Dr.mani is a great doctor or a blessing in my life. She is so very dedicated to her work and so is her staff. Through all the process of giving me a lil star of my life she has an extraordinary place.
I would highly recommend her, as i haven't seen a doctor treating and understanding you as a family member of your own with nothing in mind but only n only love.

Dr. Mani Kapur is not only a great doctor, she is a great human being with so much positive vibes and make their patients positive too. I have not good experience here. I have lost my golden life and started feeling depressed.doctor Dot mentioned any side effects of after having eye surgery instead of that he is saying that I need a psychiatrist they knows they have done wrong to me always charge huge amounts.i would not recommend anyone keep your glasses

Our experience with Dr. Jaya was really good. She has done cataract surgery of my father very efficiently.

My experience was very awesome regarding catract surgery as well as Corneal Transplant (DSEK). Both the surgeries were done my Dr Jaya Gupta Mam the doctor is very kind hearted. Hospital is very supportive in taking queries and clearing doubts. Although hospital deserves more than 5 star rating.

Great experience I didn't feel any kind of pain i did contura vision treatment yesterday and trust me I am very happy nd specially thanks to Pooja that girl guide me very calmly.

I got my Lasik surgery done on 05.08.2023, through Dr. Jaya Gupta ma'am she was very soft spoken and cooperative throughout the surgery as well as the staff were fully Cooperative and well behaved. I am thankful to all for the corporation. I got cold feet as I entered the operation room. The steps are simple - they put a ring across your eyes to keep them wide open. After that, they use a blade to peel your cornea and finally use laser over cornea to correct your power. The whole process takes less than 10 minutes. All one has to do is keep calm and not make any sudden movements.

There is no anaesthesia used in the surgery so one can feel and see everything with their open eye. In the middle of the surgery, I heard the roaring of the laser machine and mumbled feebly, “Doctor, I'm scared. I can't see anything clearly” What really helped me was how she kept talking to me at every step after that. “It's normal.don't worry, the tough part is done”

Frankly, one doesn't really experience any pain- just feels weird for a few seconds when they put lots of fluids into your eye and literally cut something out of it.
It will not be wrong to say that this eye centre has excellent services. I'm especially appreciative to this Centre and Dr.jaya Gupta for the superb treatment. I would highly recommend the centre and Dr. Jaya Gupta ma'am I'm lucky that I could find your eye centre because I got most of the assistance with my eyes.

Dr. Mani Kapur is really a best gynac i have met with. She has been my family consultant since last 14 years and almost all the babies in the whole family are born here at the Healing touch.
This time also we had a siper emergency and the calm Dr. Kapur got our baby to the world. The best part us you can reach out to the doctor day or night.she has full support on whats app or over call. She is a lovable doctor.

We are very satisfied after catract surgery at at healing touch. Dr piyush kapur is the best doctor.

So much mismanagement by the staff of the hospital. I wasn’t able to get the appointment of dr Piyush so consulted dr Neha Chauhan for some test which I have to wait so long because they are cleaning the room in which test was to be done then I have to wait more than two hours to consult dr Neha as firstly she was eating lunch and then started seeing patients. My number was on first but atleast 7 patient went before me then I complained and even after that first she sends her coordinator to explain me the medicine which was already given to me 4 days back by another dr even after explaining her my situation not improving she didn’t change anything and told just to continue this.
Behaviour and attitude was soo rude.
Since my childhood whenever I have any problem in my eyes I used to consult dr Piyush. He is very humble and nice. But this time I’m very disappointed with the staff management and dr Neha’s attitude.

I'm very happy to visit here cz.all doctors and The staff (Shweta) was very helpful for all patients!

Firstly, room no. 2 doctor Anju has very bad behavior. She don’t know how to talk to patients. Only because of her behavior I think this hospital is not good. I visited here on 20/08/21.

Yesterday on 12 Aug 2021, I alongwith my wife visited this clinic. I had very bad experience as regard to Dr Kalpna Sangwan who seems to checking in such a hurry as she had to left clinic in next movement. Hearing the goodwill of Dr Piyush I visited there for left eye's cataract syrgery.
Dr Kalpna made me feel that she tried to write test without making me understand. More over she told that there defect has increased in your right eye post operation. When I asked her what is that please explain. She told that you will not understand. She could not make me understand about the defect ever after paying consultation fees. Even she checked my wife in the same manner.
Though ambiance and other facilities are excellent but main cause of going at such clinic is to consult the expert i.e Doctor which was worst experience.
I advise people not to consult Dr Kalpna there.

On my above reviews, immediately I received call from this center and again on next day I visited the center. I consulted Dr Piyush Kapoor who checked and satisfied me. In fact Dr Piyush is a very experienced and friendly. Really I had faith on this centre again and planned my cataract syrgery on 18 Aug 2021.

I went for my nephew's eye treatment. When I got treated him, I feel very satisfied and happy with the treatment.

I went with the my wife for regular health check-up.
I have a bad experience in the Maternity Centre.
They told me to do ultrasound.and we have given 1200 rupees, suddenly they told to me to test of Rs. 2000 also, and forcing me to do the test from here. I told her i'll do it from outside but she was telling i am not answerable if u do these check-up from outside.i was shocked.u can't force to do ultrasound and health check-up's only from the center.it's our wish and for a truly doctor's u have to support us.

Went through lasik surgery.it was a very good experience.doctors and all other staff is very supporting. Dr.piyush treated me very well.optometrist mukul joon helped through out the surgery.

My daughter was suffering from crotes cornia and we approached Dr. Jaya Gupta at healing touch eye hospital. She explained the problem in a thorough positive manner after which we went for a minor surgery by her and saved her eye. The overall management is excellent and charges are reasonable. We appreciate Dr jaya as a very humble and polite person.

The experience was very amazing and the doctors are very cooperative. The surgery is conducted very efficiently and they are very well equipped with new instruments and technologies.

In today's day and age it was a refreshing change to find a hospital where the doctors actually are ready to spend time with you and explain things to you. Dr Piyush and Dr Jaya are very supportive and very well spoken doctors.

I wouldn't recommend the place. I got my C3R surgery for kerataconus done 2 years ago and still have severe haze in my cornea of one of the eyes (I can barely see with that eye now). The worst part is that my power kept changing over the 2 years but the doctor insisted that everything is okay. My online research showed that the power usually stabilizes in 1 year and I finally sought a second opinion 3 months ago. It was only then that I learnt that my cornea hadn't healed and I have serious haze in one of the eyes, which is impacting my vision. My new doctor believes that it is because the surgery wasn't done right and the tissues have more scarring than is normal post the surgery.

As is typical of C3R, I got severe dry eyes post the surgery. The doctors at the Healing Touch prescribed me eye drops which caused me to have eyelid dermatitis. They kept doing tests for allergy yet maintaining that nothing was wrong with their meds. There was one time when the doctor conducted an MMP9 test on an "imported kit" without even knowing how the kit works. She gave me the results based on her understanding of the what the test showed. The test is a binary test and shows a red line if MMP9 is detected, which causes inflammation in the eye. In my case it showed a blue line and my doctor concluded that MMP 9 is there but the fact that the line isn't red means it isn't severe. I went back home and researched online to learn that blue is the control case (no MMP9) and red is the treatment (MMP9). How can a doctor give results so grossly wrong! Looks like I was their guinea pig to try a new test and charge me for it.

My new doctor switched me to a different drops for dryness which I have been using for 3 months now and my eyes feel better. I wish I could go back on my decision to get my surgery done here. I can barely see now with one of the eyes because of the poor surgery done.

I went there from Kolkata to find best result. I found very good experience and Dr Jaya Maam solved my all problem and do her best. She is awesome. I have nothing to about her. Now after 45 days my eye in very good condition and vision is very clear as I expect before surgery. Nothing option for unsatisfied during surgery and after surgery.

Very bad experience with gynecologist Dr. Swati Jain
She had a huge ego and rude behavior.
Will never recommend her to anyone.
Another problem was that i actually booked an appointment for dr. Mani but i don't know what happened they sent us to consult with dr. Swati jain (The "Not so great" best doctor in her own eyes)

Second time faced this same problem.took appointment for dr piyush kapur but after waiting for 2 hours dr laxman checked me and when i objected why dr laxman checked me instead of dr kapur for whom i have taken appointment they said if you are not satisfied with dr laxman wait again for 30 - 40 minutes for dr kapur.they wasted my 4 hours.for them no value of our time.and for making payment by card after registration, one have to go to separate counter with separate line

It was great experience when I visit for first time for check up my mother's eye and I paid 500 bugs for doctor's consultation fee after that I paid 1250 for one test and at that time doctor suggests me for second visit for check up and the follow up charges will be 250 bugs only on my my first visit I don't have any issue but when I visit today than receptionist told me now the charges is 500 bugs because it is not under 15 days now my question is why it's not mentioned on any slip or documents. If I am not in the city within 15 days of my first check up and I come for 2nd follow up after 15 day than why should I pay 250 bugs extra and receptionist is also rude on 2nd visit she told me that don't argue with her only.
So, it is my request to the management please treat your patient politely and if someone is telling you that there is some issue so please try to understand their situation as well but it was totally bad experience and it is difficult to say that you are looking for business only with your patient.

Amazing experience. My lasik was done within a week. The procedure was painless and a lot of tests were done prior to it.

Came in here one night from Dehradun with an injured right eye with nearly no vision. Dr. Piyush was prompt enough to jump into my treatment with all hopes to save the eye's vision. He along with Dr. Jaya Gupta did the best they could. Within a span of 8-10 days I started to develop vision. Many doctors I consulted for advice within this period were almost hopeless of me regaining my vision back all over again but Dr. Piyush and Dr. Jaya kept pushing hard trying their best and as a result here I am today on the verge of full recovery all because of them. The doctors and staff here is soft spoken, cooperative enough, friendly and well mannered. I would recommend The Healing Touch Eye Care to everyone.

The treatment is fine.but you spend around 30 min to 2hours for a checkup. Appoint Appointment system should be made better for senior citizens.as sometimes they can't wait for that long.
