Pathetic service…Such a fraud… do not go ever…I have visited salon on 12/4/23 after pre appointment…i have seen their offer on instagram and their executive named neha khan spoked to me booked my appointment for highlights in ₹2000 and she said hair cut and spa is complementary…i cleared 2-3 times and she said main sab karwa dungi aap bs. Aajo salon…At salon when i said i have booked special offer service…the receptionist even listened me properly and said mam will discuss after service, you just start your procedure first…because they know once they start process you have to pay anyway…and throughout my hair cut procedure they are convincing me for other costly services despite my refusal…. When i again asked before my hair spa that all these will be covered under my special offer then one lady came and said sorry you to pay separate for each service and 18% gst on each service…. And before completion of my whole procedure she came with scanner and asked me to pay….

Worst parlour ever. They will give you appointment and will make you keep waiting for hours. They will just try to lure your attention by giving offers but services are pathetic even the products are not genuine. Plz go to better parlours. There are plenty in green park with better equipped staff. I have been customer since 3 years. So trust me telling this by own experience

I have been visiting the salon since 5 6 months earlier there was a little haywire with some issues but now I am very much satisfy with Rashmi (the manager). She solved all my previous things and finally made me a permanent customer. In services I specially want to mention Sourab's work. He is very good with his job.

It was a wonderful experience visiting Hair Palace green park, Thankyou Rashmi & Nisha from management team, I got my hair colouring and styling done by one of the best stylist in-house jatin, truly a memorable hair day experience! Do visit, and checkout!

Only the interiors are luxurious rest everything is below average. The staff, etiquette, services. They try and lure you with their promotional offers and I did get a couple of services done from them but what I saw online and when I actually visited there was a vast difference. The experience would have been way better if I had visited any of my known salons. But i wanted to try out this place as they made it look very attractive on their Facebook page. If you pay a good price to enjoy premium services then this is not the place. If you have a chalta hai attitude towards hair/beauty treatments then you can visit this place anyday.

Went here for hair extensions and they f*uc*d up with my hair, I regretted the same day it was done, I appreciate how Saurabh tried to make it look little good as it looked horrible already and he succeeded little bit BUT my hair still looks worst, waste of MONEY!

First tym ever, i had visited this salon, all professionals and staff are too nice here. Too cooperative behaviour, will provide you excellent service along with your time convenience. I came for kerasmoothening done by Mr Ali. Will surely appreciate his efforts thankyou for your services.

Hair dresser Manish is too good. He gave me beautiful highlights.first salon which appreciates you hair and skin unlike otjets who sell their products

Staff is really illiterate in terms of dealing with clients, they don't focus on making clients, misbehaving staff of this branch. Showed bad gestures

On 1/12/2022 i took service of nail extensions firstly they charged 100/- more for 3 to 4 stone used on nail. And pn 3/12/2022 my thumb nail got broken just because of thier product nd when I asked for replacement they charged 200 more even though I didn't used stones and my nails are also not covered with extensions they used really had bad service feeling they charge lot even though thier mistake they will ask you to pay for it specially Mr. Gaurav such a helpless person just they know how to cheat people just having big salon after that also they thig people

Salons do anything in the name of offers, I just got smoothing done a few days ago but there is no difference in my hair, this has never happened before, I have been doing it for 5 years.even when I talked to these people, they said that we don't take responsibility for it and secondly, they get their freshers to do the work, who don't even know how to hold a straightener.
Very bad experience.

Instead on focussing on their work, they are more interested in sellibg you packages. And once you buy one of their packages, nobody does a good job.

They came up with the offer of makeup and I booked without any bargain and when I went to the salon the said me u have paid 50prcnt so pay full and if not then they were happy to cancel ur booking. Also prompted me that your makeup is of big amount but giving u the offer. Like excuse me did I bargained with u? Don't give offers if can't come up to with it
Also the manager GAURAV at green park store is extremely rude and full of attitude. This all was done by him only. Also the staff is very lazy in there all salon branches and makeup is good for nothing and still atitude issues of mr gaurav

It's a wonderful place, reasonable too. They know the work well and have a dedicated staff. Mr Ajay, Mr Faisal and Mr Vijay attended to us and they are excellent. They are polite and give rightful suggestions for all hair repair tasks. Thank you team.

Worst salon experience
Got kerashine done but they're as frizzy & dry as they were before the treatment.

Burnt my hair and at last I they chopped my hair without asking me My hair was till my waist now it only touches my shoulders. This salon is my worst nightmare

Literally had the worst experience. First of all the staff are so slow, just to even get a hair wash they took more than 45 mins. And these staff are such a racist

I got the worst hair color. TheThese people are not professional and they are not using quality products.

I went there for the smoothening and global color, first of all the manager is not able to interact anything with clients he is only bossy on the junior staff and rest, he is silent like hell.
He has charge me 1030rs instead of 1000rs for the product I bought, and he was not bother to inform me that he is going to charge me extra 30rs if I pay via credit card.second the kind of senior staff is there, they will talk to you like they doing the job for you for free I mean its their choice that they have prepare offers for the services they are offering, why these guys are treating clients as they are dong a favor to them, very unprofessional senior staff, negative environment, pathetic services.

After only one wash, my hair are like that i have not have any smoothening treatment and the color instead of brown its looking like black color.
I have filed a complain in the consumer court against them.

SUCH A FRAUDESTERS using bad products that is why the results are so bad.

They are giving very bad service in name of good products. They told us to try Kera-Shine looking at the hair quality but the professional who was doing it left it in between and handed it over to someone who was learning the procedure. At last when the process was going to end there was still some parts of my hair which was still curly and frizzy, he told me it’s because the hair is wet and he would recover it in next sitting. My hair is so damaged after the treatment.
Please don’t go and waste your money!

Took 20k package. First few complimentary services were ok. But after that every staff member behaved unprofessionally and they didn't ask atleast for water. Services taken were also not satisfactory. I think they are trained to make the customers opt for packages and after that not to pay any attention at all.

It was an amazing experience visiting the hair palace salon london green park.loved the service especially the hair dresser “Danish hair stylist” superb work & high end professional. ️ it’s one of the best salon i have ever experienced till date.including all the staff’s and manager are soft spoken & make comfortable in terms of everything.

The are cheating people in the sake of membership and do fraud once you pay them you will on their mercy for the services. Pathetic people pathetic staff members they don't have courtesy how to behave with the customers. We took the membership by thinking that we get priority as member but taking membership and you will be the least customer for them after that as you already paid them in advance and they ruin you with their behavior and management. No management, not a responsible people not trust worthy its better go to the other saloon in Green Park.

Had an appointment for party makeup yesterday. Kanchan (Reception lady) quoted me an amount of 3500rs for MAC HD make up & assured me that they will use ONLY MAC products, However, when when my make up was being done by an extremely Unprofessional assistant, I noticed the name of the products & they were all some shitty cheap quality products & NOT MAC.

I called Kanchan & confronted her, she refused to take the accountability or apologise.

The main hairdresser, being overconfident, shortened my hair way too much than I asked for. My hair is also very unequal at the ends- giving it a very shabby look. This is definitely the worst haircut I have had in my life so far. Super disappointed.

I went here for the first time just to try it out for curls. The person who was doing my hair was busy hearing the other hairstylist talk to his client and because he was distracted he completely burnt my ear with an extremely hot hair tong. I have difficulty even keeping my ear on the pillow while sleeping. Also inspite of me telling him how to do my hair, he did not want to listen. It was horrible. And after all this, all he said was sorry. Did not consider telling the manager and giving this service complementary. I paid 900 for nothing and a burned ear! I did say anything then cus he was really saying sorry and I’m a very sweet person but now my nights are tough cus I can’t sleep on that side and it really hurts.

Horrible experience. Manager on call said 2.5 hrs for whole procedure. I ended up staying there for almost 5 hours
Chose burgundy highlights. Got bright reddish maroon but not burgundy. Global color was changed and i have greys within 4 days and they saying its new growth. Not ready to admit their fault. One person doing hair color for 3 people at a time. The junior took 1 hour to just apply color. The managerial staff is not helpful. Just giving discounts n luring people in. No regards no professionalism no courtesy. 0 star.

Mr. Danish is the best hairstylist that I have come accross he is very professional and polite.

Good Professional service for mens Hair Cur. Danish for mens hair styling offers great hair care service.

I went there for hair Smoothening under the offer of 2000 Rs. They checked my hair and asked me to do kerasmoothening. I agreed and also took their scheme of 10k. They offered 20k Rs services in 10000 rs.
After hair wash my hair is worst than ever. Not straightened nicely from top and also really very dry within a week.
They asked me to buy the shampoo and conditioner from them for 1800 rs. But nothing worked!

Pathetic service and waste of money!

Now after 2 months, I have bad hair fall!

It was my first visit to the hair palace salon. As I have known to Rohit earlier, he is a perfectionist in hair styling. I recommend this place to be a must visit.

Go there but use ur brain also there. Bcs they provide you good service but they will confused you in every service. Like basic Smoothning or advance. Literally I heard first time this type of chemical service while I got 5 times Smoothning service for my hair.

The services provided at Hair Palace were great. Mr Rohit gave me a beautiful haircut and I would highly recommend him for the same.

I did my hair colour & Keratin treatment from hair palace last month. Even though I planned to go for streaks, the male staff at the reception suggested me for balayage (I don't remember his name, I think it was Mohit). It was a very good suggestion according to the nature of my hair.
Further hairstyler Mr Rohit & his team did the coloring & keratin. Work done by Mr Rohit was extremely great and very professional. My hair colour looks great

I have gone for keratin and they but after one wash my hair has gone to same as it was previous. Also I cut my hair length now it is looking pathetic as I have curls. Even my sisters hair color chaged from blue to white after one wash. If you planning any of their services I would recommend to go to looks or Geetajanli which near by them but don't go to this salon. Coz they are not at all going to help you in anything. Worst salon ever. If would have got option to give 0 stars I would have given. Just waste of money and become more pathetic with their services.

Beyond excellent service - i came in with a holi disaster (stained blonde hair that wouldn’t budge) and they completely fixed my issue. Other salons had refused to even try and said there was no solution. The whole team took me in on the spot and worked on me and helped me through it and listened and worked with me. Excellent, dedicated service and great hospitality. Highly recommend and i also will only be going here from now. Sachin did he best, highly recommend him.
