THE HAIR PALACE SALON

It is highly expensive. I went for a hair cut it took around 40-45 minutes for the hair dresser to cut my hair in a straight length. I am not at all satisfied with the hair cut as compared to the charges which was Rs. 1000. I would not at all recommend this salon to anyone.

My experience at “The Hair Palace Salon” (Paschim Vihar) was absolutely AMAZING!
I visited this place for the first time for hair services! Mr. Nadeem guided me with the best choices with regards to quality of my hair. Got my hair colour and nanoplastia treatment done by Mr. Nadeem and I’m really loving it he did a fabulous job…You are rocking After completion of whole treatment I was so happy with the result!

The salon is neat and clean…Great vibe and friendly. Staff is cooperative and hard working they listen to you and understand what you actually want:) Especially thanks to Mr. Nadeem and team. I love how my hair came out! Definitely recommend coming here!

Worst service.they use all duplicate products (brinj), don't take their service of facial, hair spa, karatin and botox (they fill British karatin in GK Karatin bottle) and charge you for GK Karatin, same thing they do with all products, they use all duplicate products. I saw everything.don't take any service at any of Hair Palace branch.
I worked there as a Manager so I know everything what they do.
They hire people for work, after 1 month or 2 month of hiring they even don't provide salary. Hr will not respond to your calls and messages and the owner Mr Dinesh Arora he doesn't respect anyone, he is so rude and insolent, he is only concerned with money.afer working he will not provide you your salary.if you ask it he says "jo krna h krlo main nahi dunga. "
He is thinking that he is a rich person so he can do anything.if you file a case against him he will buy police officer.
But I want to tell him that i beleive in Karma.bhot jaldi sb niklega jis jis ka bhi khaya hai kr kha kr apna Empire khada kiya hai sb jaega

The stafff was very good giving all the instructions specially Aashu sir was very fantastic.

The hair services offered by Prince ji is really wonderful. He gives genuine advice. Happy with the services of hair palace

My beautician was Soni did a great job. Had a great experience there with amazing results. The other staff were very cordial. Recommended salon.

I booked a few make ups for my sisters wedding at the venue including HD and normal make ups from their Paschim vihar branch. The staff was very unhelpful and very rude. They don't even know how to handle and talk to their clients. They were misbehaving with their clients and blaming them for each and everything. They were more into marketing. They forced everyone for eyelashes (without even informing the charges are separate). When someone opted for the lashes, they directly informed us that you have to pay INR 500 for the worst quality eyelashes separately. Worst staff with worst behaviour. My cousin did hair do and she asked them to please put lipstick, they simply refused that your make up is not there, hence we will not do that. Pitam pura staff were excellent but paschim vihar staff is very poor and rude. I will not even give a minus star because I believe my stars will get wasted because of them.

I went there for having a hair colour. There Nadeem sir and team did all the process altogether. And the colour came out so satisfactory. As a person who is so picky about the colour, i must say that they all did a great job. And all the staff is so good, they always ask the customers if they want something or not. Really satisfied and a very happy customer. Thank you to Nadeem sir and team and all the staff there.

Extremely poor experience.especially after you take membership.they treat you like dirt from the road.after that.

I've done my hair cut from the hair palace salon. Few days before I done my hair cut by Prince sir. The services performed were excellent and I’m extremely happy with my hair cut. They deceive under the name 'offers' will call you to salon and will revise the price as the product you want us "expensive"
I had visited for their Wednesday offer that said 2 services in 3k out of keratin, global, smoothening or highlights, however I got done only keratin and a touch up, for which they charged me 3500. And mind you, the results are not even good, my hair absolutely looks the same- it has no shine or smoothness that GK keratin is supposed to do
So they are running a con shop please be careful! So consider all your options in luxury salon in case you plan on setting foot in this place

The worst expierence i ever had in any saloon, unprofessional staff, products are out of stock, very much Over priced, they are not at all responsive, money minded owner and staff.

3rd class customer service. Greedy filthy people. Never gonna visit them again. Never take any package or advance payment. They only take money but provide pathetic services. Try them at your own risk

Have been getting done smoothening from Mr. Garry since 2018. Recently Got done kera smoothening from him. Amazing result and the way he communicates with the clients is highly appreciable but the worst moment is when the manager Pooja is involved. She has so much attitude and no sense of talking to clients. Always pretends as she is the manager of any MNC. So would like to suggest Mam change your attitude coz we clients are coming and paying for the services that we are getting from you. N u r getting salary because of clients itself to whom u show ur baseless attitude. Giving 1 star for hiring such pathetic manager with insipid managerial qualities.

My wife is visited there for straightening treatment, global+highlights. As per advanced discussion with Ms. Payal over phione they asked please come, i will charge Rs. 7000/- for overall.i said ok.and they also said that you purchased a package for Rs. 10000, you will avail service for Rs. 15,000/- and they adjust Rs. 7000/- services in this, I said i decide then let you know.

My wife is visited there salon to avail services after started there services they also ask to my wife that your hair is very rough and please add keratin treatment service extra in your hair thats charge is Rs. 1,000/-, your total amount is Rs. 8,000/-. My wife said ok please do.but at the time payment. I asked to Ms. Payal i will purchasing a package of Rs. 10,000/- but they denied there own words for the package these services are not included in there package. Ms. Payal says i am not giving you any package. Ms. Payal is very rude and not professional.

I had an amazing experience at the Hair Palace salon I got my kera smoothening done by Prince Sir who is a master in his profession, really liked his service and gave him a term: my hair doctor, surely looking forward to a long term association with him.
