The Hair Palace Salon London - Ashok Vihar

Please not to visit them, beacause when I call they said will give any service in 1499 and when I visit then ask for 7k, juth bolte hai.

Worst experience ever. Staff took the money in advance and not providing service and not picking up call even. Dont take services from Ashok vihar branch. These people dont know how to talk to customer even. Never waste you money on hair palace

Hi i got a package headwash for hair palace but I am not happy about this Sarvies so bad experience this salon ‍️ and one parson name is riya her language is very rude so plz don’t parchess any package

Worst worst worst experience ever. It was my parent’s 25th anniversary and I had booked for makeup for my mother and myself two months prior on advance payment. Their manager lady asked us to reach at 4 PM on the day of the function we reached by 3: 30PM.
They have only 2 makeup artists, Shantanu is amazing and the other girl is amazing too.
We got so late in our function because of her, that manager was again and again giving priority to the other customers over us. This was so irritating despite many requests and telling her that it is our function we have to reach early she didn’t pay heed to it and was busy in her own self. We reached at 3: 30PM and bloody left at 8PM just for the party makeup, we paid for the hairstyling too but didn’t get it done it was so frustrating. We got so late despite out venue being just 10 minutes from the salon. WE WERE LITERALLY THE LAST PEOPLE TO LEAVE FROM THERE.
THE Manager should understand the meaning of professionalism and value others time too. Do not go here to get anything done you’ll have the worst time.

Let me start with the location-excellent but speaking luxury to this salon is an abuse to the word luxury.
Service- went for KERATIN treatment. Their focus is on just to loot your money n receptionist is not at all professional n doesn't know how to speak. She doesn't even know what services they provide in what amount or package. They told about the keratin treatment but didn't inform about the products at all. I have asked them multiple times but they didn't answer stating senior will tell. After that they started the treatment and told it will stay for 3 months but guess what that was also abuse
BUILDING BRANCHES AND HIRING UNPROFESSIONAL THEN LOOTING THE CUSTOMER IS ACTUALLY WHAT THERE BUSINESS IS
Not recommended at all.

I have visited since last month for smoothening in new year offer but within one month my hairs getting damage & rough, third class services of hair palace ashok vihar not recemonded anyone to take service from hair palace.i have gave 10/0 to this outlet services.

She was very considerate of understanding my wants and did exactly the same. She really did the justice to my makeup face. Everyone loved the look at the party.
So I'm really glad, i went there and had my makeup done.

I visited the salon for keratin they advised me to take kerashine and i take the same service they suggested because I thought that they provide me the best service. But after first wash my hair had curls, they forced me to only use their products because according to them all other brands like loreal are of poor quality. They told me that If you had curls then you need to pay us more. Their behaviour are completely change.i personally suggest everyone that their quality are very bad. Please do try to any other service to whom you can trust and your money cant be waste.

The staff is really pathetic and arrogant along with the manager. They are perfect artist for dressing you like a clown. They can always ruin your special day. Don't fall for these fraud and cheaters

Pathetic place I availed smoothing and keratin treatment from Ashok vihar branch.
They guys was in so hurry they not washed my hair and simply applied straightening cream on my hair without wash without pressing. After that they applied karatin mask and wash. Final results mu hair is frizzy dry and not even straight. Please choose better salon

Naresh and Mohit were super talented and hardworking guys, on the other hand Mr. Rihaan, the hair stylist was very rude and arrogant.inshort my overall experience was awesome.

The management is so so so poor. There is shortage of staff. Changing rooms not working properly and do not have any locks. Even after being booked for a particular timing, they keep on taking more bookings. Had a very bad experience.

Excellent service specially provided by Mr. Rihan. I had very frizzy hair and damaged hair. He gave me such good advices for my hair and provided me with keratin treatment for my hair. Must visit there and highly recommended.

Pathetic experience. They make false claim of making you ready on time. Made us waited for 3 hours and we got really very late and once you pay amount they are least bothered about your timings. Makeup was good but it is of no use when you never get to reach on time. Quality of products they use is not so good.

Very poor service. I went for a party makeup there and it felt like a fish market. They have accumulated so many people for makeup on one day that too during covid 19 second wave in November just to make money. I paid for an airbrush makeup but they did simple makeup on me and when I enquired about it, they said that is how airbrush is done as if the customer is a fool. Pathetic staff, no safety protocols followed, seemed like a money making business only. Would not recommend at all!

THEY BURNT MY HAIR! The lady sitting at the front desk Dhavni is delusional. Their 10k/20k membership offer is a SCAM. They can quote any charge for any service and have no menu cards. Once you buy the membership.they will later tell you about the services you cannot avail and the few remaining services which they CAN offer will be at super inflated prices.
ONE CHEMICAL TREATMENT is complimentary but however, I paid 6K for their kerashine treatment as the lady said, smoothening can burn my hair. THE NAIL EXPECT was asked to do my kerashine who was using SMOOTHENING PRODUCTS when asked and he put them on my hair for 2 HOURS and burnt my hair.

I wish from the core of my heart the that the lady who doesn't gives a damn about someone's hair.may she goes bald real quick! UNTRAINED PROFESSIONALS!

I have a good experience while using the services. Saif and Rahul did smoothening on my hair with full dedication. Schwarzkopf product was used. Staff is very nice and cooperative. Yes but Ladies sitting at the reception were not at all professional. They yell and rude to their staff infront of the customers. And just to attend the new customers may be you will have to wait because they will assign new task to the person who is busy in doing your work. Overall my experience with staff is good but not with the ladies sitting at the counter.

I am extremely happy with the results and with so reasonable prices got my Kera Smoothening, global and highlights done. I genuinely recommend to visit the place and see the magic with your hair done by magical hands Mr. Saif.

I got my global colouring done and not satisfied at all. Poor services, not professional and did not take care of hygiene. There are three women at reception area but not a single lady take care of customer satisfaction. They don't bother to serve and try to reach you regarding any other services. Never recommend to anyone totally bad experience.

In all honesty, I have been very happy with one particular person who does wonderful makeup and her name is Seema. She is the only reason for me to come to this place for makeup.
She is smart enough to understand my needs as per the occasion and accordingly adjusts her makeup techniques.
I have been extremely happy with her services.

However, I have a huge issue with the hygiene. We visited this place in November when the second COVID wave was hitting Delhi and most of the staff, unfortunately, does not even bother about safety protocols.

The lady who did the make of my sister did not even bother to wear a mask. The hair stylists do not even care to sanitise the chairs for the next customer. I have been extremely unhappy with their safety protocols.

If I have to come to this place again, I would only come for Seema. She is a wonderful person as well as talented

I get my kerashine done from mr rehaan. He is very professional. I will suggest if you approach in this salon please get your services done by him.
