and it always turns out so well! I always love my hair when she does it! The picture is from when she made my hair blonder a few weeks ago!

Day 1- Good experience for Makeup, Hairstyling, Nail extension.very Happy with services provided by Nisha and Simran.
Day 2- Based on experience, booked for haircolor- PATHETIC EXPERIENCE
- Don't go for the offers and discounts as they will treat you like they are giving services for free.
- Went for Highlights after booking appointment and waited for 2 hours, when actual service started.
- Unprofessional, ignorant, arrogant, Rude behaviour of there Hair supervisor (Mr. DK).
- Being a supervisor he was not attending the customer and not responding to the assigned staff when asking for guidance.
- False promises- Mr DK assured for Blue chunk as asked till the time it was not applied and it ended with Sea-green.
- He was forcing to accept C- green color as a Blue. Might be he needs to revisit Nursery class for proper understanding of colors.
- Management was good in presence of owner only else you have to spent half of your day for 2 -3 hours service.
- My arriving time- 4: 45pm, I am the last customer to left the salon (half of there staffs already left, including there DK sir), My service: Highlights with 20 foils.
- I have to explain my requirements multiple times to multiple staffs as there DK Sir was too busy in ignoring the customer.
- It was my till date worst experience of any Hair Salon where the staff (DK) was so unprofessional- who can easily make you feel that you are wasting time and money sitting there.
- Very dissapointed with my haircolor- and getting upset whenever I am using mirror.

Recommending for makeup, Hairdo and Nail extensions
Not recommending for Hair services due to there supervisor (DK)
Plz contact Salon owner before visiting as miss- management is another concern.
