My friend got hair done here and it worsened the hair. Without permission they added bleach solution and now the damage is done. HR IS OF NO USE AND NOT PROFESSIONAL

Worst experience, DONOT take their packages, at first they mint money and at later stage, they provide bad the worst service and don't entertain the package clients. Never ever take their packages.

Yesterday I went to hair palace.usually they do men hair cut next to reception.a girl on reception.always shouting on someone.
8 out of 10 times I see her shouting.which really irritates me.
Secondly whenever you ask her any questions.she gives strange anwers.
Do one thing.change the seat or your receptionist

I got my engagement makeup done from Punam di. She did an amazing job. Loved my look.
I will 100% recommend her for makeup.

But she did very suttle makeup

Now they have increased the price and the quality of the services has gone down.
Also, they have started taking GST from customers but do not give GST bill which is something not acceptable.

Poonam did wonderful job and very patiently.

But The Manager Natasha is very arrogant and rude to the customers.
She don’t understand the value of customers.

They themselves don’t have fixed prices and than they blame customer for different price in every visit.

Kindly improve the Customer relationship.

I got my hair coloured from Mr sandeep twice l its really nice i am pretty satisfied but please be aware of the packages they try to scam you with if you take any packages record what they are offering because when you go to avail they will change the terms and conditions
I feel so stupid to have baught it initially for the 1st time when i got my hair coloured last year
They told me you can avail any services after from the money of the package but didn’t tell me i cant get my hair coloured again which is the only service i use from that place

I got the hair spa and haircut done from this salon. Anil attended me for the hair spa, he was extremely patient throughout the head massage and Akshay did a good job at haircut as well. I’d recommend them for their service.

Aaj 1st January 2023 hai, Mera y service Lene ke bad se bhot Jyada hair fall ho rha hai Maine Apne hair cut bhi karwa Liye fir bhi hair fall Kam nai ho rha inhone mujhse 5500rs bhi Liya +product ke 2500.or Maine pahle ki confirm kia tha mere balo me koi reaction to nai hoga y log paise lete time bolte hai kuch nai hoga mam pr after smoothing keretin balo ki Kya halat karte hai pta chalta hai or itna amount dekar bhi Maine aspect kia that achha product use karenge.ekdam kharab salon hai in logo ki wajh se mera hair loss ho gya.very very very bad service.
In sab problems ki wajh se depression me ja Rahi hu.

I went to this salon for hair highlights purpose. Sandeep helped me by choosing which color will look best on me. And he did entire application very patiently. Thank you for such wonderful service

Staff and services are good. They make nice packages. Place is dirty. Very dirty. Hair all over and it's not cleaned unless asked.

The experience & hospitality is top notch, Sandeep ji and Rahul ji are masters in the hair game.

I used their services of hair colour. The colour i have asked wasn't there with them and they said will give similar shade but turns out black colour on my hair which is not even my natural hair color. I am disappointed with the quality of colours a s well as it gives me dandruff which was took 2 months of medication. As well they haven't given me bill after several reminders.

The makeup service was extremely poor. Manager Natasha was pretentious. The makeup kit was not at all in a good condition, it was broken and dirty. They promised big brands, one of them was MAC but ONLY USED drug store makeup. The base layer created for makeup was thick and cakey and was not matching the actual tone of my complexion. The makeup artist Gauri was handling multiple clients at the same time and was not focused at all. The brushes used were dirty. In my package for 3k, they promised makeup/hair/nailpaint/dressing up but they only did makeup and hair. For nails, they brought out 5 shades only, even when they had an entire section dedicated to nails. They didn’t even trim/file. They asked a random person who helps with hair to paint nails who did a pathetic job by the way. 3K and 3 hours wasted. Would not recommend at all.
